本实用新型涉及家电设备技术领域,具体涉及一种食物处理机上的急停机构及其食物处理机,本实用新型包括:齿轮箱体,齿轮箱体中活动穿设有传动轴,传动轴上部穿出于齿轮箱体的顶部,且传动轴的侧面上固定有金属轴套,金属轴套的下方安装有扣环,扣环的底面与弹簧的顶部相抵接,弹簧套设在传动轴的外侧,且其底部与弹簧座相抵接,弹簧座固定于齿轮箱体的内部,且其设有供传动轴的下部穿过的通孔;齿轮箱体的内侧设有磁铁,磁铁与金属轴套相互活动配合;传动轴的底端穿过弹簧座上的通孔与齿轮箱体内的离合器相配合,离合器通过传动组件与食物处理机上的马达相连接。本实用新型其结构简单,生产成本低,无工作磨损,安全性能高,使用寿命长。

本实用新型涉及家电设备技术领域,具体涉及一种食物处理机上的急停机构以及一种具有该急停机构的食物处理机。
背景技术
食物处理机作为一种常用的厨房家电,它的出现提高现代社会人们的生活品质,也为人们提供了极大的便利。而为了保证产品的安全性,防止误操作而引起对人体的伤害,在现有的食物处理机中均会设有急停机构,以便进行设备的紧急停机;而在现有技术中,食物处理机的急停方式分为以下两种:第一种是,在马达停转时,通过摩擦力进行急停;第二种是,在马达停转时,通过电路控制进行急停。如第一种方式,其容易因长时间的摩擦导致各零件磨损,使得在设备的使用寿命上有较大的局限性,同时长时间的使用后在安全上存在一定的隐患。如第二种方式,其生产投入成本过高,不利于产品在市场上的推广。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种食物处理机上的急停机构以及一种具有该急停机构的食物处理机。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本实用新型是一种食物处理机上的急停机构,其安装于食物处理机上,包括:
齿轮箱体,所述齿轮箱体中活动穿设有传动轴,所述传动轴通过第一轴承活动安装于该齿轮箱体中,其上部穿出于该齿轮箱体的顶部,且该传动轴的侧面上固定有金属轴套,所述金属轴套的下方安装有扣环,所述扣环的底面与弹簧的顶部相抵接,所述弹簧套设在该传动轴的外侧,且其底部与弹簧座相抵接,所述弹簧座固定于该齿轮箱体的内部,且其设有供该传动轴的下部穿过的通孔;所述齿轮箱体的内侧设有磁铁,所述磁铁与该金属轴套相互活动配合;所述传动轴的底端穿过所述弹簧座上的通孔与齿轮箱体内的离合器相配合,所述离合器通过传动组件与食物处理机上的马达相连接。
进一步,所述传动组件包括:与马达相配合的主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与传动齿轮组的齿面相啮合,所述传动齿轮组固定于齿轮座上,所述齿轮座通过第二轴承安装于齿轮箱体的内部,所述齿轮座的上端设有向上凸出的齿块,所述齿轮座的上方设有离合器,所述离合器通过第三轴承安装于齿轮箱体的内部,所述离合器与传动轴的底端相固定,且该离合器的底部与所述齿轮座的上端的齿块相活动配合。
进一步,所述齿轮箱体的上方设有传动轴套,所述传动轴套套设于该传动轴的上部外侧,所述传动轴套的顶部设有硅胶帽。
进一步,所述第一轴承的顶部与传动轴套之间设有第一弹性垫片,所述扣环与弹簧的顶部之间设有第二弹性垫片,所述弹簧座的底部与第二轴承的上端面之间设有第三弹性垫片。
本实用新型一种食物处理机,其包括:马达、食物处理组件以及如上任一项所述的急停机构,所述马达与急停机构中的传动组件相连接,所述食物处理组件安装于所述传动轴的顶部。
本实用新型利用磁力达到电机急停的效果,其结构简单,生产成本低,无工作磨损,安全性能高,使用寿命长,利于在市场上进行推广。

请参阅图1至图4,本实用新型是一种食物处理机上的急停机构,其安装于食物处理机上,包括:
齿轮箱体2,所述齿轮箱体2底部设有齿轮箱盖21,使得齿轮箱盖21与齿轮箱体2之间围成一用于容置各零部件的安装空间;且该齿轮箱体2中活动穿设有传动轴4,所述传动轴4通过第一轴承3活动安装于该齿轮箱体2中,该第一轴承3对传动轴4的轴向方向进行固定,其只能让传动轴4上下移动,并保证旋转时无晃动现象;传动轴4的上部穿出于该齿轮箱体2的顶部,且该传动轴4的侧面上固定有金属轴套15,所述金属轴套15的下方安装有扣环5,所述扣环5的底面与弹簧6的顶部相抵接,所述弹簧6套设在该传动轴4的外侧,且其底部与弹簧座17相抵接,所述弹簧座17固定于该齿轮箱体2的内部,且其设有供该传动轴4的下部穿过的通孔;所述齿轮箱体2的内侧设有磁铁14,所述磁铁14与该金属轴套15相互活动配合;所述传动轴4的底端穿过所述弹簧座17上的通孔与齿轮箱体2内的离合器18相配合,所述离合器18通过传动组件与食物处理机上的马达(未图示)相连接。
进一步,所述传动组件包括:与马达(未图示)相配合的主动齿轮10,所述主动齿轮10与传动齿轮组9的齿面相啮合,所述传动齿轮组9固定于齿轮座19上,所述齿轮座19通过第二轴承安装于齿轮箱体2的内部,所述齿轮座19的上端设有向上凸出的齿块,所述齿轮座19的上方设有离合器18,所述离合器18通过第三轴承20安装于齿轮箱体2的内部,所述离合器18与传动轴4的底端相固定,且该离合器18的底部与所述齿轮座19的上端的齿块相活动配合。
进一步,所述齿轮箱体2的上方设有传动轴套1,所述传动轴套1套设于该传动轴4的上部外侧,所述传动轴套1的顶部设有硅胶帽11。
进一步,所述第一轴承3的顶部与传动轴套1之间设有第一弹性垫片13,所述扣环5与弹簧6的顶部之间设有第二弹性垫片16,所述弹簧座17的底部与第二轴承8的上端面之间设有第三弹性垫片7。
本实用新型的装配方式:将传动轴套1放入齿轮箱体2中,然后套上硅胶帽11,放入第一弹性垫片13之后分别压入第一轴承3及磁铁14,将金属轴套15压入传动轴4后依次套入扣环5、第二弹性垫片16、弹簧6、弹簧座17、第三弹性垫片7、离合器18,然后压入第二轴承8,将传动齿轮组9装在齿轮座19上后放入齿轮箱体2中,将主动齿轮10放在传动齿轮组9的中间,把套好第三轴承20的齿轮箱盖压入齿轮箱体2上,最后套入轴承座12。
本实用新型中的传动轴设置于齿轮箱体2中,可在外力的作用下进行上下移动,该金属轴套15固定在传动轴4上,可随着传动轴4移动;而磁铁14则固定在齿轮箱体2内侧与金属轴套15相对的位置上。
本实用新型的工作原理为:当传动轴4受外力时传动轴4下降,马达(未图示)的输出扭力可通过传动齿轮组9、离合器18传送到传动轴4上,可配合其他零件对果蔬或肉类进行加工处理。外力撤销后,在弹簧6弹力作用下传动轴4上升,马达(未图示)的输出扭力无法传达到传动轴4上。而装配在传动轴4上的金属轴套15,在传动轴4上升和下降过程中,分别处于与磁铁14的重合位置和非重合位置。当处于重合位置时,磁铁14对金属轴套15有吸附力的作用,可使传动轴4在不受马达(未图示)输出力的状况下瞬间消除其惯性而停止;处于非重合位置时,该吸附力消失。
本实用新型一种食物处理机,其包括:马达(未图示)、食物处理组件(未图示)以及如上任一项所述的急停机构,所述马达(未图示)与急停机构中的传动组件相连接,所述食物处理组件(未图示)安装于所述传动轴4的顶部。该马达(未图示)上所输出的动力通过传动轴4传输至食物处理组件(未图示)中,以实现对果蔬或肉类进行加工处理;所述食物处理组件(未图示)包括:研磨器、切片器、搅拌器等组件。

Claims (5)

1.一种食物处理机上的急停机构,其安装于食物处理机上,其特征在于,包括:
齿轮箱体,所述齿轮箱体中活动穿设有传动轴,所述传动轴通过第一轴承活动安装于该齿轮箱体中,其上部穿出于该齿轮箱体的顶部,且该传动轴的侧面上固定有金属轴套,所述金属轴套的下方安装有扣环,所述扣环的底面与弹簧的顶部相抵接,所述弹簧套设在该传动轴的外侧,且其底部与弹簧座相抵接,所述弹簧座固定于该齿轮箱体的内部,且其设有供该传动轴的下部穿过的通孔;所述齿轮箱体的内侧设有磁铁,所述磁铁与该金属轴套相互活动配合;所述传动轴的底端穿过所述弹簧座上的通孔与齿轮箱体内的离合器相配合,所述离合器通过传动组件与食物处理机上的马达相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食物处理机上的急停机构,其特征在于,所述传动组件包括:与马达相配合的主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与传动齿轮组的齿面相啮合,所述传动齿轮组固定于齿轮座上,所述齿轮座通过第二轴承安装于齿轮箱体的内部,所述齿轮座的上端设有向上凸出的齿块,所述齿轮座的上方设有离合器,所述离合器通过第三轴承安装于齿轮箱体的内部,所述离合器与传动轴的底端相固定,且该离合器的底部与所述齿轮座的上端的齿块相活动配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的食物处理机上的急停机构,其特征在于,所述齿轮箱体的上方设有传动轴套,所述传动轴套套设于该传动轴的上部外侧,所述传动轴套的顶部设有硅胶帽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的食物处理机上的急停机构,其特征在于,所述第一轴承的顶部与传动轴套之间设有第一弹性垫片,所述扣环与弹簧的顶部之间设有第二弹性垫片,所述弹簧座的底部与第二轴承的上端面之间设有第三弹性垫片。
5.一种食物处理机,其特征在于,包括:马达、食物处理组件以及如权利要求1至4任一项所述的急停机构,所述马达与急停机构中的传动组件相连接,所述食物处理组件安装于所述传动轴的顶部。
