本实用新型公开了一种可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置,包括连接挤出机的口模、安装在水槽上的多个分条辊以及安装在切粒机进料口的导料辊,热塑性塑料经过所述挤出机的加热剪切熔融共混后,从所述口模的模孔被挤出来,形成料条,经多个所述分条辊下的水槽冷却,然后到达所述导料辊,最后被牵引进入所述切粒机,所述模孔的纵截面形状为跑道椭圆,所述分条辊和导料辊的纵截面形状为跑道椭圆的一半。本实用新型采用以上结构,可以在热塑性塑料水冷拉条切粒过程中,防止发生料条牵引紊乱的现象。

本实用新型涉及塑料加工技术领域,特别涉及一种可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置。
背景技术
在热塑性塑料水冷拉条切粒过程中,由于料条出模孔进入水槽冷却,然后被牵引进入切粒机的过程中,会发生一定幅度的摆动,导致经常会发生料条牵引紊乱的现象,轻则引起切粒设备切出形状异常的颗粒,严重时整个料条紊乱进而导致停机,不得不重新开始牵引料条,造成原材料损失的同时,也浪费了部分生产时间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置,可以在热塑性塑料水冷拉条切粒过程中,防止发生料条牵引紊乱的现象。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置,包括连接挤出机的口模、安装在水槽上的多个分条辊以及安装在切粒机进料口的导料辊,热塑性塑料经过所述挤出机的加热剪切熔融共混后,从所述口模的模孔被挤出来,形成料条,经多个所述分条辊下的水槽冷却,然后到达所述导料辊,最后被牵引进入所述切粒机,所述模孔的纵截面形状为跑道椭圆,所述分条辊和导料辊的纵截面形状为跑道椭圆的一半。
作为优选,所述口模的四周设置有螺栓孔,所述口模通过螺栓紧固在所述挤出机上,所述口模的中部设置有一排所述模孔。
作为优选,所述模孔的纵截面形状由左右两个对称的模孔弧形部和上下两个对称的模孔平直部组成。
作为优选,所述分条辊上沿长度方向设置有一排导条槽,若干根所述料条从所述导条槽中穿过。
作为优选,所述导条槽的纵截面形状为跑道椭圆沿长轴切开的一半,所述导条槽的宽度为所述料条的直径的两倍或以上。
作为优选,所述导条槽的纵截面形状由左右两个对称的导条槽弧形部和下面一个导条槽平直部组成,所述导条槽弧形部的直径为90mm。
作为优选,所述导料辊与分条辊的形状相同。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果为:
本实用新型与传统的牵引装置相比,并没有增加额外的部件,而是针对现有设计进行优化,对整体的布局没有任何影响,简单实用。本实用新型将模孔的纵截面形状设计为跑道椭圆,将分条辊和导料辊的纵截面形状设计为跑道椭圆的一半,与现有技术中纵截面形状为圆形的模孔以及纵截面形状为半圆形的分条辊和导料辊相比,本实用新型可以增加料条与改进的模孔以及分条辊和导料辊的接触面积,由原先的线接触变成面接触,可以有效防止发生料条牵引紊乱的现象。通过收集对模孔以及分条辊和导料辊改进前后的生产数据,可以发现,改进后,料条牵引紊乱的情况已基本消除。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本实用新型,但并不构成对本实用新型的限定。此外,下面所描述的本实用新型各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1所示,本实用新型公开的一种可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置,包括连接挤出机(图中未示出)的口模1、安装在水槽5上的多个分条辊2以及安装在切粒机4进料口的导料辊3,热塑性塑料经过挤出机的加热剪切熔融共混后,从口模1的模孔11被挤出来,形成料条6,经多个分条辊2下的水槽5冷却,然后到达导料辊3,最后被牵引进入切粒机4,切粒机4将料条6进行切粒,模孔11的纵截面形状为跑道椭圆,分条辊2和导料辊3的纵截面形状为跑道椭圆的一半,跑道椭圆即一种类似于400m跑道的椭圆形状。
口模1的四周设置有螺栓孔12,口模1通过螺栓紧固在挤出机上,口模1的中部设置有一排模孔11,如图2所示。模孔11的纵截面形状由左右两个对称的模孔弧形部111和上下两个对称的模孔平直部112组成,如图3所示。与现有技术中纵截面形状为圆形的模孔11相比,本实用新型可以增加料条6与改进的模孔11的接触面积,由原先的线接触变成面接触,可以有效防止发生料条6牵引紊乱的现象。
分条辊2上沿长度方向设置有一排导条槽21,若干根料条6从导条槽21中穿过,并经分条辊2压住绷紧,如图4所示。导条槽21的纵截面形状为跑道椭圆沿长轴L切开的一半,相应地,其深度为跑道椭圆短轴长度的一半,如图5所示(图5中虚线部分仅为了方便说明导条槽21的形状,实际并不存在),导条槽21的宽度为料条6的直径的两倍或以上。导条槽21的纵截面形状由左右两个对称的导条槽弧形部211和下面一个导条槽平直部212组成,导条槽弧形部211的直径由原先的60mm增加到90mm。导料辊3与分条辊2的形状相同。与现有技术中纵截面形状为半圆形的分条辊2和导料辊3相比,本实用新型可以增加料条6与改进的分条辊2和导料辊3的接触面积,由原先的线接触变成面接触,可以有效防止发生料条6牵引紊乱的现象。

1.一种可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置,包括连接挤出机的口模、安装在水槽上的多个分条辊以及安装在切粒机进料口的导料辊,热塑性塑料经过所述挤出机的加热剪切熔融共混后,从所述口模的模孔被挤出来,形成料条,经多个所述分条辊下的水槽冷却,然后到达所述导料辊,最后被牵引进入所述切粒机,其特征在于:所述模孔的纵截面形状为跑道椭圆,所述分条辊和导料辊的纵截面形状为跑道椭圆的一半。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置,其特征在于:所述口模的四周设置有螺栓孔,所述口模通过螺栓紧固在所述挤出机上,所述口模的中部设置有一排所述模孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置,其特征在于:所述模孔的纵截面形状由左右两个对称的模孔弧形部和上下两个对称的模孔平直部组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置,其特征在于:所述分条辊上沿长度方向设置有一排导条槽,若干根所述料条从所述导条槽中穿过。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置,其特征在于:所述导条槽的纵截面形状为跑道椭圆沿长轴切开的一半,所述导条槽的宽度为所述料条的直径的两倍或以上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置,其特征在于:所述导条槽的纵截面形状由左右两个对称的导条槽弧形部和下面一个导条槽平直部组成,所述导条槽弧形部的直径为90mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可防止水冷拉条切粒异常产生的装置,其特征在于:所述导料辊与分条辊的形状相同。
