金属镁还原炉是镁生产的核心设备，常规的金属镁还原炉结构是在炉底设置支撑柱，金属镁的还原罐直接架在支撑柱上，每个还原炉只能设置一层支撑柱，支撑柱能够支撑的还原罐数量有限，造成金属镁生产效率低，生产成本高。且一层支撑柱只占用还原炉的底层空间，使得还原炉上部空间和热源均有一定程度的浪费。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是常规的金属镁还原炉生产效率低，空间和热源均有一定程度的浪费，提供一种结构简单，节约热源的金属镁还原炉。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用下述技术方案：一种金属镁还原炉，包括炉顶、炉墙、和炉底，炉墙上设有烧嘴，炉底上设有烟道，炉底上方设有至少两排支撑柱，每排支撑柱共同支撑下层还原罐；每排支撑柱的上方设有一条桥拱，桥拱端部与两边的炉墙连接，桥拱上设有上层还原罐；所述的烧嘴有两层，两层烧嘴分别设置在下层还原罐和上层还原罐上方的炉墙上。
所述的支撑柱包括高支撑柱和低支撑柱，高支撑柱和低支撑柱交替设置，同排支撑柱的高度相同。
所述桥拱的位置高度随支撑柱的高低交替设置。
所述的支撑柱为“门”型。
采用上述结构的本实用新型在下层还原罐上方增设上层还原罐，充分利用了还原炉空间，充分利用还原炉热源，提高产能。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型包括炉顶1、炉墙2、和炉底3，炉墙2上设有烧嘴21，炉底3上设有烟道31，炉底3上方设有至少两排支撑柱32，每排支撑柱32共同支撑下层还原罐4；每排支撑柱32的上方设有一条桥拱5，桥拱5端部与两边的炉墙2连接，桥拱5上设有上层还原罐6；所述的烧嘴21有两层，两层烧嘴21分别设置在下层还原罐4和上层还原罐6上方的炉墙2上。使用时，两层烧嘴21分别对下层还原罐上方增设上层还原罐点火加热，生产效率高。桥拱为弧型结构，增大承力能力，延长使用寿命。
所述的支撑柱32包括高支撑柱321和低支撑柱322，高支撑柱321和低支撑柱322交替设置，同排支撑柱32的高度相同。
所述桥拱5的位置高度随支撑柱32的高低交替设置。高支撑柱321上方的桥拱5位置高度较高，低支撑柱322上方的桥拱5位置高度较低。
所述的支撑柱32为“门”型。下层还原罐设置在“门”型的支撑柱32上，牢固稳定、安全。

1.一种金属镁还原炉，其特征在于：包括炉顶（1）、炉墙（2）、和炉底（3），炉墙（2）上设有烧嘴（21），炉底（3）上设有烟道（31），炉底（3）上方设有至少两排支撑柱（32），每排支撑柱（32）共同支撑下层还原罐（4）；每排支撑柱（32）的上方设有一条桥拱（5），桥拱（5）端部与两边的炉墙（2）连接，桥拱（5）上设有上层还原罐（6）；所述的烧嘴（21）有两层，两层烧嘴（21）分别设置在下层还原罐（4）和上层还原罐（6）上方的炉墙（2）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属镁还原炉，其特征在于：所述的支撑柱（32）包括高支撑柱（321）和低支撑柱（322），高支撑柱（321）和低支撑柱（322）交替设置，同排支撑柱（32）的高度相同。
