本实用新型涉及一种新型双列轴承隔圈。
背景技术
一般双列轴承中间使用轴承隔圈进行定位,而现有的轴承隔圈横截面是实芯,与两侧轴承紧密配合后基本无间隙,对于从轴中心孔加油的轴承来说,润滑油脂无法直接从轴承隔圈进入向两侧进行分油,导致因润滑不良造成的轴承损坏,大大缩短轴承使用寿命。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种便于润滑脂直接从双列轴承中间隔圈向两侧轴承分油,能够润滑良好,保证轴承寿命的一种新型双列轴承隔圈。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:一种新型双列轴承隔圈,包括隔圈本体,在双列轴承隔圈本体内周壁中部设置着环形一沟槽,沟槽周壁上均布设置着分油孔,沟槽的宽度为隔圈宽度的一半,沟槽的深度为所述分油孔孔径的1/4-1/3,分油孔孔径为轴上的加油孔孔径的1/2-1/3。
本实用新型可以使双列轴承充分润滑,减少因轴承润滑不良带来的轴承破损、轴磨损、轴承外配合件磨损等一些后果。通过轴中心油孔润滑的双系列轴承都可以采用此隔圈,由于轴孔加油位置合适,可以减少轴的设计尺寸。
