Abstract
本实用新型是为了改善夏季无空调设备汽车驾
驶室中驾驶员工作环境的发明。在驾驶员座椅的座
垫及靠背内装有直流风扇，同时该种座椅座垫及靠背
的透气性能好，座垫及靠背内直流风扇产生的流动空
气吸收驾驶员皮肤排出的热量，使得驾驶员感到舒
适。
Description
本发明是为了改善夏季无空调设备的汽车驾驶室中驾驶员工作环境的发明。
夏季无空调设备的驾驶室中温度较高，为了改善工作环境，目前一般打开车门上的玻璃或者在驾驶室内按装电风扇，这可以在一定程度上改善驾驶员面部和前胸的降温问题。由于驾驶员座椅的通风条件差，臀部和背部通常衣服都被汗水湿透。这种现象致使皮肤温度升高，体力下降，心血管和消化系统发生变化，驾驶员感到烦燥，心慌意乱。这些情况，无论从生理上还是从行车安全上看都是不利的。
本发明是要提供一种新式的驾驶员座椅，它的座垫和靠背有流动的空气通过，流动空气吸收驾驶员背部和臀部皮肤发出的热量，促使人体散热，驾驶员感到舒适。
其解决方案是：将普通座垫和靠背上的海棉及透气性能不好的人造革等用有弹性塑料带及透气性能好的蒙布代替，在其下面装有带风扇叶的直流微电机，通电后便有流动空气通过驾驶员的背部及臀部。
本发明的进一步改进是将驾驶员座椅的座垫及靠背和整个汽车的冷暖风机联合起来，形成一个整体，由外部强制通风。
为了对现有大部分国产汽车进行改造，只需生产和相应汽车配套的冷风座垫及冷风靠背即可。夏季装上，冬季可以拆除。
为了适应不同情况下的使用，本发明中的微电机可以用可控硅控制其转速，以便得到最适宜的风量。
附图描述了本发明的一个实例。
透气性能好的蒙布1包在座椅的外层，2是有弹性的塑料带，这样有利于空气的流通。在靠背及座垫下部装了直流微电机风扇，座垫下部及靠背外侧有若干通风孔，4是这些通风孔。空气从孔中被吸进椅背座垫，然后从蒙布孔隙中排出，3是直流微电机风扇。
