Abstract
为了提供一种低成本的风力发电机,本发明涉及一种风电装置,包括基础架,基础架上并列设置有两个或两个以上的风力机,风力机包括转轴,转轴两端架设于基础架上,转轴上套装有叶轮组和传力盘,叶轮组上设置有两个或两个以上的叶轮,并且传力盘的回转半径大于叶轮组的回转半径;两个相邻风力机的传力盘相互接触,能互相传递风力,两个相邻风力机的叶轮旋向相反;基础架上最后一个风力机的传力盘连接有传力总盘,传力总盘套接在传力总轴上,传力总轴的输出端连接有调速装置,调速装置的输出端连接有发电机。本发明是一种生产简单、操作简单方便、价格低廉,又能大规模开发风力的风电装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及发电技术领域,尤其涉及一种风电装置。
背景技术
在现有的发电技术中,煤电对空气产生污染,随着国家节能环保战略的提出,并且地球上煤的储量有限,不可再生,故煤电将逐渐被取缔;社会对清洁环保能源的要求越来越高,水电、核电、风电的应用也越来越多,但修建水电需不仅需要特定的自然环境,同时修建水电对生态环境影响较大,一些特定的自然物种和人文景观不得不被淹没或搬迁,水电的建设也会淹没大量土地及搬迁大量人员,投资成本高;核电虽好,可潜在危险较大,一旦遇到地震或战争,其影响不可估量,此外,对核废料的处理也制约了核电的发展;相对而言,风电是得到专家认可最清洁的能源,并且取之不尽用之不竭,到目前为止,人类对风能开发利用甚少,现世界上仅有的一种风力发电机为三叶一柱,其安装使用过程中,对环境的风源要求高,同时这类风力发电机对尺寸限制多,投资巨大,也导致风力发电的成本居高不下;因此,如何提供一种低成本的风力发电机是人类目前利用清洁、环保能源的首要问题。
发明内容
为了提供一种低成本的风力发电机,本发明是一种生产简单、操作简单方便、价格低廉,又能大规模开发风力的风电装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,风力机是应用风的滑动摩擦力转变为滚动摩擦力,省力90%以上,将风阻力变成动力,安装在交通工具上,逆风前进。
具体而言,本发明涉及一种风电装置,包括基础架,基础架上并列设置有两个或两个以上的风力机,所述风力机包括转轴,转轴两端架设于基础架上,转轴上套装有叶轮组和传力盘,叶轮组上设置有两个或两个以上的叶轮,并且传力盘的回转半径大于叶轮组的回转半径;两个相邻风力机的传力盘相互接触,能互相传递风力,两个相邻风力机的叶轮旋向相反;基础架上最后一个风力机的传力盘连接有传力总盘,传力总盘套接在传力总轴上,传力总轴的输出端连接有调速装置,调速装置的输出端连接有发电机。
该发明取材方便,容易安装,并有优势成为或大或下的风力机,不受地形、地貌影响,小至自行车,大到大型风力帆都能轻松应对。该风电装置具有以下效果或优点:
(1)风力机取材方便、制造简单;
(2)安装方便,且不受地域限制;
(3)风力机尺寸大小可随心制作;
(4)清洁、环保、便捷,最大限度的利用风能。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明一种风电装置在实际使用中,一种风电装置,包括基础架1,基础架1上并列设置有两个或两个以上的风力机2,风力机2包括转轴201,转轴201两端架设于基础架1上,能够在基础架1上灵活转动,转轴201上固定套装有叶轮组202和传力盘203,叶轮组202上设置有两个或两个以上的叶轮2021,当风吹到叶轮2021时,叶轮2021带动传力盘203和转轴201旋转,通过传力盘203将风能输出;并且传力盘203的回转半径大于叶轮组202的回转半径,两个相邻风力机2的传力盘203相互接触,能互相传递风力,两个相邻风力机2的叶轮2021旋向相反;由于传力盘203的回转半径大,故两个相邻风力机2传力盘203接触的时候,风力机2的叶伦组并未接触,互不干涉,由于两个相邻风力机2的叶轮2021旋向相反,故当风能吹到叶轮2021面上时,两个相邻风力机2叶轮2021带动其相应的转轴201转向也相反,从而导致两个相邻的传力盘203的转向也相反,可以形成力的叠加。基础架1上最后一个风力机2的传力盘203连接有传力总盘3,传力总盘3套接在传力总轴4上,将前述所有的传力盘203的风能叠加到传力总盘3,然后通过传力总轴4输出,在传力总轴4的输出端连接有调速装置5,由于各个地方的风源及风力大小千变万化,故风的能量不定,导致传力总轴4输出端的速度不统一,即其输出的动能不统一,通过调速装置5整合调速后形成单一的速度将动能输出,能够稳定风力发电的发电;在调速装置5的输出端连接有发电机6,通过发电机6将动能转换成电能输出。
在本实施例中风能通过风力机2转换为动能,然后动能通过传力盘203整合到传力总盘3,由传力总轴4输出,然后经过调速装置5调速后由发电机6转换成电能,完成了风能发电的过程,
在本实施例中,叶轮2021的迎风面和背风面均为曲面,当风吹到迎风面时,通过曲面将风的滑动摩擦力转换成叶轮2021的滚动摩擦力,改变风的传力方向,减少风阻,还能将风阻转变成动力;在背风面设置成曲面,让以前的风阻由面改成线,也能降低风阻;并且叶轮2021的迎风面和背风面设计成曲面,可形成八面来风的效果,不论哪个方向的风能吹到叶轮2021上均能带动风力机2旋转。
在本实施例中,发电机6的输出端还连接有稳压装置;通过稳压装置稳定电流电压,达到输出优质电能的效果,保护用户用电。
在实际使用中,根据风能的大小,叶轮2021可大可小,并且风力机2也可多可少的布置,达到最大限度的利用人类清洁能源。
尽管上文对本发明的具体实施方式给予了详细描述和说明,但是应该指明的是,我们可以依据本发明的构想对上述实施方式进行各种等效改变和修改,其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书及附图所涵盖的精神时,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种风电装置,其特征在于,包括基础架,基础架上并列设置有两个或两个以上的风力机,所述风力机包括转轴,转轴两端架设于基础架上,转轴上套装有叶轮组和传力盘,叶轮组上设置有两个或两个以上的叶轮,并且传力盘的回转半径大于叶轮组的回转半径;两个相邻风力机的传力盘相互接触,能互相传递风力,两个相邻风力机的叶轮旋向相反;基础架上最后一个风力机的传力盘连接有传力总盘,传力总盘套接在传力总轴上,传力总轴的输出端连接有调速装置,调速装置的输出端连接有发电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风电装置,其特征在于,所述叶轮的迎风面和背风面均为曲面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的风电装置,其特征在于,所述发电机的输出端还连接有稳压装置。
