Abstract

绿色环保节能型防护栏,通过直杆上设有旋转扇叶,依靠风力通过旋转扇叶带动直杆转动,直杆通过传动轮、传动带和变速器将机械能传递至发电机,发电机将机械能转化为电能,电能再通过控制器储存在蓄电池中。将绿色环保的风能转化为电能,且结构简单,方便生产制造。

技术领域
本技术涉及防护栏,特别是用于一种可以发电并自动储能的防护栏。
背景技术
目前随着道路的大规模建设,防护栏也大量使用,大多数的防护栏都只作为单一的防护作用,在更好利用防护栏发电储能上没有开拓,特别是跨海大桥、跨江大桥和高速公路上,利用往往较大的风速,可以提供大量的绿色环保能源,特别是高速公路上,不断有高速行驶的车辆,具有巨大稳定的风能开发利用前景。
发明内容
为了使得现有的防护栏具有风力发电储能的作用,本发明提供绿色环保节能型防护栏。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:绿色环保节能型防护栏,其至少包括两个防护柱,在两个防护柱之间设有上下两根横杆,所述的两根横杆之间设有若干直杆,直杆与横杆转动连接,直杆上设有旋转扇叶,所述的直杆一端置于横杆内且与传动轮相连,所述的若干直杆端部的传动轮与传动带相连,传动带与变速器的输入轴相连,变速器的输出轴与发电机轴相连,所述的发电机通过控制器与蓄电池相连。
上述方案的一种优化方案是:所述的变速器、发电机、控制器和蓄电池设置在防护柱或者横杆内。
本发明的工作原理过程为,通过直杆上设有旋转扇叶,依靠风力通过旋转扇叶带动直杆转动,直杆通过传动轮、传动带和变速器将动能传递至发电机,发电机将机械能转化为电能,电能再通过控制器储存在蓄电池中。
本发明的有益效果是:增加防护栏的使用功能,将绿色环保的风能转化为电能,且结构简单,方便生产制造。

如图1所示,绿色环保节能型防护栏,其至少包括两个防护柱1,在两个防护柱1之间设有上下两根横杆2,所述的两根横杆2之间设有若干直杆3,直杆3与横杆2转动连接,直杆3上设有旋转扇叶4,所述的直杆3一端置于横杆2内且与传动轮5相连,所述的若干直杆3端部的传动轮5与传动带6相连,传动带6与变速器7的输入轴7-1相连,变速器7的输出轴7-2与发电机8的轴相连,所述的发电机8通过控制器9与蓄电池10相连;所述的变速器7、发电机8、控制器9和蓄电池10设置在防护柱1或者横杆2内。

1.一种绿色环保节能型防护栏,其至少包括两个防护柱,在两个防护柱之间设有上下两根横杆,所述的两根横杆之间设有若干直杆,直杆与横杆转动连接,直杆上设有旋转扇叶,其特征是:所述的直杆一端置于横杆内且与传动轮相连,所述的若干直杆端部的传动轮与传动带相连,传动带与变速器的输入轴相连,变速器的输出轴与发电机轴相连,所述的发电机通过控制器与蓄电池相连。
