本实用新型涉及一种米饭生产线，具体是指一种米饭生产线下模输送装置。
背景技术
传统的链板式拖动设备的下模，运动时都是以下模支撑，下模与支撑条通过摩擦的方式进行移动，这样运行有两个缺点：1）、摩擦式运转过程中，虽然速度比较慢不会一下子将下模底部或支撑板磨损，但是长时间运转，下模会磨出凹槽出来。2）、摩擦式传输过程中，还要经常添加黄油，使下模底部产生污垢，影响美观以及不符合食品卫生要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述之不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无磨损的米饭生产线下模防摩擦输送装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
米饭生产线下模防摩擦输送装置，包括输送链条、下模、支撑板、支撑链轮、轮架、弹簧和机架，所述下模设在输送链条上，输送链条支撑在支撑链轮上，支撑链轮设在轮架上，轮架通过弹簧支撑在机架上，支撑板设在机架上且位于下模的下方，当上模下压封口时，下模下移并支撑在支撑板上。
进一步地，所述下模与支撑板之间的距离为4~5mm。
进一步地，所述机架的底部设有滚轮和高度调节支撑脚，当移动机架时，调节高度调节支撑脚，使滚轮着地。
本实用新型的有益效果：而改进后的输送装置，下模与支撑板之间的距离为4~5mm，模具移动时，是通过输送链条的链轮进行支撑轮式移动，移动过程中，下模底部不会与支撑板接触，并且输送链条采用浮动式结构，封口时上模下压之后，会压到下模上面再继续往下压时，输送链条下移，下模底部会与支撑板接触，使封口严密，本专利结构简单，不仅解决了下模长时间移动底部磨损的问题，而且还解决了卫生的要求。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，米饭生产线下模防摩擦输送装置，包括输送链条1、下模2、支撑板3、支撑链轮4、轮架5、弹簧6和机架7，所述下模2设在输送链条1上，输送链条1支撑在支撑链轮4上，支撑链轮4设在轮架5上，轮架5通过弹簧6支撑在机架7上，支撑板3设在机架7上且位于下模2的下方，当上模下压封口时，下模2下移并支撑在支撑板3上。
在没有上模下压的情况下，所述下模2与支撑板3之间的距离为4~5mm。
另外，所述机架7的底部设有滚轮8和高度调节支撑脚9，当移动机架7时，调节高度调节支撑脚9，使滚轮8着地。

3.根据权利要求1所述的米饭生产线下模防摩擦输送装置，其特征在于：所述机架的底部设有滚轮和高度调节支撑脚，当移动机架时，调节高度调节支撑脚，使滚轮着地。
