在煤、矿粉取样制样领域,经常需要将样品按照一定比例混合后进行充分混合,目前采用样品转鼓完成这一作业,样品转鼓机构即要求转鼓能够沿转鼓轴向进行旋转,还要求转鼓鼓身能够在上下方向上进行倾斜以完成接料,目前的样品转鼓机构存在着结构复杂、运行不平稳等问题,在样品转鼓机构上需要一种结构简单运行平稳的转鼓机构。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服目前的转鼓机构中存在的上述问题,提供一种样品转鼓机构。
为实现本实用新型的目的,采用了下述的技术方案:一种样品转鼓机构,包括机架,转鼓架两侧设置有转轴,转鼓架通过两侧的转轴转动连接在机架上,转鼓架上连接有电动推杆,电动推杆的另一端连接在机架上,在转鼓架后部固定连接有旋转驱动装置,转鼓底部中心固定连接在旋转驱动装置的输出上,在转鼓外周面上设置有一道或多道周向的凸肋或凹槽,在转鼓架上与凸肋或凹槽部位配合设置有限位轮,与一个凸肋或凹槽配合的限位轮在周向上至少设置三个,进一步的,所述的旋转驱动装置为电机,电机的输出上连接有减速机,转鼓底部中心固定连接在减速机的输出上,进一步的,所述的转鼓外周面上设置的周向的凸肋或凹槽沿转鼓高度方向上至少设置两道,每道凸肋或凹槽上配合设置的限位轮为四个。
本实用新型的积极有益技术效果在于:本机构结构简单,易于制作,在使用中运行平稳,故障率低,能够很好的应用与样品转鼓配鼓中。

如附图所示,一种样品转鼓机构,包括机架1,转鼓架2两侧设置有转轴,图中4、5所示为转鼓架两侧设置的两个转轴,转鼓架2通过两侧的转轴转动连接在机架1上,转鼓架2上连接有电动推杆7,电动推杆7的另一端连接在机架1上,在转鼓架2后部固定连接有旋转驱动装置3,所述的旋转驱动装置为电机,电机的输出上连接有减速机,转鼓6底部中心固定连接在减速机的输出上,在转鼓6外周面上设置有周向的凸肋或凹槽,图中示出了两道凸肋,如凸肋8所示,在转鼓架上与凸肋或凹槽部位配合设置有限位轮,9所示为限位轮,如果转鼓外周是凸肋,则限位轮是槽轮,凸轮位于槽轮的槽中,与一个凸肋或凹槽配合的限位轮在周向上至少设置三个。本装置工作时,首先电动推杆推动转鼓架使转鼓开口向上接受物料,接受物料完成后,电动推杆动作使转鼓开口处于水平方向,这时旋转驱动装置旋转驱动转鼓旋转使物料混合均匀,在旋转时转鼓外边面的凸肋在限位轮的作用下使转鼓旋转过程中平稳可靠。

1.一种样品转鼓机构,包括机架,其特征在于:转鼓架两侧设置有转轴,转鼓架通过两侧的转轴转动连接在机架上,转鼓架上连接有电动推杆,电动推杆的另一端连接在机架上,在转鼓架后部固定连接有旋转驱动装置,转鼓底部中心固定连接在旋转驱动装置的输出上,在转鼓外周面上设置有一道或多道周向的凸肋或凹槽,在转鼓架上与凸肋或凹槽部位配合设置有限位轮,与一个凸肋或凹槽配合的限位轮在周向上至少设置三个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种样品转鼓机构,其特征在于:所述的旋转驱动装置为电机,电机的输出上连接有减速机,转鼓底部小红心固定连接在减速机的输出上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种样品转鼓机构,其特征在于:所述的转鼓外周面上设置的周向的凸肋或凹槽沿转鼓高度方向上至少设置两道,每道凸肋或凹槽上配合设置的限位轮为四个。
