背景技术
现有技术中,减速机为实现大速比,一般要在一个减速箱体内设置更多级的减速传动,而更多级的减速传动就需在一个减速箱体内设置更多条的中间传动轴和更多组的减速齿轮,因此会导致减速箱体的结构复杂,加工困难,同时外形大。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种实现大速比大扭矩、结构紧凑的高效大速比减速机。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
高效大速比减速机,其特征在于:由主、辅减速部件和电机组成,主减速部件包括主减速箱体和在主减速箱体内作转动设置的输出轴、传动轴A、传动轴B,输出轴、传动轴A和传动轴B之间相互平行,传动轴B通过第一齿轮组减速传动传动轴A,传动轴A通过第二齿轮组减速传动输出轴,传动轴B的前轴端外伸于主减速箱体;辅减速部件包括辅减速箱体和在辅减速箱体内作转动设置的输入轴、传动轴C、传动轴D,辅减速箱体通过联接法兰连接于主减速箱体的前侧,电机连接于辅减速箱体的顶部,电机传动输入轴,输入轴通过直齿或斜齿或锥齿或蜗轮蜗杆减速传动传动轴D,传动轴D通过第三齿轮组减速传动传动轴C,传动轴C、传动轴D之间相互平行,传动轴C为空心轴并与传动轴B同轴设置,传动轴B的前轴端插入到传动轴C的内孔与传动轴C形成键连接。
联接法兰设有轴阶伸入辅减速箱体内对支承传动轴C后轴端的轴承进行轴向压紧,轴阶内孔设有密封环对传动轴C的后轴端进行轴端密封。
输出轴为空心轴。
采用上述技术方案的高效大速比减速机,实质是将两台减速机进行有机组合然后共用一台电机,主减速部件相当于一台减速机,传动轴B相当于这台减速机的输入轴,而辅减速部件相当于另一台减速机,传动轴C相当于另一台减速机的输出轴,然后通过传动轴B和C的同轴键连接并且将两台减速机的箱体固定相连,进而实现大速比大扭矩,但结构显然更加紧凑,结构也简单,加工也方便。

如图所示,本实用新型的高效大速比减速机,由主、辅减速部件和电机2组成,主减速部件包括主减速箱体1和在主减速箱体1内作转动设置的输出轴5、传动轴A、传动轴B,输出轴5、传动轴A和传动轴B之间相互平行,传动轴B通过第一齿轮组减速传动传动轴A,传动轴A通过第二齿轮组减速传动输出轴5,传动轴B的前轴端外伸于主减速箱体1,输出轴5为空心轴;辅减速部件包括辅减速箱体3和在辅减速箱体3内作转动设置的输入轴、传动轴C、传动轴D,辅减速箱体3通过联接法兰4连接于主减速箱体1的前侧,电机2连接于辅减速箱体3的顶部,电机2传动输入轴,输入轴通过锥齿10减速传动传动轴D,传动轴D通过第三齿轮组减速传动传动轴C,传动轴C、传动轴D之间相互平行,传动轴C为空心轴并与传动轴B同轴设置,传动轴B的前轴端插入到传动轴C的内孔与传动轴C形成键连接9,联接法兰4设有轴阶6伸入辅减速箱体3内对支承传动轴C后轴端的轴承8进行轴向压紧,轴阶6内孔设有密封环7对传动轴C的后轴端进行轴端密封。

1.高效大速比减速机,其特征在于:由主、辅减速部件和电机组成,主减速部件包括主减速箱体和在主减速箱体内作转动设置的输出轴、传动轴A、传动轴B,输出轴、传动轴A和传动轴B之间相互平行,传动轴B通过第一齿轮组减速传动传动轴A,传动轴A通过第二齿轮组减速传动输出轴,传动轴B的前轴端外伸于主减速箱体;辅减速部件包括辅减速箱体和在辅减速箱体内作转动设置的输入轴、传动轴C、传动轴D,辅减速箱体通过联接法兰连接于主减速箱体的前侧,电机连接于辅减速箱体的顶部,电机传动输入轴,输入轴通过直齿或斜齿或锥齿或蜗轮蜗杆减速传动传动轴D,传动轴D通过第三齿轮组减速传动传动轴C,传动轴C、传动轴D之间相互平行,传动轴C为空心轴并与传动轴B同轴设置,传动轴B的前轴端插入到传动轴C的内孔与传动轴C形成键连接。
