背景技术
现有的螺杆挤出机往往会在出料口安装过滤器以保证挤出的成型物料的纯净，而安装过滤器的同时会使螺杆挤出机料筒内的压力增加，使出料不均匀，影响产品的质量。

本实用新型针对上述现有技术存在的问题做出改进，即本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种螺杆挤出机压力报警装置，不仅能保证物料输送均匀流畅，同时还能对过滤器的更换进行提前预警。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种螺杆挤出机压力报警装置，包括料罐、螺杆挤出机、过滤器和模头，所述螺杆挤出机包括料筒、喂料螺杆、驱动动喂料螺杆的喂料电机和减速箱，所述料筒一端上部与料罐连接，另一端与过滤器进口端连接，所述过滤器出口端连接有模头；所述螺杆挤出机与过滤器之间安装有压力表Ⅰ，所述螺杆挤出机与模头之间安装有压力表Ⅱ，所述压力表Ⅰ与报警器连接，所述压力表Ⅱ与控制器连接，所述控制器与喂料电机连接。
所述料罐下部呈斗状，与螺杆挤出机料筒可拆卸连接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型一种螺杆挤出机压力报警装置不仅能保证物料输送均匀流畅，保证产品的质量稳定，同时还能对过滤器的更换进行提前预警。

如图1所示，一种螺杆挤出机压力报警装置，包括料罐1、螺杆挤出机、过滤器8和模头9，所述螺杆挤出机包括料筒4、喂料螺杆5、驱动动喂料螺杆5的喂料电机2和减速箱3，所述料筒4一端上部与料罐1连接，另一端与过滤器8进口端连接，所述过滤器8出口端连接有模头9；所述螺杆挤出机与过滤器8之间安装有压力表Ⅰ6，所述螺杆挤出机与模头9之间安装有压力表Ⅱ7，所述压力表Ⅰ6与报警器连接，所述压力表Ⅱ7与控制器连接，所述控制器与喂料电机2连接，所述料罐1下部呈斗状，与螺杆挤出机料筒4可拆卸连接。
工作时，料罐1内的物料送至料筒4内经螺杆挤压输送再经过滤器8过滤，由模头9挤出成型，当过滤器8堵塞时，料筒4内的压力表Ⅰ6增加达到需要更换过滤器8的压力值时，报警器响应提醒操作人员更换过滤器8，同时压力表Ⅱ7也会随之变化，为了保证物料输送均匀流畅，当压力表Ⅱ7增加时，控制器控制电机减速，当压力表Ⅰ6降低时，控制器控制电机增速，从而保证产品质量的稳定。
