Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种消声器,包括主筒、第一进气管、第二进气管,还包括位于所述主筒一侧的总进气管,所述总进气管的第一端与所述主筒的第一端连接,所述总进气管的第二端位于所述主筒的第二端处,所述第一进气管和所述第二进气管均与所述总进气管的第二端连接,且均与所述总进气管连通。本实用新型中第一进气管、第二进气管以及总进气管的合理布局使得消声器的整体结构变得紧凑化,减小了消声器所占的空间,从而利于整体布局。本实用新型还公开了一种具有上述消声器的全地形车。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及全地形车技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种全地形车及其消声器。
背景技术
一些全地形车的消声器包括:主筒;排气管;三元催化器;与主筒连接的第一进气管和第二进气管,第一进气管和第二进气管分别与前气缸和后气缸连通。由于第一进气管和第二进气管的布局不合理,导致消声器的体积很大,从而影响其它构件的布局。另外,OBD系统(车载诊断系统)设置在三元催化器附近,用于对三元催化器进行实时监测。但是由于三元催化器的布置不合理,从而导致OBD系统和三元催化器所占空间较大,同样会影响其他构件的布局。
因此,如何设计一种消声器,该消声器的结构紧凑、布局合理,从而便于其它构件的布局,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的关键性问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种消声器,该消声器的结构紧凑、布局合理,从而利于整体布局。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供以下技术方案:
一种消声器,包括主筒、第一进气管、第二进气管,还包括位于所述主筒一侧的总进气管,所述总进气管的第一端与所述主筒的第一端连接,所述总进气管的第二端位于所述主筒的第二端处,所述第一进气管和所述第二进气管均与所述总进气管的第二端连接,且均与所述总进气管连通。
优选地,还包括三元催化器,所述三元催化器连接于所述总进气管中,且与所述总进气管连通。
优选地,所述主筒的第一端为所述主筒的上端,所述主筒的第二端为所述主筒的下端。
优选地,沿着全地形车的前进方向看过去,所述总进气管位于所述主筒的后方。
优选地,还包括锥形筒,所述锥形筒的直径较小端套设并焊接在所述总进气管上,所述锥形筒的直径较大端套设并焊接在所述三元催化器上,所述三元催化器的两端分别通过两个所述锥形筒连接于所述总进气管中。
优选地,还包括保护套,所述保护套套设在所述三元催化器外。
优选地,所述保护套的两端分别套设并焊接在两个所述锥形筒的直径较大端。
优选地,还包括包覆在所述三元催化器外的隔热件,所述锥形筒与所述保护套位于所述隔热件内。
优选地,所述隔热件通过支架连接在所述总进气管上。
本实用新型还提供了一种全地形车,包括消声器,所述消声器为上述任意一种消声器。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本实用新型中的总进气管位于主筒的一侧,总进气管的第一端连接于主筒的第一端,总进气管的第二端位于主筒的第二端处。第一进气管和第二进气管均连接在总进气管的第二端,即第一进气管和第二进气管的交汇部位于主筒的第二端处。本实用新型中第一进气管、第二进气管以及总进气管的合理布局使得消声器的整体结构变得紧凑化,减小了消声器所占的空间,从而利于整体布局。

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种消声器,该消声器的结构紧凑、布局合理,从而利于整体布局。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参考附图1-3。在本实用新型一具体实施例中,消声器包括主筒4、第一进气管1、第二进气管2以及总进气管3。
其中,第一进气管1和第二进气管2分别与前气缸和后气缸连通。总进气管3位于主筒4的一侧。总进气管3的第一端与主筒4的第一端连接并与主筒4连通。总进气管3的第二端位于主筒4的第二端处。第一进气管1和第二进气管2均连接于总进气管3的第二端,并均与总进气管3连通,即第一进气管1和第二进气管2的交汇部位于主筒4的第二端处。本实施例中第一进气管1、第二进气管2以及总进气管3的合理布局使得消声器的整体结构变得紧凑化,减小了消声器所占的空间,从而利于整体布局。
在本实用新型一具体实施例中,还包括三元催化器5。三元催化器5是排气系统的净化装置。本实施例中将三元催化器5连接在总进气管3中,如此三元催化器5会对进入第一进气管1和第二进气管2中的气体进行净化。总进气管3位于主筒4的一侧,那么三元催化器5也位于主筒4的一侧。在本实施例中可以将OBD系统设置在三元催化器5和主筒4之间以及三元催化器5远离主筒4的一侧。
为了进一步优化结构布局,在本实用新型一具体实施例中,限定主筒4的第一端为主筒4的上端,主筒4的第二端即为主筒4的下端。在本实施例中,总进气管3的第一端连接在主筒4的上端,总进气管3的第二端位于主筒4的下端的下方,那么第一进气管1和第二进气管2的交汇部就位于主筒4的下方。
在本实用新型一具体实施例中,沿着全地形车的前进方向看过去,或者说以全地形车前进的方向为前方,与之相反的方向为后方,总进气管3位于主筒4的后方。三元催化器5连接于总进气管3中,那么三元催化器5也位于主筒4的后方。OBD系统位于三元催化器5和主筒4之间以及三元催化器5的后方。本实施例中使三元催化器5和OBD系统得到最优的布局,节约了空间。
在本实用新型一具体实施例中,增设了锥形筒6。该锥形筒6的直径较小端套设并焊接在总进气管3外,锥形筒6的直径较大端套设并焊接在三元催化器5外。三元催化器5的两端分别通过两个锥形筒6连接在总进气管3中。锥形筒6既能确保三元催化器5与总进气管3连接的牢固性,还能够确保三元催化器5和总进气管3的连通性。
为了保护三元催化器5不被外物所伤,在本实用新型一具体实施例中增设了保护套7,该保护套7套设在三元催化器5外。
进一步地,保护套7的两端套设并焊接在两个锥形筒6的直径较大端。
在本实用新型一具体实施例中,增设了包覆在三元催化器5外的隔热件8,该隔热件8通过支架连接在总进气管3上,锥形筒6和保护套7也位于隔热件8内。其作用是防止三元催化器5的热量快速、集中地传递到附近组件上,而对组件造成热伤害。本实施例中三元催化器5的热量通过隔热件8缓慢而均匀地传递出。
本实用新型还提供了一种全地形车,包括消声器,特别地,该消声器为上述任意一种消声器,上述消声器具有上述优点,具有上述消声器的全地形车同样具有上述优点,故本文不再赘述。

Claims (10)
1.一种消声器,包括主筒(4)、第一进气管(1)、第二进气管(2),其特征在于,还包括位于所述主筒(4)一侧的总进气管(3),所述总进气管(3)的第一端与所述主筒(4)的第一端连接,所述总进气管(3)的第二端位于所述主筒(4)的第二端处,所述第一进气管(1)和所述第二进气管(2)均与所述总进气管(3)的第二端连接,且均与所述总进气管(3)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消声器,其特征在于,还包括三元催化器(5),所述三元催化器(5)连接于所述总进气管(3)中,且与所述总进气管(3)连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的消声器,其特征在于,所述主筒(4)的第一端为所述主筒(4)的上端,所述主筒(4)的第二端为所述主筒(4)的下端。
4.根据权利要求3所述的消声器,其特征在于,沿着全地形车的前进方向看过去,所述总进气管(3)位于所述主筒(4)的后方。
5.根据权利要求2所述的消声器,其特征在于,还包括锥形筒(6),所述锥形筒(6)的直径较小端套设并焊接在所述总进气管(3)上,所述锥形筒(6)的直径较大端套设并焊接在所述三元催化器(5)上,所述三元催化器(5)的两端分别通过两个所述锥形筒(6)连接于所述总进气管(3)中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的消声器,其特征在于,还包括保护套(7),所述保护套(7)套设在所述三元催化器(5)外。
7.根据权利要求6所述的消声器,其特征在于,所述保护套(7)的两端分别套设并焊接在两个所述锥形筒(6)的直径较大端。
8.根据权利要求7所述的消声器,其特征在于,还包括包覆在所述三元催化器(5)外的隔热件(8),所述锥形筒(6)与所述保护套(7)位于所述隔热件(8)内。
9.根据权利要求8所述的消声器,其特征在于,所述隔热件(8)通过支架连接在所述总进气管(3)上。
10.一种全地形车,包括消声器,其特征在于,所述消声器为如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的消声器。
