本发明涉及一种采暖通炕两用锅炉储煤室通风护板，属锅炉制造技术领域。
背景技术：
现有的采暖通炕炉兼顾采暖与炊事的效果，其储煤室的一侧的炉壁所设有通风孔，由于储煤室内燃料的温度较高，与具有通风孔的金属炉壁直接接触，不仅会缩短炉壁的使用寿命，还会造成煤粉外流或堵塞通风孔。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是为了克服现有的采暖通炕炉具的不足，提供一种能延长炉壁使用寿命，防止煤粉外流或堵塞通风孔的采暖通炕两用锅炉储煤室通风护板。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种采暖通炕两用锅炉储煤室通风护板，包括板体，所述板体外侧面的中部设有一个中支撑，在板体外侧面的的下部设有两个对称的下支撑，在板体所设有数条纵向的条形通风孔，在板体上部的十分之一处设有向外折握的上支撑部。
所述下支撑所设有一个销孔，通过轴销固定在炉壁的内侧面上。
所述板体的上支撑部焊接在炉壁的内侧面上。
所述中支撑与两个下支撑呈等边三角形设置在本体的外侧面上，使板体的稳定性好。
本发明的有益效果是，结构合理，制造容易，安装方便，避免炉壁与燃料直接接触，能延长炉壁使用寿命，防止煤粉外流或堵塞炉壁上的通风孔。

如图1-2所示，一种采暖通炕两用锅炉储煤室通风护板，包括板体(4)，所述板体(4)外侧面的中部设有一个中支撑(2)，在板体(4)外侧面的的下部设有两个对称的下支撑(3)，在板体(4)所设有数条纵向的条形通风孔(6)，在板体(4)上部的十分之一处设有向外折握的上支撑部(1)，上支撑部(1)与板体(4)之间的夹角为140°-160°，优选150°。下支撑(3)所设有一个销孔(5)，通过轴销固定在炉壁的内侧面上。板体(4)的上支撑部(1)焊接在炉壁的内侧面上。中支撑(2)与两个下支撑(3)呈等边三角形设置在本体的外侧面上，使板体(4)的稳定性好。板体(4)设置在炉壁与燃料之间，通风效果更好，避免炉壁与燃料直接接触，能延长炉壁使用寿命，防止煤粉外流 或堵塞炉壁上的通风孔。本发明的结构合理，制造容易，安装方便，避免炉壁与燃料直接接触，能延长炉壁使用寿命，防止煤粉外流或堵塞炉壁上的通风孔。
