本实用新型公开了一种钢筋笼主筋定位小卡具，该小卡具包括主筋杆、上卡杆、下卡杆和手柄卡杆；用普通钢筋可以制作一个小的主筋定位小卡具，减少了主筋定位时间和工人的劳动强度，从而提高了钢筋笼制作效率。主筋定位小卡具的作用：1、定位小卡具两卡头间距满足钢筋笼主筋间距要求，工人只需将小卡具放在一根已经焊接好的主筋上就可进行下一个主筋的焊接，既方便又实用；2、定位小卡具可以增长物理力臂，较比人工直接操作轻松简单。通过与其他钢筋加工场制作钢筋笼相比较，使用主筋定位小卡具的经济性、适用性、高效性特点突出。

本实用新型涉及建筑工程技术领域，特别是用于箱梁集中预制工程中的钢筋笼主筋定位卡具。
背景技术
钢筋笼的加工工序衔接不紧凑，安排不合理都会影响钢筋笼的制作，很多地方由于钢筋笼加工不能及时完成，导致已完成的旋挖钻成孔桩基不能及时浇筑混凝土，将影响后续施工进度。
经现场发现，工人施工过程中，在固定好的每个加强筋上画标记，然后主筋往标记上定位，再焊接，其中定位过程中每个工人必须配合默契并用力压住才能保证焊接的主筋位置不移动。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种用普通钢筋可以制作一个小的主筋定位小卡具，以减少主筋定位时间和工人的劳动强度，从而提高钢筋笼制作效率。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为一种钢筋笼主筋定位小卡具，该小卡具包括主筋杆1、上卡杆2、下卡杆3和手柄卡杆4；主筋杆1由钢筋剪裁制成，上卡杆2和下卡杆3设置在主筋杆1的上部，上卡杆2和下卡杆3沿主筋杆1对称布置，手柄卡杆4设置在主筋杆1的下部。
上卡杆2和下卡杆3之间的长度等于主筋杆1长度的1/5-1/3。
手柄卡杆4之间的主筋杆1外套设有橡胶或者纤维布。
