本实用新型属于机械生产领域,尤其是指一种天窗自动生产线的机械组导向机构与天窗导轨对接装置。
背景技术
原工作方式为机械组导向机构通过举升动作同天窗导轨对接。由于天窗导轨端面存在豁口,举升对接不能避免对接间隙,使对接稳定性较差,在装入机械组时很容易刮伤机械组滑角,导致需要更换滑角而重新装配。从而影响了装配的时间节拍,增加了操作者的劳动强度,及没有必要的重复工作,同一套设备不能适用多种型号产品的对接。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种机械组对接工装,以解决举升对接不能避免对接间隙,对接不稳定及损伤滑角,不能适应多种产品的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:本实用新型由快换对接工装、过度链接部分、基座平移机构组成,快换对接工装通过定位销和快换手钮与过度链接部分固定连接,过度链接部分与同基座平移机构滑动连接;快换对接工装包括滑角检测销、对接导向块、安装基板、把手、定位销、快换手钮、气电混合连接器,滑角检测销、气电混合连接器安装在安装基板上,对接导向块与安装基板固定连接,把手与安装基板固定连接;过度链接部分由链接立板、基座连接板、滑移手钮、工装连接板组成,链接立板与基座连接板固定连接,滑移手钮与基座连接板固定连接,工装连接板与链接立板固定连接;基座平移机构由型号检测传感器、换型滑轨、气缸连接件、对接气缸、滑移安装基板、对接滑轨、滑移板组成,对接气缸安装在滑移安装基板上,气缸连接件安装在滑移板上,对接滑轨与滑移板固定连接,型号检测传感器安装在位于滑移安装基板上的安装板上,换型滑轨安装在滑移板下面。

本实用新型由快换对接工装1、过度链接部分2、基座平移机构3组成,快换对接工装1通过定位销105和快换手钮106与过度链接部分2固定连接,过度链接部分2与同基座平移机构3滑动连接;快换对接工装1包括滑角检测销101、对接导向块102、安装基板103、把手104、定位销105、快换手钮106、气电混合连接器107,滑角检测销101、气电混合连接器107安装在安装基板103上,对接导向块102与安装基板103固定连接,把手104与安装基板103固定连接;过度链接部分2由链接立板201、基座连接板202、滑移手钮203、工装连接板204组成,链接立板201与基座连接板202固定连接,滑移手钮203与基座连接板202固定连接,工装连接板204与链接立板201固定连接;基座平移机构3由型号检测传感器301、换型滑轨302、气缸连接件303、对接气缸304、滑移安装基板305、对接滑轨306、滑移板307组成,对接气缸304安装在滑移安装基板305上,气缸连接件303安装在滑移板307上,对接滑轨306与滑移板307固定连接,型号检测传感器301安装在位于滑移安装基板305上的安装板上,换型滑轨302安装在滑移板307下面。
快换对接工装通过快换手钮和定位销与过度部分定位连接,通过气电混合连接器来实现滑角检测销的信号与过度部分到PRC的通讯,所有快换对接工装上的零件都集成在安装基板上,通过把手进行更换,实现了多种产品的定位安装,过度部分通过工装连接板、连接立板、基座连接板移动手钮等主要部件组成,通过滑移手钮进行位置更换,以保证不同产品的换型工作,对接滑轨与基座连接板进行连接以保证快换工装的滑移动作平稳,对接气缸通过气缸连接件连接到滑移安装基板上,通过对接气缸的伸出动作使对接滑轨带动过度部分与快换对接工装进行对接移动,从而实现了天窗机械组4与天窗导轨5自动对接动作,通过对接气缸和对接滑轨来实现工装的平行移运动,使快换工装与天窗导轨无缝对接,使用滑移手钮来实现不同大小天窗的对接功能,如果天窗导轨界面不一样可通过更换快换对接工装来实现。
