一种陶瓷管棒可调节成型模具,其特征在于,外套内开有与之同轴的锥形料腔,支撑架通过螺栓固定在外套锥形料腔的大口端端口,外套锥形料腔的小口端与出泥嘴用螺栓连接,出泥嘴与锥形料腔同轴;外套锥形料腔的小口端端口安装有阻泥环,阻泥环与外套上径向均匀分布的调节螺钉接触;芯棒放置在外套锥形料腔、阻泥环及出泥嘴中。本实用新型的陶瓷管棒可调节成型模具,外套锥形料腔的小口端端口与出泥嘴处的调节阻泥环在调节螺钉的推动力作用下,可以作横向任意方向的移动,改变出泥嘴各点的泥流量,平衡横截面阻力,达到减少出泥量的方式来进行调节,使成型出口各点阻力达到一致,从而得到高品质、一致性好的产品,大大提高了生产效率。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种产品质量稳定、生产效率高、成型效果完美的陶瓷管棒可调节成型模具。
本实用新型的陶瓷管棒可调节成型模具,包括外套、支撑架、出泥嘴、芯棒,其特征在于,外套内开有与之同轴的锥形料腔,支撑架通过螺栓固定在外套锥形料腔的大口端端口,外套锥形料腔的小口端与出泥嘴用螺栓连接,出泥嘴与锥形料腔同轴;外套锥形料腔的小口端端口安装有阻泥环,阻泥环与外套上径向均匀分布的调节螺钉接触;芯棒放置在外套锥形料腔、阻泥环及出泥嘴中,并通过螺栓固定在支撑架上。

一种陶瓷管棒可调节成型模具,包括外套1、支撑架2、出泥嘴5、芯棒3,其特征在于,外套1内开有与之同轴的锥形料腔8,支撑架2通过螺栓固定在外套锥形料腔8的大口端端口,外套锥形料腔的小口端与出泥嘴5用螺栓连接,出泥嘴5与锥形料腔8同轴;外套锥形料腔8的小口端端口安装有阻泥环6,阻泥环6与外套1上径向均匀分布的调节螺钉7接触;芯棒3放置在外套锥形料腔8、阻泥环6及出泥嘴5中,并通过螺栓固定在支撑架2上。
