背景技术
铝合金轮毂在得到广泛使用的同时，人们对铝合金轮毂的要求越来越高，正面比较深的轮毂也逐渐的活跃在人们的视野中。正面比较深的轮毂模具要求底模高度比较高，用现有底模设计方案加工时，加工量较大，加工工时长，中心孔处的同轴度不易保证，刀具损耗严重，制作成本高。

本实用新型目的是解决上述问题，现提供了一种用于铝合金轮毂模具的底模。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种用于铝合金轮毂模具的底模，包括底模和支撑环，在底模中心支撑处加工与支撑环配合的直口，采用间隙配合，取值范围0.05~0.2mm，支撑环的加工，可以采用实心棒料加工，也可使用现有的钢管加工，在底模与支撑环配合处的外侧加工斜倒角，斜倒角取值范围2~4mm，加工完成后，将底模和支撑环焊接在一起。
本实用新型的优点是：在不影响底模原有功能的前提下，减少了加工量，缩短了加工周期，降低了制作难度，保证了中心孔的精度，同时此结构可以重复使用，还可以叠加使用，大大降低了制作成本。
