背景技术
车载充电器通常是用于汽车上,插入点烟器孔里,利用汽车电瓶供电,并转换为所需电压的电源输出,从而为手机等便携式设备充电的装置。现有技术中的车载充电器功能单一,部分车载充电器即使设有电灯,但电灯颜色单一,仅供普通的照明作用;灯头固定,照明角度不可调整,且难以固定,例如在车辆换轮胎或检测发动机舱的时候需要手持车载充电器,使用不方便;车内紧急情况下,也不能用于破窗。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种具有照明、警示、破窗、磁铁吸附固定、调整照明角度的多功能车载充电器。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种多功能车载充电器,包括主壳体、照明壳体,以及设置在所述主壳体内的电源输入部、主电路、充电电池、磁铁、电源输出部,和设置在所述照明壳体内的照明部;所述电源输入部、充电电池、电源输出部、照明部分别与所述主电路电连接;所述电源输入部包括第一电极和第二电极,所述第一电极和第二电极分别与主电路连接;所述第一电极上设有一锥体。
进一步地,所述第一电极为正极导电头,所述正极导电头包括螺纹部和锥体;所述螺纹部与所述主壳体旋合,所述锥体固定在所述螺纹部的一端面上。
进一步地,所述第二电极为U型的负极弹片,其两侧设有突起部;所述主壳体的侧壁上设有两个负极通孔,所述负极弹片固定在所述主壳体内,所述突起部通过所述负极通孔突出并外露于所述主壳体。
进一步地,所述磁铁与所述充电电池均为长条状,均并排固定在所述主壳体内,且所述磁铁靠近所述主壳体的内壁。
进一步地,所述电源输出部为USB母座,所述主电路包括电压转换模块;电源从所述电源输入部输入到所述主电路中,所述主电路的电压转换模块对电压进行转换后,将电源输出到所述USB母座中。
进一步地,所述照明部包括照明电路、灯体;所述照明电路与所述主电路电连接,所述灯体与所述照明电路电连接;所述照明壳体可相对于所述主壳体旋转,调整所述灯体的照明角度。
进一步地,所述照明部还包括转轴,所述照明壳体通过所述转轴与所述主壳体铰接,所述照明壳体可以所述转轴为中心向外旋转90度以内的任意角度。
进一步地,所述转轴内设有电线,其一端固定在所述照明壳体内并与所述照明电路电连接,其另一端固定在所述主壳体内并与所述主电路电连接。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至3,其分别为本实用新型的车载充电器的立体图、剖视图和爆炸图。本实用新型的多功能车载充电器包括主壳体、电源输入部、充电电池3、磁铁4、电源输出部6、主电路7、照明壳体8和照明部。主壳体包括可拆卸固定连接的第一主壳体1和第二主壳体5,该电源输入部、充电电池3、磁铁4固定在该第一主壳体1内,该电源输出部6、主电路7固定在该第二主壳体5内,该照明部固定在照明壳体8内,照明壳体8与第二主壳体5铰接。主电路7分别与电源输入部、充电电池3、电源输出部6以及照明部电连接。
该第一主壳体1为中空圆筒状,其一端开通,另一端与第二主壳体5可拆卸地固定连接,其外壁上开有两个负极通孔11。
该电源输入部包括第一电极、第二电极、PCB转接板23、正极导电线24和负极导电线25,具体地,第一电极为正极导电头21,第二电极为负极弹片22。正极导电头21由金属材料制成,包括螺纹部211和锥体212,该螺纹部211为一端开通一端封闭的中空圆筒,其设有外螺纹,旋合在第一主壳体1的一端,锥体212固定在该螺纹部211的封闭端面上,正极导电头21既可接通汽车电源正极作为电极使用,也可以在紧急的情况下作为破窗锥使用。在其他实施例中,正极导电头也可以是其他形状和结构,如螺纹部为实心圆柱,使其更加坚固。负极弹片22为具有弹性的U型金属片,其固定卡设在第一主壳体1内,负极弹片22的两侧设有突起部221,该突起部221通过负极通孔11突出并外露于第一主壳体1,使其可与汽车电源负极连接。正极导电头21的螺纹部211的开通端面上固定有PCB转接板23,正极导电线24的一端与该PCB转接板23连接,另一端与主电路7的PCBA板连接,使正极导电头21与主电路7电连通。负极弹片22的下端与PCB转接板23连接,负极导电线25的一端与PCB转接板23连接,其另一端与主电路7的PCBA板连接,使负极弹片22与主电路7电连通。
该充电电池3和磁铁4均为长条状,均并排固定在第一主壳体1内,且磁铁4靠近第一主壳体1的内壁,当需要使用时,将第一主壳体1贴近汽车外壳,即可通过磁铁4将车载充电器吸附在汽车外壳上。该充电电池3具体为聚合物电池。
该第二主壳体5内固定有电源输出部6和主电路7的PCBA板,该电源输出部6具体为USB母座。请参阅图4,其为本实用新型的车载充电器的使用状态图。第二主壳体5的外壁上有一个凹陷处,照明壳体8的一端与第二主壳体5铰接,且照明壳体8可设置在该凹陷处内,也可通过铰接端向外旋转90度以内的任意角度,脱离该凹陷处。
请参阅图5和6,其分别为本实用新型的照明壳体和照明部的爆炸图和剖视图。该照明部包括照明开关、照明电路92、灯罩94、灯体93和转轴95。该照明开关固定在照明壳体8上,照明电路92固定在照明壳体8内,灯体93固定在该照明电路92上,灯罩94由透明材料做成,其盖设在灯体93上,并固定在照明壳体8的相应通孔上,使灯光向外照射。该转轴95将照明壳体8与第二主壳体5铰接连接。该照明开关具体包括按键帽911、按键钉912和按键支架913,该照明电路92上设有按键开关914,该按键帽911固定在照明壳体8外壁上,按键支架913固定在照明壳体8内壁上,按键钉912安装在所述按键支架913上并靠近按键帽911,当按键帽911被按下时,按键钉912向照明壳体8内移动并开启该照明电路92上的按键开关914,使照明电路92为灯体93供电。该灯体93具体包括白光照明灯931和红光警示灯932,相应地,照明开关也包括白光开关和红光开关。该转轴95的一端插入照明壳体8内固定,另一端插入第二主壳体5内固定,该转轴内设有电线,其插入照明壳体8的一端与照明电路92电连接,其插入第二主壳体5的一端与主电路7电连接。
该主电路7包括电压转换模块和充电模块。请参阅图7,其为本实用新型的车载充电器的电连接关系图,其中,虚线框内为车载充电器。车载充电器工作时,将其第一主壳体1插入汽车的点烟器孔里,使其正极导电头21和负极弹片22分别与汽车电源的正负极连通,电源随之输入到主电路7中,主电路7的电压转换模块将汽车电源电压转换为5V、9V或12V并输出到USB母座中,使用者可通过USB线将USB母座与所需充电的设备连接,进行充电。同时,主电路7的充电模块也会对充电电池3进行充电。当车载充电器从点烟器孔拔出后,由于充电电池3通过主电路7与照明电路92连通,当按下照明开关后,充电电池3将通过照明电路92为灯体93供电。

2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于:所述第一电极为正极导电头,所述正极导电头包括螺纹部和锥体;所述螺纹部与所述主壳体旋合,所述锥体固定在所述螺纹部的一端面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于:所述第二电极为U型的负极弹片,其两侧设有突起部;所述主壳体的侧壁上设有两个负极通孔,所述负极弹片固定在所述主壳体内,所述突起部通过所述负极通孔突出并外露于所述主壳体。

6.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于:所述照明部包括照明电路、灯体;所述照明电路与所述主电路电连接,所述灯体与所述照明电路电连接;所述照明壳体可相对于所述主壳体旋转,调整所述灯体的照明角度。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于:所述照明部还包括转轴,所述照明壳体通过所述转轴与所述主壳体铰接,所述照明壳体可以所述转轴为中心向外旋转90度以内的任意角度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于:所述转轴内设有电线,其一端固定在所述照明壳体内并与所述照明电路电连接,其另一端固定在所述主壳体内并与所述主电路电连接。
9.根据权利要求6所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于:所述灯体包括白光照明灯和红光警示灯。
10.根据权利要求6所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于:所述照明部还包括照明开关,所述照明开关包括按键帽、按键钉和按键支架,所述照明电路上设有按键开关,所述按键帽固定在所述照明壳体外壁上,所述按键支架固定在所述照明壳体内壁上,所述按键钉安装在所述按键支架上并靠近所述按键帽,当所述按键帽被按下时,所述按键钉向所述照明壳体内移动并开启所述照明电路上的按键开关,使所述照明电路为所述灯体供电。
