Abstract

一个无缆电梯系统
技术领域
本发明涉及电梯,尤其涉及无缆电梯系统。
背景技术
通常每个电梯井道内仅有一个电梯。现有的无缆电梯系统缺点明显,如美国专利5,501,295,4,051,923和3,658,155.。限定了电梯移动方向,不能向斜角或在弧形轨道上移动。针对这个问题,本发明提供相应的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明提供一个无缆电梯系统,所述系统可以在单一井道内置多个电梯,所述系统包括:至少一个电梯和一双平行导轨(1),所述电梯包括:一个轿厢(5);一个与所述轿厢(5)连接的主框架(3),所述主框架包括至少一个电机和由所述电机驱动的至少一个辊组件;所述主框架 (3)安装在所述一双平行导轨(1)之间,所述辊组件夹紧所述导轨并在导轨上移动;一个测距传感系统(20),所述测距传感系统包括安装在轿厢顶部和底部的测距传感器;一个电机控制器,所述电机控制器与所述电机和所述测距传感系统电连接。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有电梯系统的缺陷,本发明提供一个无缆电梯系统,所述系统可以在单一井道内置多个电梯。
如图1A所示,本发明的轿厢(5)通过安装组件(4)与主框架(3)牢固连接。在一个实施例,所述安装组件(4)可以是一个枢轴使轿厢在非垂直的井道内维持垂直状态。
在一个实施例,主框架(3)上安装一个或多个推进系统,每个推进系统包括一个或多个电机和一个辊组件;所述辊组件包括一套至少两个的驱动辊或轮。在另一个实施例,每个辊组件包括一套至少三个的驱动辊或轮。在另一个实施例,每个主框架的顶角上都安装一个推进系统。所述电机为每套驱动辊或轮输出动力令主框架沿着在其两侧的导轨移动。在另一个实施例,所述推进系统直接安装在轿厢顶部或包括侧面和底部的其它部位;在此情况下,主框架和安装组件可以安装在轿厢的中央部分。
在一个实施例,本发明的电梯推进系统包括两个以上的电机,所述每个电机有一个转速表和/或测量电机速度的编码器并将该信息传至一个或多个电机控制器,所述电机控制器将判断哪一个电机需要最大的电力才能和其他电机在同一速度运行,电机控制器将调整对每个电机的供电使转速表的读数一致,即所有电机同步。在另一个实施例,每个电机达致某一速度所需的供电已预定,因此每个电机控制器不需要时刻监控电机的速度。在另一个实施例,电机控制器时刻监控电机的速度。
在一个实施例,本发明的电梯系统内的每个电梯有一个测距传感系统。一些较新的电梯有终端减速系统。当一个电梯向井道末端移动时,如果因为任何原因电梯没有减速,终端减速限位开关向电梯控制器传输电梯减速信息。本发明的测距传感系统可作为一个独有或冗余系统,当终端减速限位开关故障时发起作用。对于没有终端减速系统的电梯系统,本发明将提高安全性。在一个实施例,电梯的顶部和底部安装了数组的测距传感器,所述传感器与电机控制器电连接并向电梯控制器传输电梯与井道底部和顶部距离的信息。如果距离过于接近,电机控制器会将电梯减速。如果距离过于接近,电机控制器会将电梯完全停止。在一个实施例,当所述测距传感系统安装在同处一个井道的多个电梯上时(如图2),所述测距传感系统时刻监控电梯之间的距离并向电机控制器传送用于保持电梯之间距离的信息。
在一个实施例,本发明的电梯所使用的井道不是一个垂直井道。电梯能沿着大厦内弯曲的井道内的弯曲导轨移动。在另一个实施例,导轨呈现环状,多于一个电梯沿着轨道在同一方向或相反方向移动。在另一个实施例,当电梯使用的井道不是一个垂直井道,主框架与轿厢是枢连接,使轿厢可以在主框架跟随非垂直导轨移动时,轿厢与主框架能相对转动,保持轿厢垂直。
在一个实施例,本发明提供一个无缆电梯系统,所述系统可以在单一井道内置多个电梯,所述系统包括:至少一个电梯和一双平行导轨(1),所述电梯包括:一个轿厢(5);一个与轿厢(5)连接的主框架(3),所述主框架包括至少一个电机和由所述电机驱动的至少一个辊组件;所述主框架(3)安装在所述一双平行导轨(1)之间,所述辊组件夹紧所述导轨并在导轨上移动;一个测距传感系统(20),所述测距传感系统包括安装在轿厢顶部和底部的测距传感器;一个电机控制器,所述电机控制器与所述电机和所述测距传感系统电连接。
在一个实施例,所述辊组件包括一套至少两个的驱动辊或轮。在另一个实施例,所述驱动辊或轮是耐用弹性材料或用钢丝加固的橡胶所制成。在另一个实施例,所述驱动辊或轮是齿轮,
所述一双平行导轨上有相对应的轮齿。
在一个实施例,所述主框架包括至少两个电机,所述至少两个电机是同步的电机。
在一个实施例,所述主框架(3)与所述轿厢(5)的任何一面连接。
在一个实施例,所述主框架(3)在中间包裹所述轿厢(5)。
在一个实施例,所述每个电机有一个转速表,所述转速表与电机控制器电连接。
在一个实施例,所述每个电机有一个测量电机速度的编码器,所述编码器与电机控制器电连接。
在一个实施例,所述轿厢(5)与所述主框架(3)枢连接。

Claims (9)

1.一个无缆电梯系统,所述系统可以在单一井道内置多个电梯,所述系统包括:
至少一个电梯和一双平行导轨(1),所述电梯包括:
i.一个轿厢(5);
ii.一个与所述轿厢(5)连接的主框架(3),所述主框架包括至少一个电机和由所述电机驱动的至少一个辊组件;所述辊组件夹紧所述一双平行导轨并具有至少两个驱动辊或轮在导轨上移动;
iii.一个测距传感系统(20),所述测距传感系统包括安装在轿厢顶部和底部的测距传感器;
iv.一个电机控制器,所述电机控制器与所述电机和所述测距传感系统电连接,用于避免电梯撞击任何阻碍物。
2.根据权利要求1的系统,所述驱动辊或轮是耐用弹性材料或用钢丝加固的橡胶所制成。
3.根据权利要求1的系统,所述驱动辊或轮是齿轮,所述一双平行导轨上有相对应的轮齿。
4.根据权利要求1的系统,所述主框架包括至少两个电机,所述至少两个电机是同步的电机。
5.根据权利要求1的系统,所述主框架(3)与所述轿厢(5)的任何一面连接。
6.根据权利要求1的系统,所述主框架(3)在中间包裹所述轿厢(5)。
7.根据权利要求1的系统,所述电机有一个转速表,所述转速表与电机控制器电连接。
8.根据权利要求1的系统,所述电机有一个测量电机速度的编码器,所述编码器与电机控制器电连接。
