现有的动力电池生产线,存在生产效率较低的问题。

本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种电池包组装线,其生产效率较高。

工作时,在连接片安装工位72,使用连接片将多个堆叠在一起的铝壳电池模组连接在一起,并贴上电池包二维码,进入采集线安装工位73后安装好电池包的采集线,进入模组焊接工位74后将连接片焊接,使得连接更牢固,进入电池包清洗工位76后对电池包进行清洗吸尘,进入电池包总条码扫码工位78后对电池包二维码进行扫码,确认不同编号的电池包二维码归纳到不同的总条码内,如此,完成电池包的生产和条码归纳,具有生产效率较高的优点。
