本实用新型涉及制药技术领域,具体涉及一套中药制粒系统。
背景技术
现有的中药制粒采用将中药成分混合搅拌,然后进行制粒,再转送至烘箱中进行烘干的方法,得到所需要的中药颗粒,这种制粒方法制得的中药颗粒一般颗粒大小、颜色不均匀,而且颗粒之间所含中药成分也不一致。而且现有技术中的沸腾干燥技术是将粉状物料投入料斗密闭容器内,再热气流的作用下循环流动,同时喷入雾状粘结剂使粉末凝成小颗粒进而成粒,如此制造的中药颗粒的过程由于清粉效果不好而造成制粒合格率低、塌床等现象,而且容器的清洗也极为不便,同时操作过程劳动强度大,粉尘飞扬,影响环境的同时药物粉尘对人身体造成一定的伤害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一套能够使制出的中药颗粒颜色、成分均匀性较好的中药制粒系统。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一套中药制粒系统,包括辅料混合罐,辅料混合罐与制粒装置连接,制粒装置的出粒口连接烘干装置,所述烘干装置的出口与沸腾干燥制粒装置相连接,沸腾干燥制粒装置的顶部入液口连接有主料储液装置,所述沸腾干燥制粒装置与主料液存储装置之间设有管道,管道上设有蠕动泵,管道出液口成喇叭状,且管道出液口处装有雾化装置,所述管道出液口与沸腾干燥制粒装置的入液口相连接;所述沸腾干燥制粒装置底部设有进风口,所述进风口处连接有热空气进风管,所述热空气进风管的出口深入至沸腾干燥制粒装置内部,热空气进风管另一端连接有风机,所述热空气进风管上装有控制阀,所述热空气进风管上设有空气加热装置。
所述沸腾干燥制粒装置外侧设有保温层。
所述沸腾干燥制粒装置的顶部入液口为多个孔状结构,所述每个孔内安装一雾化装置。
优选的,所述雾化装置包括喷嘴,所述喷嘴为喇叭形喷嘴,所述喇叭形喷嘴上均匀分布有出气孔,所述喇叭形喷嘴喇叭口朝下设置。
本实用新型在现有技术的中药制粒基础上,先用普通制粒方法将中药辅料(一般为淀粉)制成素粒,然后将其加入到沸腾干燥制粒装置中,向其中喷入主料液,将雾化的主料均匀浸入到素粒中,并在热风的作用下不断干燥不断浸入,最终完成中药粒的制作。较之现有技术的将中药成分的粉体加入沸腾干燥制粒装置制得中药粒颜色成分均匀性较好,颗粒的大小也较为均匀,同时避免了沸腾干燥制粒装置的清粉工序;同时,制造素粒的过程由于素粒中不含主要药物成分,制粒过程中条件并不苛刻,制作简单,而且素粒中几乎不含有药物成分,制作过程的粉尘对人体的伤害相对较小。

如图1所示,一套中药制粒系统,包括辅料混合罐1,辅料混合罐1与制粒装置2连接,制粒装置2的出粒口连接烘干装置3,所述烘干装置3的出口与沸腾干燥制粒装置4相连接,沸腾干燥制粒装置4的顶部入液口连接有主料储液装置6,所述沸腾干燥制粒装置4与主料液存储装置6之间设有管道,管道上设有蠕动泵,管道出液口成喇叭状,且管道出液口处装有雾化装置5,所述管道出液口与沸腾干燥制粒装置4的入液口相连接;所述沸腾干燥制粒装置4底部设有进风口,所述进风口处连接有热空气进风管,所述热空气进风管的出口深入至沸腾干燥制粒装置内部,热空气进风管另一端连接有风机7,所述热空气进风管上装有控制阀,所述热空气进风管上装有空气加热装置8。
所述沸腾干燥制粒装置4外侧设有保温层9,起到保温作用,可以使浸入主料液的药粒更快的干燥。
所述沸腾干燥制粒装置4的顶部入液口为多个孔状结构,所述每个孔内安装一雾化装置。多个雾化装置并排设于沸腾干燥制粒的顶部可以使药物更充分的与素粒接触进而融入素粒中,避免了单个喷嘴引起的局部药物成分浓度高,分散不均匀,影响最终中药粒的质量,多个雾化装置同时作用,保证素粒与主料液混合的均匀性,保证制得的中药粒成分的均匀性。
优选的,所述雾化装置包括喷嘴,所述喷嘴为喇叭形喷嘴,所述喇叭形喷嘴上均匀分布有出气孔,所述喇叭形喷嘴喇叭口朝下设置。

1.一套中药制粒系统,其特征在于:包括辅料混合罐,辅料混合罐与制粒装置连接,制粒装置的出粒口连接烘干装置,所述烘干装置的出口与沸腾干燥制粒装置相连接,沸腾干燥制粒装置的顶部入液口连接有主料储液装置,所述沸腾干燥制粒装置与主料液存储装置之间设有管道,管道上设有蠕动泵,管道出液口成喇叭状,且管道出液口处装有雾化装置,所述管道出液口与沸腾干燥制粒装置的入液口相连接;所述沸腾干燥制粒装置底部设有进风口,所述进风口处连接有热空气进风管,所述热空气进风管的出口深入至沸腾干燥制粒装置内部,热空气进风管另一端连接有风机,所述热空气进风管上装有控制阀,所述热空气进风管上设有空气加热装置。
