背景技术
[0002]在火力发电厂,煤炭等燃料燃烧时会产生大量的扬尘,扬尘弥漫在空气中,对人的 生命健康存在较大的威胁。虽然存在道路除尘车,但是道路除尘车不能对空气中弥漫的扬 尘进行除尘作业。
[0003]目前,国内工业除尘常用的除尘器有沉降除尘器、惯性除尘器、旋风除尘器、过滤 除尘器及湿式除尘器等,这些除尘器普遍存在:除尘效率低、耗能高、维修费用高、配套设施 复杂、一次性投入成本高等问题。
[0004] 普通净化机采用滤纸来过滤空气中的灰尘,极易堵塞滤孔,灰尘越积越多,不仅没 有灭菌效果,而且容易造成二次污染。 实用新型内容

[0016] 2、通过电动控制除尘刷上下移动,对集尘管进行除尘,在集尘管对应的外壳底部 设置出灰口,与出灰口连接的为集尘装置用于收集灰尘,通过设置在集灰装置内部的吹灰 器将灰尘从开口吹出,对集灰装置进行清理;
[0017] 3、通过在外壳上设置控制箱,实现对高压电场除尘控制;
[0018] 4、通过第一滤网对电场除尘部内部的灰尘进行阻挡,第二滤网与第三滤网形成双 层过滤装置对外部杂物粉尘进行阻挡,防止外部粉尘进入出风管道造成堵塞;
[0019] 5、集灰装置为漏斗结构,防止集灰装置堵塞,方便对灰尘的清理;
[0020] 6、集灰装置与外壳为可拆卸连接,可以将集灰装置进行定期拆卸清理。

[0030]本实用新型提出的一种静电除尘装置,可以应用在火力发电厂或其他采用煤炭燃 料的地方,在烟尘出口处设置静电除尘装置,可以对烟气中的粉尘进行过滤清除,减少排放 到空气中的烟尘,保护环境,静电除尘装置内部设置电场,通过电源接口 4与外接电源连接 产生高压,通过设置在外壳内部的电晕线使其电场除尘部内部为高压电场,带有烟尘的废 气从进风口进入后,在强电场中空气分子被电离为正离子和电子,电子奔向正极过程中遇 到尘粒,使尘粒带负电吸附到正极被收集到集尘管上,当集尘管上积聚较多灰尘时,通过设 置在集尘管上的除尘刷除去集尘管上的灰尘,除尘刷采用刮板环绕在集尘管上,需要进行 除尘时,断开高压供电电源,通过电动控制除尘刷上下移动,对集尘管进行除尘,集尘管可 以根据需要设置多个,在集尘管对应的外壳底部设置出灰口,与出灰口连接的为集尘装置 用于收集灰尘,当集灰装置中的灰尘较多时,打开设置在开口上的盖体,通过开口进行清 理,同时通过设置在集灰装置内部的吹灰器将灰尘从开口吹出,防止开口堵塞,对集灰装置 进行清理。
[0031]本实用新型实施例中,通过在外壳上设置控制箱,实现对高压电场除尘控制,可以 设置手动按钮控制,在一定时间段,通过手动按钮操作实现高压发生器和除尘器。控制箱7 内部设置高压发生器、除尘刷驱动装置和吹灰器驱动装置,所述高压发生器的输出端连接 电晕线5,除尘刷驱动装置的输出端与设置在集尘管上的除尘刷61连接,吹灰器驱动装置的 输出端连接设置在集灰装置8内部的吹灰器81。
[0032]出风管道13的两端分别设置第一滤网131和第二滤网132,其中第一滤网131设置 在出风管道12与电场除尘部12连接处,第二滤网132设置在出风管道13与出风口 3连接处。 所述出风口 3还设置第三滤网31。第一滤网对电场除尘部内部的灰尘进行阻挡,第二滤网与 第三滤网形成双层过滤装置对外部杂物粉尘进行阻挡,防止外部粉尘进入出风管道造成堵 塞。

- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种静电除尘装置,其特征在于:所述控制箱内部设置高压发 生器、除尘刷驱动装置和吹灰器驱动装置,所述高压发生器的输出端连接电晕线,所述除尘 刷驱动装置的输出端与设置在集尘管上的除尘刷连接,所述吹灰器驱动装置的输出端连接 吹灰器。
- 3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种静电除尘装置,其特征在于:所述出风管道的两端分别设 置第一滤网和第二滤网,其中第一滤网设置在出风管道与电场除尘部连接处,第二滤网设 置在出风管道与出风口连接处。
