技术领域
本申请有关一种柱塞式高压泵及其高压组件、进油阀,尤其是有关一种具有阀芯的柱塞式高压泵及其高压组件、进油阀。
背景技术
柱塞式高压泵用以将燃油加压至高压,然后将高压燃油供应至下游装置。现有的柱塞式的高压泵一般包括泵壳体、设置于泵壳体内的凸轮轴及同样设置于泵壳体内的高压组件。凸轮轴直接或通过其它装置驱动高压组件内的柱塞,通过柱塞将燃油加压。
请参阅图1A及图1B所示,其为现有的高压组件20’的剖视图,用以显示高压组件内各部件的结构关系。高压组件20’包括柱塞套21’,在柱塞套21’内具有相互连通的柱塞腔201’及阀腔202’,一个油道203’与阀腔202’连通。在柱塞腔201’内具有柱塞22’,可以在如前所述的凸轮轴的驱动下在柱塞腔201’内往复运动。阀组件23’设置于阀腔202’内,包括阀保持件232’及进油阀231’,阀保持件232’压抵于进油阀231’上并与柱塞套21’固接。
请结合参阅1B所示现有的进油阀231’的结构示意图,图中部分结构仅为方便说明的示意,与实际产品可能稍有不同。进油阀231’包括阀体235’及阀芯237’,阀体235’为圆柱形结构,具有阀顶面2351’及阀底面2352’,自阀顶面2351’开设有中心盲孔2356’,中心盲孔2356并不贯穿阀底面2352’。两个十字相交的横孔2357’贯穿阀体235’并与所述中心盲孔2356’连通。在进油阀231’与阀保持件232’之间形成高压腔2353’。阀芯237’设置于中心盲孔2356’内并可以连通或隔离中心盲孔2356’与高压腔2353’。阀底面2352’与柱塞22’之间形成加压腔2354’,在阀体235’上具有贯穿阀顶面2351’与阀底面2352’的竖孔2358’,该竖孔2358’共4个,垂直于阀顶面2351’与阀底面2352’设置,连通加压腔2354’与高压腔2353’。
阀芯237’的顶端形成座面2372’,座面2372’与中心盲孔2356’的内周面形成密封面,在高压腔2353’内设置有阀弹簧234’,将阀芯237’抵压于中心盲孔2356’,使座面2372’隔离中心盲孔2356’与高压腔2353。
在工作时,当柱塞22’向下移动时,加压腔2354’及高压腔2358’内形成负压。此时,油道203’内的燃油会经过横孔2357’进入中心盲孔2356’,阀芯237’两侧的压力差会促使阀芯237’向上移动,从而座面2372’与中心盲孔2356’脱离接触,燃油经中心盲孔2356’进入高压腔2353’,并最终经由竖孔2358’注入加压腔2354’。当吸油过程结束时,柱塞22’向上运动,加压腔2354’内的压力迅速升高,经过加压的燃油经竖孔2358’进入高压腔2353’。高压腔2353内的高压会促使燃油回流入中心盲孔2356’。因为连通与横孔2357’具有4开口,而油道203’仅有一个,所以靠近油道203’一侧的横孔2357’的流量最大。也就是说,自靠近油道203’一侧的座面2372’与中心盲孔2356’处的流量要大于其它部分,这样就会造成在靠近油道203’一侧的座面2372’及中心中心盲孔2356’处的气蚀要远较其它部分严重。
因此,需要一种能够平衡阀芯座面及阀体中心盲孔气蚀状况的柱塞式高压泵、高压组件及进油阀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于平衡阀芯座面及阀体中心盲孔气蚀状况的柱塞式高压泵、高压组件及进油阀。
本实用新型提供一种高压组件,包括,柱塞套,所述柱塞套内开设有柱塞腔及阀腔,且所述阀腔与所述柱塞腔顶端相连通且其直径大于所述柱塞腔,所述柱塞套内开设有油道,将燃油输入所述阀腔;柱塞,设置于所述柱塞腔内,被凸轮从动件驱动而在柱塞腔内作往复运动;阀组件,设置于所述阀腔内,包括进油阀及阀保持件,所述阀保持件与所述柱塞套相固接,所述进油阀被所述阀保持件固定于所述阀腔内,所述进油阀包括阀体及阀芯,所述阀体具有阀顶面及阀底面,所述阀顶面与所述阀保持件之间限定出高压腔,所述阀底面与所述柱塞之间限定出加压腔,所述阀体自阀顶面沿所述阀体轴向向下开设中心盲孔,多个横孔连通所述油道与所述中心盲孔,所述阀体内设置有多个竖孔,所述竖孔连通加压腔与所述高压腔,所述阀芯设置于所述中心盲孔内,可以导通或关闭所述中心盲孔与所述高压腔,所述竖孔与所述中心盲孔的轴向呈一定夹角。
优选地,所述阀底面向下延伸出密封环,所述密封环与所述阀腔底面抵接,所述加压腔由所述阀底面、所述柱塞顶面、所述柱塞腔周面围成。
优选地,所述阀体外周面上具有凹进部,所述凹进部与所述阀腔内周面形成凹进腔,所述横孔与所述油道均与所述凹进腔连通。
优选地,所述高压腔中设置有阀弹簧,所述阀弹簧将所述阀芯抵压于所述中心盲孔上。

优选地,所述竖孔在所述阀顶面上的开口处于一个圆周上。
优选地,所述竖孔在所述阀底面上的开口处于同一个圆周上,且与在阀顶面上的圆周直径相同。
本实用新型的柱塞式高压泵、高压组件及进油阀,由于竖孔与中心盲孔的夹角设置,燃油在流经阀芯座面与阀体中心盲孔时产生涡流,能够平衡阀芯座面及阀体中心盲孔气蚀状况。

请参阅图3,本实用新型的柱塞式高压泵100,包括壳体10,在壳体10中具有凸轮轴腔102及高压组件容腔101,所述高压组件容腔101与所述凸轮轴腔102相连通。在凸轮轴腔102内设置有凸轮轴30,在凸轮轴30上设置有凸轮301,凸轮可以有一个或多个。在高压组件容腔101内设置有高压组件20,在高压组件20与凸轮30之间设置有凸轮从动件40,该凸轮从动件40通过凸轮301驱动,并将凸轮301的转运转化为上下往复运动。
请配合参阅图4所示,高压组件20包括柱塞套21,柱塞套21内开设有柱塞腔201,其内设置有柱塞22,柱塞22在凸轮从动件40的作用下在柱塞腔201内作往复运动。在柱塞腔201的顶端开设有与其连通的阀腔202,在柱塞套21上还开设以油道203,用以将燃油输入阀腔202。在本实施例中,阀腔202与柱塞腔201为同轴的圆柱形空腔,且阀腔202的直径大于柱塞腔201的直径。
在阀腔202内设置有阀组件23,阀组件23包括进油阀231及阀保持件232,阀保持件232通过螺丝紧固于阀腔202上部,并压紧进油阀231。在阀保持件232与进油阀231之间形成高压腔2353,在高压腔2353内具有阀弹簧234。进油阀231包括阀体235与阀芯237,阀体235上段与阀腔202直径相同,在下段向内缩进,形成凹进部,在凹进部与阀腔202的内周面形成凹进腔2355。
配合参阅图5所示,阀体235具有阀顶面2351与阀底面2352,自阀底面2352向下延伸出圆环状的密封环23521,密封环23521与阀腔202及柱塞腔201的内周面形成加压腔2354。所述阀体235上自阀顶面2351沿阀体235轴向向下开设中心盲孔2356,该中心盲孔2356不贯穿阀底面2352,两个直角交叉设置的横孔2357与中心盲孔2356导通。横孔2357均贯穿阀体235,与凹进腔2355相连通。且,油道203也与凹进腔2355相连通。

在工作时,当柱塞22向下运动,加压腔2354的体积增大,在加压腔2354处形成负压,因此与加压腔2354连通的竖孔2358及高压腔2353内也形成负压。此时,因为油道203内的压力一直为大气压,因此与其相连通的横孔2357及肋间槽2375、中心盲孔2356内的压力也接近大气压,此时,阀芯237两端的压力差会使座面23与中心盲孔2356脱离接触,燃油自油道203、横孔2357、中心盲孔2356而进入高压腔2353,并通过竖孔2358进入加压腔2354,加压腔2354则会充满燃油。在柱塞22在凸轮从动件40的推动下向上运动,此时加压腔2354内的压力迅速升高,高压燃油经过竖孔2358进入高压腔2353。因为竖孔2358与阀顶面2351呈倾斜设置,所以高压燃油也是倾斜喷射入高压腔2353,在多股油液的作用下,在高压腔2353内的燃油会形成旋转涡流。因为高压腔2353内的压力增高,在压力差及阀弹簧234的共同作用下开始阀芯237下降,在座面2372与中心盲孔2356形成密封之前,会有部分高压燃油会经过座面2372与中心盲孔2356之间的间隙泄露至中心盲孔2356内,并经中心盲孔2356、横孔2357及油道203的路径排出。由于高压腔2353内的燃油具有涡流,因此,燃油内的气泡更平衡地分布于座面2372与中心盲孔2356的接触面圆环上,不会形成不均匀的气蚀区域。

Claims (13)

1.一种高压组件(20),其特征在于,包括,
柱塞套(21),所述柱塞套(21)内开设有柱塞腔(201)及阀腔(202),且所述阀腔(202)与所述柱塞腔(201)顶端相连通且其直径大于所述柱塞腔(201),所述柱塞套(21)内开设有油道(203),将燃油输入所述阀腔(202);
柱塞(22),设置于所述柱塞腔(201)内,被凸轮从动件(40)驱动而在柱塞腔(201)内作往复运动;
阀组件(23),设置于所述阀腔(202)内,包括进油阀(231)及阀保持件(232),所述阀保持件(232)与所述柱塞套(21)相固接,所述进油阀(231)被所述阀保持件(232)固定于所述阀腔(202)内,所述进油阀(231)包括阀体(235)及阀芯(237),所述阀体(235)具有阀顶面(2351)及阀底面(2352),所述阀顶面(2351)与所述阀保持件(232)之间限定出高压腔(2353),所述阀底面(2352)与所述柱塞(22)之间限定出加压腔(2354),所述阀体(235)自阀顶面(2351)沿所述阀体(235)轴向向下开设中心盲孔(2356),多个横孔(2357)连通所述油道(203)与所述中心盲孔(2356),所述阀体(235)内设置有多个竖孔(2358),所述竖孔(2358)连通加压腔(2354)与所述高压腔(2353),所述阀芯(237)设置于所述中心盲孔(2356)内,可以导通或关闭所述中心盲孔(2356)与所述高压腔(2353),所述竖孔(2358)与所述中心盲孔(2356)的轴向呈一定夹角。
2.如权利要求1所述的高压组件(20),其特征在于,所述阀底面(2352)向下延伸出密封环(23521),所述密封环(23521)与所述阀腔底面(2021)抵接,所述加压腔(2354)由所述阀底面(2352)、所述柱塞(22)顶面、所述柱塞腔(201)周面围成。
3.如权利要求1所述的高压组件(20),其特征在于,所述阀体(235)外周面上具有凹进部,所述凹进部与所述阀腔(202)内周面形成凹进 腔(2355),所述横孔(2357)与所述油道(203)均与所述凹进腔(2355)连通。
4.如权利要求1所述的高压组件(20),其特征在于,所述高压腔(2353)中设置有阀弹簧(234),所述阀弹簧(234)将所述阀芯抵压于所述中心盲孔(2356)上。
5.如权利要求1所述的高压组件(20),其特征在于,所述阀芯(237)具有座部(2371),所述座部(2371)具有座面(2372),所述座面(2372)设置成可与所述中心盲孔(2356)之间连通或密封以导通或关闭所述中心盲孔(2356)与所述高压腔(2353)。
6.如权利要求1所述的高压组件(20),其特征在于,所述阀芯(237)的座部(2371)下具有多个肋部(2373),所述多个肋部(2373)之间形成肋间槽(2375),所述肋间槽(2375)与所述横孔(2357)相连通。
7.如权利要求1所述的高压组件(20),其特征在于,所述横孔(2357)为2个,呈直角交叉贯通所述阀体(235)。
8.如权利要求1至7任一项所述的高压组件(20),其特征在于,所述竖孔(2358)在所述阀顶面(2351)上的开口处于一个与中心盲孔(2356)同心的圆周上。
9.如权利要求8所述的高压组件(20),其特征在于,所述竖孔(2358)在所述阀底面(2352)上的开口处于同一个圆周上,且与在阀顶面(2351)上的圆周直径相同。
10.一种柱塞式高压泵(100),其特征在于,包括:
壳体(10),所述壳体(10)内开设有高压组件容腔(101)及凸轮轴腔(102),所述高压组件容腔(101)与所述凸轮轴腔(102)连 通;
凸轮轴(30),所述凸轮轴(30)设置于所述凸轮轴腔(102)内,凸轮轴(30)上具有至少一个凸轮(301);
凸轮从动件(40),其设置于所述高压组件(20)与所述凸轮轴(30)之间并被所述凸轮(301)驱动;
高压组件(20),所述高压组件(20)包括如权利要求1至9中其中一项所述的特征。
11.一种进油阀(231),其特征在于,包括阀体(235)及阀芯(237),所述阀体(235)具有阀顶面(2351)及阀底面(2352),所述阀体(235)内有沿所述阀体(235)轴向开设的中心盲孔(2356),多个横孔(2357)连通所述中心盲孔(2356),所述阀体(235)内设置有多个竖孔(2358),所述竖孔(2358)连通所述阀顶面(2351)与所述阀底面(2352),所述阀芯(237)设置于所述中心盲孔(2356)内,可以导通或关闭所述中心盲孔(2356)与所述进油阀的高压腔(2353),所述竖孔(2358)与所述中心盲孔(2356)的轴向呈一定夹角。
12.如权利要求11所述的进油阀(231),其特征在于,所述竖孔(2358)在所述阀顶面(2351)上的开口处于一个圆周上。
13.如权利要求12所述的进油阀(231),其特征在于,所述竖孔(2358)在所述阀底面(2352)上的开口处于同一个圆周上,且与在阀顶面(2351)上的圆周直径相同。
