背景技术
通常，散装饲料运输车辆使用螺旋输送绞龙卸料系统进行卸料时，需要将升降输送绞龙通过液压油缸举升到一定的高度，然后将物料通过螺旋输送绞龙卸到料塔或其他筒仓内。在升降输送绞龙完成卸料后通过液压油缸收回放至在升降输送绞龙托架总成上直到下一次的举升卸料之前，期间包括车辆运行引起的升降输送绞龙震动对托架总成的强度冲击，自重对托架总成的强度冲击等，可能会导致托架变形，与之焊接的罐体变形等；导致托架总成使用寿命减短，无法再继续支撑、托住升降输送绞龙，存在安全影响。一种高强度升降输送绞龙托架总成装置将会解决这种问题，提高托架强度，防止托架变形和罐体变形等，增加了安全性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种散装运输车的升降输送绞龙托架装置。利用新装置来替代现有的各种升降输送绞龙托架总成结构，达到提高强度和安全操作的目的。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种散装运输车的升降输送绞龙托架装置，其特征是托架与托架支撑板，托架焊接垫板焊接在一起组成一个总成，将此总成焊接在罐体上；平胶带通过螺栓安装在托架的托环上，升降输送绞龙放置在平胶带上。

在图1中，将托架3与托架支撑板6，托架焊接垫板2焊接在一起组成一个总成，然后将此总成焊接在罐体1上，再将平胶带5通过螺栓安装在托架3的托环上，螺栓连接要牢固可靠，不得出现松动现象，完成托架总成的焊接和安装，最后将升降输送绞龙4放置在平胶带上即可。
