Abstract
一种套筒吊运的吊具,其结构为上下两部分,下部一个横梁,在与横梁垂直的方向上装有三个水平的用于吊运筒状物的叉梁,叉梁与叉梁之间平行且保持一定的距离,在叉梁的端头设置防滑挡块;上部分设置一个与下部叉梁同方向且与下部叉梁平行的吊粱,吊架上设置吊运牵引孔,并在端部设置配重;上下两部分之间固定保持一定的距离,上部分与下部分之间通过垂直支柱连接,在其外侧中间位置设置扶手,垂直支柱与下部分的横梁之间有斜向加强拉筋;本实用新型在工作中一次调运三个适合于本吊具的筒状物体,解决现有技术中在吊运筒状物体时用钢丝绳或“C”型钩吊运时一次只能吊一个,且不安全和效率低的缺点,在生产实践中取得了非常好的效果。

[0001] 本发明属于吊运技术领域,特别涉及一种筒状物体吊运的吊具。
背景技术
[0002] 本技术源于铝及铝合金冷轧产品生产过程中钢套筒、纸套筒和筒状废料转运。在 铝及铝合金冷轧产品生产过程中,冷轧机与精整机列之间钢套筒、纸套筒转运非常频繁,且 工作量大。目前,在工厂中套筒转运主要利用车间的天车和钢丝绳及“C"型钩。其缺点:一是 工作效率低。用钢丝绳调用时,吊运一根套筒,同时用两根钢丝绳,在每根钢丝绳的一端挂 上一个吊钩,用钩钩住套筒的两侧,钢丝绳的另一端挂在天车的挂勾上吊运,如果想一次多 吊运几根套筒,就需要多挂钢丝绳;用“C”型钩吊运时,由于“C”型钩的挂物机构只有一个, 每次吊运只能调一个套筒。二是存在安全隐患。首先用钢丝绳吊运时,由于两侧挂钩的部位 往往不在同一套水平线上,起吊时套筒会转动,致使套筒存在滑落的风险;其次,多套筒同 时吊运时,套筒之间相互接触发生碰撞,套筒表面产生划伤或碰伤。用“C"型钩吊运时,由于 “C”型钩的挂物机构没有设计防滑挡块容易造成套筒滑落。
发明内容
[0003] 为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种筒状物体吊运的吊 具,可用于铝及铝合金冷乳产品生产过程的吊运。

[0014]如图1、图2和图3所示,一种筒状物体吊运的吊具,包括水平且平行的上吊梁9和下 叉梁,下叉梁包括处于同一水平面的相互平行的用于吊运套筒的左叉梁3、右叉梁5和中叉 梁4。在上吊梁9上设置有用于吊运的吊环8,上吊梁9的一端设置有配重块7,另一端通过立 柱10与下横梁6连接;立柱10的外侧设置有扶手11。下横梁6与立柱10之间用左斜拉加强筋1 和右斜拉加强筋2支撑。左叉梁3、右叉梁5和中叉梁4的一端与下横梁6连接,另一端悬空且 在该端端头设置防滑挡块12。左叉梁3、右叉梁5和中叉梁4之间的间距至少大于套筒的直径 长度。
[0015]本实用新型吊具结构为上下两部分,下部为下横梁6、左叉梁3、右叉梁5和中叉梁 4,叉梁与叉梁之间平行且保持一定的距离。上部设置一个与下部叉梁同方向且与下部叉梁 平行的上吊梁9,吊架上设置吊运牵引孔,即吊环8,并在端部设置配重块7。上下两部分之间 固定保持一定的距离,通过垂直的立柱10连接,在立柱10外侧中间位置设置扶手11,立柱10 与下横梁6之间有斜向加强拉筋。吊具采用金属制作,金属之间的链接采用焊接技术。
[0016] 使用时,天车吊钩挂在吊环8,当吊运套筒时,操作人员手扶住扶手11,将钓具的三 个叉梁穿过套筒的空心,并使端部防滑挡块12完全暴露在套筒的另一端,缓慢起升吊车,当 吊具与被吊物的内壁上部完全接触后,即可快速起吊。当吊运一个套筒时,用中叉梁4,当吊 运两个套筒时用左叉梁3、右叉梁5,当吊运三个套筒时用左叉梁3、右叉梁5和中叉梁4。由于 叉梁之间有一定的间距,套筒之间不会接触,消除碰撞或划伤;防滑挡块12可以防止调运过 程中套筒滑落;由于叉梁设置为三个,因此,一次最多可以吊运三个,工作效率是“C”型钩的 三倍。
[0017] 该吊具源于铝及铝合金冷轧产品生产过程,但其应用领域可扩张到乳钢、乳铜、造 纸、套筒制造等工业,也可以应用到货运、码头等物流领域。

- 2. 根据权利要求1所述筒状物体吊运的吊具,其特征在于,所述左叉梁(3)、右叉梁(5) 和中叉梁⑷的一端与下横梁⑹连接,另一端悬空且在该端端头设置防滑挡块(12)。
- 3. 根据权利要求1所述筒状物体吊运的吊具,其特征在于,所述下横梁(6)与立柱(1〇) 之间用左斜拉加强筋(1)和右斜拉加强筋⑵支撑。
