Abstract

光缆接头盒,属于缆线接头盒零部件领域。本实用新型包括盒盖和盒底,盒盖和盒底扣合组成一盒体,盒体内腔中形成容纳上下叠装的光纤熔接盘的光纤熔接区,光缆接头盒还包括转板和滑板,转板上设有与设在所述的盒底内腔后壁上的销孔配合转动连接的销轴,转板通过销轴活动连接在盒底内腔后壁上的销孔上,所述的转板的顶部形成穿装所述的滑板的滑槽,滑板设置在滑槽内前后滑动,所述的光纤熔接盘安装在所述的滑板上,所述的滑槽的后侧设置限制所述滑板滑出转板的限位凸起;处于最下层的所述光纤熔接盘设有穿出滑板底面的限位螺钉,穿出滑板部分的限位螺钉位于设置在所述滑槽内的内凹的限位槽中,通过限位螺钉限位使光纤熔接盘在滑槽区域内滑动。

光缆接头盒
技术领域
本实用新型属于缆线接头盒零部件领域,尤其与一种可滑移式光缆接头盒有关。
背景技术
光缆接头盒是一种光缆到户的必需设施,主要用于光缆断头连接或分支连接。光缆接头盒包括盒盖和盒底,盒盖和盒底扣合组成一盒体,盒底上开设总光缆输入口和分光缆输出口,盒底体内腔中设置多个上下叠装在一起的光纤熔接盘,正常使用时多个光纤熔接盘并合在一起,在分支光缆熔接和维修时,需要将分支机构的光纤熔接盘翻转一个角度实现打开,留出熔接操作空间,上下层叠的光纤熔接盘的下部分位于盒底的内腔中,光纤熔接盘的上部分通过盒盖盖装于盒体内腔。然而现有的光缆接头盒由于尺寸要求光纤熔接盘的后侧贴靠盒底内腔的内壁过近,从而导致处于下面的光纤熔接盘无法完全打开或者不能打开,这样就无法对下面的光纤熔接盘进行光缆熔接和维修,因此在不改变光缆接头盒腔的尺寸但能确保光纤熔接盘完全打开是一项急需解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在克服现有光缆接头盒在接分光缆时由于盒底内腔容纳光纤熔接盘的不足而导致光纤熔接盘无法实现翻转的缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种可打开且影响原有光缆接头盒的尺寸的光缆接头盒。
为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:光缆接头盒,包括盒盖和盒底,盒盖和盒底扣合组成一盒体,盒底上设置总光缆输入口和多个分光缆输出口,盒体内腔中形成容纳上下叠装的光纤熔接盘的光纤熔接区,其特征是,所述的光缆接头盒还包括转板和滑板,所述的转板上设有与设在所述的盒底内腔后壁上的销孔配合转动连接的销轴,转板通过销轴活动连接在盒底内腔后壁上的销孔上,所述的转板的顶部形成穿装所述的滑板的滑槽,滑板设置在滑槽内前后滑动,所述的光纤熔接盘安装在所述的滑板上,所述的滑槽的后侧设置限制所述滑板滑出转板的限位凸起;处于最下层的所述光纤熔接盘设有穿出滑板底面的限位螺钉,穿出滑板部分的限位螺钉位于设置在所述滑槽内的内凹的限位槽中,通过限位螺钉限位使光纤熔接盘在滑槽区域内滑动。
作为对上述技术方案的补充和完善,本实用新型还包括以下技术特征。
所述的转板的两侧设有穿出转板底面的螺钉,所述盒底的内腔中设有与该两个螺钉对应的限位孔,通过螺钉限位在所述的限位孔中使所述的转板稳定在所述盒体的内腔中。
所述的限位螺钉分设在所述的光纤熔接盘的两侧。
所述的光纤熔接盘相对处于下一层的光纤熔接盘可翻转打开,相对下一层的光纤熔接盘的后侧销孔,相对其上一层的光纤熔接盘上设有销柱,上一层光纤熔接盘通过销柱活动连接在下一层的后侧销孔上,从而实现每一层光纤熔接盘的翻转。
所述的盒底和盒盖通过活动连接在盒底前侧侧部的活动卡扣将盒底、盒盖锁紧,活动卡扣的顶部扣嵌在盒盖的扣槽内。
使用本实用新型可以达到以下有益效果:本实用新型通过将上下叠装的光纤熔接盘滑动安装在转板上,转板通过销轴活动连接在盒底内腔的后侧。本实用新型光缆接头盒在光纤熔接盘进行光缆熔接和维修时,首先通过转板连同光纤熔接盘向上转动,使光纤熔接盘具有使每一层的光纤熔接盘足够打开的空间,通过将光纤熔接盘从转板上的安装面拉出后,就可以根据需要打开光纤熔接盘,不会受盒底内腔空腔过窄而无法打开。本实用新型无需在现有客户需求的光缆接头盒的尺寸下进行改动,本实用新型在光缆熔接和维修时使用简单,而且结构合理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
如图1~图3所示,本实用新型包括盒盖1和盒底2,盒盖1和盒底2扣合组成一盒体,盒底2上设置总光缆输入口和多个分光缆输出口,盒体内腔中形成容纳上下叠装的光纤熔接盘3的光纤熔接区,光缆接头盒还包括转板4和滑板5,转板4上设有与设在盒底内腔后壁上的销孔配合转动连接的销轴,转板4通过销轴活动连接在盒底内腔后壁上的销孔上,转板4的顶部形成穿装滑板5的滑槽,滑板5设置在滑槽内前后滑动,光纤熔接盘3安装在滑板5上,滑槽的后侧设置限制所述滑板5滑出转板的限位凸起9;处于最下层的所述光纤熔接盘设有穿出滑板5底面的限位螺钉6,穿出滑板部分的限位螺钉6位于设置在所述滑槽内的内凹的限位槽7中,通过限位螺钉6限位使光纤熔接盘3在滑槽区域内滑动。
进一步地,转板4的两侧设有穿出转板4底面的螺钉,所述盒底2的内腔中设有与该两个螺钉对应的限位孔,通过螺钉限位在限位孔中使转板4稳定在盒体的内腔中。
进一步地,限位螺钉6分设在光纤熔接盘3的两侧。
进一步地,光纤熔接盘3相对处于下一层的光纤熔接盘可翻转打开,相对下一层的光纤熔接盘的后侧销孔,相对其上一层的光纤熔接盘上设有销柱,上一层光纤熔接盘通过销柱活动连接在下一层的后侧销孔上,从而实现每一层光纤熔接盘的翻转。
进一步地,盒底2和盒盖1通过活动连接在盒底2前侧侧部的活动卡扣8将盒底2、盒盖1锁紧,活动卡扣8的顶部扣嵌在盒盖1的扣槽内。

Claims (5)

1.光缆接头盒,包括盒盖(1)和盒底(2),盒盖(1)和盒底(2)扣合组成一盒体,盒底(2)上设置总光缆输入口和多个分光缆输出口,盒体内腔中形成容纳上下叠装的光纤熔接盘(3)的光纤熔接区,其特征在于:所述的光缆接头盒还包括转板(4)和滑板(5),所述的转板(4)上设有与设在所述的盒底内腔后壁上的销孔配合转动连接的销轴,转板(4)通过销轴活动连接在盒底内腔后壁上的销孔上,所述的转板(4)的顶部形成穿装所述的滑板(5)的滑槽,滑板(5)设置在滑槽内前后滑动,所述的光纤熔接盘(3)安装在所述的滑板(5)上,所述的滑槽的后侧设置限制所述滑板(5)滑出转板的限位凸起(9);处于最下层的所述光纤熔接盘设有穿出滑板(5)底面的限位螺钉(6),穿出滑板部分的限位螺钉(6)位于设置在所述滑槽内的内凹的限位槽(7)中,通过限位螺钉(6)限位使光纤熔接盘(3)在滑槽区域内滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光缆接头盒,其特征在于:所述的转板(4)的两侧设有穿出转板(4)底面的螺钉,所述盒底(2)的内腔中设有与该两个螺钉对应的限位孔,通过螺钉限位在所述的限位孔中使所述的转板(4)稳定在盒体的内腔中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光缆接头盒,其特征在于:所述的限位螺钉(6)分设在所述的光纤熔接盘(3)的两侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的光缆接头盒,其特征在于:所述的光纤熔接盘(3)相对处于下一层的光纤熔接盘可翻转打开,相对下一层的光纤熔接盘的后侧销孔,相对其上一层的光纤熔接盘上设有销柱,上一层光纤熔接盘通过销柱活动连接在下一层的后侧销孔上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的光缆接头盒,其特征在于:所述的盒底(2)和盒盖(1)通过活动连接在盒底(2)前侧侧部的活动卡扣(8)将盒底(2)、盒盖(1)锁紧,活动卡扣(8)的顶部扣嵌在盒盖(1)的扣槽内。
