本实用新型公开了一种欧冶炉炉缸残渣运出装置,包括穿过欧冶炉出料口水平布置的溜槽,溜槽内侧端铰接着一个升降溜槽,升降溜槽的下端设置着储料斗,储料斗边沿上设置着提升钢丝绳。炉内杂料由专用机械在炉内捣松,检修人员将炉料装入料斗,通过炉外设置卷扬机提升钢丝绳,将炉料通过两端溜槽经过风口送至出料口,完成炉料由炉内转运至炉外的清理工作。使用欧冶炉炉缸残渣运出装置后,提高残渣运出炉缸效率,减轻职工的劳动强度,降低了清理炉缸残渣安全风险。

背景技术
现代炼铁工艺存在着两种不同的工艺流程:一种为传统的高炉炼铁工艺流程,另一种为非高炉炼铁工艺流程。经过一百多年的发展,如今高炉已经成为一种十分成熟的炼铁工艺,由于其单体设备生产能力大、生产率高、能耗低、寿命长、铁水质量较好等诸多优点,至今仍然是矿石炼铁的主要工艺。但高炉炼铁工艺也存在着固有的不足,对优质冶金焦的强烈依赖,即对主焦煤的依赖。对那些缺乏主焦煤的地区影响格外突出。COREX法是一种新的炼铁技术,是一种我们应该十分重视的前沿技术。为加速我国炼铁技术的进步,宝钢率先引进两套COREX技术和设备是必要的。熔融还原技术还在发展中,其他几种流程也将陆续工业化,COREX工艺目前最为成功。COREX利用了高炉炉缸及气基直接还原竖炉的成熟设计,把高炉分为两截,以便使用块煤和块矿炼铁,从而成功实现了工业化生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种欧冶炉炉缸残渣运出装置,能够快速有效地清理欧冶炉炉缸内的残渣,使用方便。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种欧冶炉炉缸残渣运出装置,包括穿过欧冶炉出料口水平布置的溜槽,溜槽内侧端铰接着一个升降溜槽,升降溜槽的下端设置着储料斗,储料斗边沿上设置着提升钢丝绳。
