背景技术
粮食储运工作是确保粮食安全的关键环节，目前粮食运输装车已全部采用机械化，卸车机械还比较少，采用人力卸车，费工费力，安全隐患多，由于卸车时粮食非常光滑，传统的卸车装置工作量小，功能单一。因此，粮食储运工作者迫切希望能有一种粮食卸车机械。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单，工作量大的集装箱散粮卸车机底座。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种集装箱散粮卸车机，包括行走底盘、升降剪叉、主机架、输送链条、刮板电机及刮板，所述升降剪叉安装在主机架上，所述主机架安装在升降剪叉上部，通过升降剪叉的升降动作可以带动主机架上下升降运动，以适应不同高度集装箱的卸粮需求，所述主机架后端安装有配重箱，所述输送链条设置在主机架上，所述刮板电机通过驱动主轴带动输送链条运行，所述刮板间隔安装在输送链条上，所述主机架前端安装有头部扒谷轴，所述头部扒谷轴两端连接有螺旋收集臂，用于收集集装箱内的粮食，将粮食聚集到刮板下方，然后由刮板扒出。
所述头部扒谷轴通过齿轮盘与输送链条传动连接，或者单独连接一电机。
所述刮板为锯齿形刮板，刮粮效果好。
所述行走底盘底部安装有行走轮，行走底盘上部设有控制行走轮行走方向的方向盘。
工作过程如下：
将卸车机开至指定位置，根据集装箱的高度调节主机架的高度，使主机架能够伸入到集装箱内，启动刮板电机，输送链条开始转动带动刮板运行，同时螺旋收集臂也开始工作，通过螺旋收集臂将粮食聚集到刮板下方，然后由刮板扒出，落入下方的地漏中。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，卸车机高度可调，行走方便，采用链条传动工作稳定，卸料量大，适应性广，具有很好的实际使用性能。

如图1、图2所示，一种集装箱散粮卸车机，包括行走底盘1、升降剪叉2、主机架3、输送链条4、刮板电机5及刮板6，升降剪叉2安装在主机架3上，主机架3安装在升降剪叉2上部，通过升降剪叉2的升降动作可以带动主机架3上下升降运动，以适应不同高度集装箱14的卸粮需求，主机架3后端安装有配重箱7，输送链条4设置在主机架1上，刮板电机5通过驱动主轴8带动输送链条4运行，刮板6间隔安装在输送链条4上，主机架3前端安装有头部扒谷轴9，头部扒谷轴9两端连接有螺旋收集臂10，用于收集集装箱14内的粮食，将粮食聚集到刮板6下方，然后由刮板6扒出。头部扒谷轴9通过齿轮盘与输送链条4传动连接，或者单独连接一电机。刮板6为锯齿形刮板，刮粮效果好。行走底盘1底部安装有行走轮11，行走底盘1上部设有控制行走轮11行走方向的方向盘12。
工作过程如下：
将卸车机开至指定位置，根据集装箱14的高度调节主机架3的高度，使主机架3能够伸入到集装箱14内，启动刮板电机5，输送链条4开始转动带动刮板6运行，同时螺旋收集臂10也开始工作，通过螺旋收集臂10将粮食聚集到刮板6下方，然后由刮板6扒出，落入下方的地漏13中。
