毡两面的沥青浸渍层外各贴有一层聚乙烯塑料膜。
既有效地防止了卷捆库存中的粘沾现象，又防止了难
闻气味的挥发。
Description
本实用新型属于对原有油毡结构的改进。
油毡是建筑行业普遍使用的防水材料，其主要结构是在油毡纸胎外涂上浸渍层，浸渍层一般采用沥青焦油作材料。气温高时沥青焦油易挥发难闻的气味，另外是当油毡卷成捆库存时易发生粘沾现象。为克服粘沾问题，现有的技术是在油毡两面的浸渍层上撒上一层干粉（滑石粉、云母粉、云母片等），但仍不能彻底解决问题。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新结构油毡，既能防止油毡储存中的粘沾问题，又能有效地抑制沥青焦油中炭氢化合物的挥发。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
附图1是本实用新型的结构断面图。
参照附图1，（3）是油毡纸胎，在油毡纸胎（3）的两面各涂有沥青焦油浸渍层（2），在浸渍层（2）的外面贴有塑料薄膜（1）。塑料膜可采用柔性较好的聚乙烯膜，厚度0.07～0.1毫米，以防止破裂。大小和油毡的尺寸相同或略大一点。方法是将塑料膜铺平在油毡浸渍层上后碾压一次即可。
上述结构的油毡，既可防止卷捆库存时的粘沾现象，又可有效地抑制沥青焦油难闻气味的挥发，方便施工。
Claims (2)
1、一种防粘油毡，由油毡纸胎、浸渍层，防粘层组成，本发明的特征是，在油毡纸胎两面的浸渍层外各贴有一层和油毡尺寸大小相同的塑料薄膜。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防粘油毡，其特征是塑料膜为厚度是0.07～0.1毫米的聚乙烯薄膜。
