一种静电植绒清洁辊，属于新型纺专器材，是以清洁辊辊体表面直接静电植绒或包缚静电植绒织物来代替原来木制辊体表面包缚的皮辊呢，它是由辊体、端盖和钢芯组成，本清洁辊在使用过程中基本避免了皮辊绕毛和绕棉现象的出现。达到了优于木制包缚皮辊呢清洁辊的使用效果，保证了纱线质量，进而提高了织物质量。

本实用新型属於新型纺织专用器材。
本实用新型做出之前，细纱机使用木制包缚皮辊呢清洁辊，表面绒毛短、细、软、弹性差，密度稀且分布不均。清洁性能差，皮辊上残留废纤维多。影响纱线和织物质量。缠绕在清洁辊上的废纤维不易清除，还经常出现皮辊绕毛和绕棉现象。操作工常用钩刀清除以至划伤清洁辊表面。清洁辊及皮辊的清耗大，维修工时大占用大量劳动力。木制包缚皮辊呢清洁辊几十年未得到过改进。国内使用的静电植绒清洁辊均由进口细纱机随机带进。出口细纱机上的静电植绒清洁辊均靠国外订货配套。
本实用新型的目的是克服木制包缚皮辊呢清洁辊表面绒毛短、细、软、弹性差、密度稀且分布不均，清洁效果差的缺点。通过产品换代，借鉴国外先进技术提高清洁辊的清洁性能，减少绕毛、绕棉现象，保证纱线质量，从而提高织物质量，降低纺织厂原材料消耗，提高纺纱制成率。
静电植绒清洁辊是由辊体、端盖和钢芯组成的回转体。辊体外表面用规定旦数和长度的化纤绒毛制做。绒毛垂直於辊体的外表面，采用直接静电植绒或包缚静电植绒织物的方法实现。辊体为清洁辊的工作部件。端盖选用工程塑料，采用注射成型工艺制造。端盖为清洁辊的结构件。钢芯用普通钢制作，是清洁辊的中心轴。钢芯裸露在辊体外的部位架在细纱机上，使清洁辊与皮辊接触，纱线从清洁辊和皮辊之间穿过。清洁辊将残留皮辊上和纱线上的废纤维粘附在辊体表面上，达到清洁的目的。根据用户需要，清洁辊由1－3节组成，配合2－6枚纱锭使用。

图中所述的，1为辊体，2为端盖，3为钢芯，端盖2位于辊体两端是清洁辊的结构支撑件，钢芯3从端盖2的中心穿过，是清洁辊的中心轴，钢心3是通过端盖2与辊体联成一体的。当清洁辊处于工作状态时，辊体表面的绒毛将皮辊和纱线上的废纤维粘附在清洁辊上完成清洁工作。

1、一种静电植绒清洁辊，由辊体、端盖和钢芯组成，其特征在于辊体为空心结构，端盖插在辊体两端，是清洁辊的结构支撑件，中心轴钢芯从端盖的中心穿过，通过端盖与辊体联成一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的清洁辊，其特征在於辊体表面附着直接静电植绒绒毛或包缚静电植绒织物。
