本实用新型多功能分光分纤箱涉及的是一种通信用设备箱，是城市FTTH和农村光进铜退建设最佳工程实践产品。多功能分光分纤箱，具有箱体，其特征在于：箱体由上盖、下壳构成；上盖和下壳一侧转动连接，下壳底部设置有进缆孔、出纤孔和接地线孔，下壳上安装有一侧可转动的翻转框，翻转框上安装有模块支架，模块支架上安装固模块支架同时安装适配器的适配器面板条。下壳上还装有熔纤盘、光缆固定板、线环和入户光缆卡具，入户光缆卡具用于固定室内蝶形/圆形、室外自承式/管道式多种规格入户光缆。本实用新型多功能分光分纤箱既可作为分光分纤箱使用，又可单独作为分纤箱使用，使用、施工方便，内部结构合理、制造成本低。

背景技术
随着光纤到户的大规模实施，网络正在深入的影响我们的生活，光纤到户的网络部署，所有关注的重心在于光网络向室内的延伸；FTTH的施工场所由室外转向室内，光纤的布放、分光、成端是入户前极为重要的环节。传统入户前的箱体多为含光分路器的分光分纤箱或是配线箱，使用场景单一，不利于大规模、低成本的快速部署；不能满足多种规格入户光缆接入。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是针对上述不足之处，提供一种多功能分光分纤箱，是一种结构简单合理，可以满足十多种场景应用，有利于大规模、低成本快速部署；满足室内蝶形/圆形、室外自承式/管道式等多种规格入户光缆接入的多功能分光分纤箱。
多功能分光分纤箱是采取以下技术方案实现：
多功能分光分纤箱具有箱体，箱体由上盖、下壳构成；上盖和下壳一侧转动连接，下壳底部设置有进缆孔、出纤孔和接地线孔，下壳上安装有一侧可转动的翻转框，翻转框上安装有模块支架，模块支架上安装固定有插片式光分路器和4芯暂存单元。模块支架同时可以安装适配器的适配器面板条。下壳上还装有熔纤盘、光缆固定板、线环和入户光缆卡具，入户光缆卡具用于固定室内蝶形/圆形、室外自承式/管道式等多种规格入户光缆。
所述的下壳上部设置有密封圈。
箱体的锁具采用专用钥匙结构，同时增加外挂锁预留孔。
工作原理
箱体底部设有进缆孔、出纤孔，接地线出线孔。箱体内部有一可固定光缆及接地线的光缆固定板，固定接地线为一开口螺母柱，接地线缠绕在开口内，再由蝶形螺母紧固。箱体内固定的翻转框上，安装有模块支架，模块支架可安装插片式光分路器，也可以安装适配器的适配器面板条；需要分光时，在模块支架上安装插片式分路器；无需分光时，安装适配器面板条即可。入户光缆卡具可以满足16-32芯室内蝶形/圆形、室外自承式/管道式等多种规格入户光缆。
本实用新型多功能分光分纤箱既可作为分光分纤箱使用，又可单独作为分纤箱使用，使用、施工方便，内部结构合理、制造成本低。
本多功能分光分纤箱箱体采用抗紫外线、防老化的工程塑料，室内外通用；可壁挂、抱杆安装。内部结构紧凑、布局合理，工程界面清晰，便于工程建设和维护管理。本款箱体可满足多种场景应用，有利于大规模、低成本快速部署。

具体实施方式
参照附图1、2，多功能分光分纤箱具有箱体，箱体由上盖（1）、下壳（2）构成；下壳（2）底部设置有进缆孔（2-1）、出纤孔（2-3）和接地线孔（2-2），箱体的锁具采用专用钥匙结构，同时增加外挂锁预留孔（1-1）；下壳（2）上安装有一侧可转动的翻转框（3），翻转框（3）上安装有模块支架（11），模块支架（11）上安装固定有插片式光分路器（5）和4芯暂存单元（4）。模块支架（11）同时可以安装适配器的适配器面板条（7）；下壳（2）上还装有熔纤盘（6）、光缆固定板（9）、线环（8）和入户光缆卡具（10），入户光缆卡具（10）用于固定室内蝶形/圆形、室外自承式/管道式等多种规格入户光缆。
所述的下壳（2）上部设置有密封圈（2-4）。

1.一种多功能分光分纤箱，具有箱体，其特征在于：箱体由上盖、下壳构成；上盖和下壳一侧转动连接，下壳底部设置有进缆孔、出纤孔和接地线孔，下壳上安装有一侧可转动的翻转框，翻转框上安装有模块支架，模块支架上安装固定有插片式光分路器和4芯暂存单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能分光分纤箱，其特征在于：模块支架同时安装适配器的适配器面板条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能分光分纤箱，其特征在于：下壳上还装有熔纤盘、光缆固定板、线环和入户光缆卡具，入户光缆卡具用于固定室内蝶形/圆形、室外自承式/管道式多种规格入户光缆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能分光分纤箱，其特征在于：所述的下壳上部设置有密封圈。
