Abstract
本实用新型涉及一个保持电梯轿厢于垂直位置的系统,所述系统包括一个主框架,所述主框架包括一个用于调校轿厢角度的电机、离合器和用于控制电机和离合器的电机控制模件;所述电机有一个电机轴;和一个轿厢框架,所述轿厢框架包括一个陀螺传感器、一个电机接合板,所述电机轴和所述电机接合板接合使所述主框架和轿厢框架连接;所述陀螺传感器与所述电机控制模件电连接。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电梯,尤其涉及保持电梯轿厢于垂直位置的系统。
背景技术
通常每个电梯井道内仅有一个电梯。为了减少安装所需的空间和缩短等候时间,一些能向 上下左右移动的无缆电梯系统已被公开。如美国专利5,501,295,4,051,923和3,658,155。现有的电 梯系统缺点明显,包括限定了电梯移动方向,不能向斜角或在弧形轨道上移动。因为电梯轿厢在 该些情况下不能保持垂直。
市场上对解决现有的电梯保持轿厢垂直的问题有强烈需求。本发明针对这些问题提供解决 方案。
发明内容
本发明提供一个在非垂直井道内保持电梯轿厢于垂直位置的系统,所述系统包括:一个主 框架(3),所述主框架包括一个用于调校轿厢角度的电机(45)和离合器(46);所述电机有一 个电机轴(47);和一个轿厢框架(19),所述轿厢框架包括一个电机接合板(195),电机轴 (47)可装配在电机接合板(195)背后使所述主框架(3)和轿厢框架(19)连接。

图1A是本发明的电梯系统在一个有弧形井道(7)的多层建筑内运作的表示图,轿厢(5) 顺着井道内一条弧形导轨(1)移动。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一个在非垂直井道内保持电梯轿厢于垂直位置的系统。在一个实施例,本发明 的电梯所使用的井道不是一个垂直井道。如图1A所示,电梯能沿着大厦内弯曲的井道内的弯曲 导轨移动。在另一个实施例,如图1B所示,导轨呈现环状,多于一个电梯沿着轨道在同一方向 或相反方向移动。
在一个实施例,当井道是弯曲或其他非垂直形态(如图1A、1B),即使主框架沿着导轨 改变方向,轿厢仍能保持垂直(图1C),因为主框架(3)上有一个用于调校轿厢角度的电机 (45)、离合器(46)、一个装有耦合部件的电机轴(47)和一个电机控制模件;轿厢框架(19) 上有一个陀螺传感器(197)不断检测电梯轿厢的角度。轿厢框架(19)有一个电机接合板 (195),上有螺栓孔用于与电机轴(47)的耦合部件通过螺栓(196)接合。当陀螺传感器(197) 感测轿厢框架(19)离开垂直位置,陀螺传感器(197)将向电机控制模件发放信息使离合器 (46)打开,并且电机(45)向适当方向转动将轿厢框架(19)回到垂直位置。当电机(45)转动 完毕,离合器(46)再次关闭将轿厢框架(19)位置锁定。
本发明提供一个在非垂直井道内保持电梯轿厢于垂直位置的系统,所述系统包括:一个主 框架(3),所述主框架包括一个用于调校轿厢角度方向的电机(45)和离合器(46);所述电机 有一个电机轴(47);还有一个轿厢框架(19),所述轿厢框架包括一个电机接合板(195), 电机轴(47)与电机接合板(195)接合使所述主框架(3)和轿厢框架(19)连接。
在一个实施例,所述电机轴(47)包括一个耦合部件,所述电机接合板(195)上有螺栓 孔,螺栓(196)通过螺栓孔和耦合部件使主框架(3)和轿厢框架(19)稳固接合。
在一个实施例,所述轿厢框架(19)与一个轿厢(5)连接。
在一个实施例,所述轿厢框架(19)上有一个电梯平台(193)。在另一个实施例,所述 电梯平台(193)与一个轿厢(5)的底部连接。
在一个实施例,所述主框架(3)与电梯驱动系统连接。在另一个实施例,所述电梯驱动 系统是至少一个电机。在另一个实施例,所述电梯驱动系统是曳引式电梯的吊缆。
在一个实施例,所述非垂直井道是弧形井道。
在一个实施例,所述非垂直井道是环形井道。
Claims (10)
1.一个在非垂直井道内保持电梯轿厢于垂直位置的系统,所述系统包括:
a.一个主框架(3),所述主框架包括一个用于调校轿厢角度的电机(45)、离合器(46)和用于控制电机和离合器的电机控制模件;所述电机有一个电机轴(47);和
b.一个轿厢框架(19),所述轿厢框架包括一个陀螺传感器(197)、一个电机接合板(195),所述电机轴(47)和所述电机接合板(195)接合使所述主框架(3)和轿厢框架(19)连接;所述陀螺传感器与所述电机控制模件电连接。
2.根据权利要求1的系统,所述电机轴(47)包括一个耦合部件,所述电机接合板(195)上有螺栓孔,螺栓(196)通过螺栓孔和耦合部件使主框架(3)和轿厢框架(19)稳固接合。
3.根据权利要求1的系统,所述轿厢框架(19)与一个轿厢(5)连接。
4.根据权利要求1的系统,所述轿厢框架(19)上有一个电梯平台(193)。
5.根据权利要求1的系统,所述非垂直井道是弧形井道。
