本发明公开了一种燃气开水器，能够有效解决现有燃气开水器的火排安装不便，费时费力问题。一种燃气开水器，包括火排、底板，所述火排固定在底板上，所述底板上开有若干透气孔，所述底板的边缘开有与燃气开水器机架固定的固定孔。本发明的优点是：通过将火排先固定在底板上，然后再将底板与燃气开水器机架固定，大大降低安装难度，提高安装效率，同时透气孔能保证火排有足够燃烧的氧气进入。

本发明涉及一种燃气开水器。
背景技术
燃气热水器，是利用燃气快速将水加热烧开的设备，广泛应用于宾馆、办公楼、厨房等领域。燃气热水器包括支架、内胆、加热器、火管，内胆设置在支架内，内胆下部的支架上设有加热器，内胆中设有火管，火管将加热器的热量带入内胆中。
现有的火排安装过程是，先将火排水平推进炉膛下，再将火排上移入炉膛20mm左右后加以固定，这样的安装过程很不方便，往往固定位置视线被挡，不容易看见，而且需要机器下部有足够大的空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种燃气开水器，能够有效解决现有燃气开水器的火排安装不便，费时费力问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种燃气开水器，包括火排、底板，所述火排固定在底板上，所述底板上开有若干透气孔，所述底板的边缘开有与燃气开水器机架固定的固定孔。
优选的，所述火排通过横截面为L形的连接板固定在底板上；方便火排与底板紧密连接。
优选的，所述连接板包括水平部和竖直部，所述水平部上开有通槽，所述底板上开有第一安装通孔，通过螺栓穿过通槽和第一安装孔再与螺母配合将连接板与底板固定连接；所述竖直部上开有两个第二安装孔，所述火排侧壁的底部开有两个第二安装孔，所述火排通过螺栓与连接板固定连接；使火排与底板能牢固的连接。
可选的，所述火排焊接在底板上；另一种固定方式，方便快捷。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点是：通过将火排先固定在底板上，然后再将底板与燃气开水器机架固定，大大降低安装难度，提高安装效率，同时透气孔能保证火排有足够燃烧的氧气进入。

参阅图1、图2为本发明一种燃气开水器的实施例，一种燃气开水器，包括火排1、底板2，所述火排1固定在底板2上，所述底板2上开有若干透气孔3，所述底板2的边缘开有与燃气开水器机架固定的固定孔4，所述火排1通过横截面为L形的连接板5固定在底板2上，所述连接板5包括水平部和竖直部，所述水平部上开有通槽6，所述底板2上开有第一安装通孔，通过螺栓穿过通槽6和第一安装孔再与螺母配合将连接板5与底板2固定连接；所述竖直部上开有两个第二安装孔7，所述火排1侧壁的底部开有两个第二安装孔7，所述火排1通过螺栓与连接板5固定连接。
或者火排1焊接在底板2上。通过将火排1先固定在底板2上，然后再将底板2与燃气开水器机架固定，大大降低安装难度，提高安装效率。

1.一种燃气开水器，包括火排（1），其特征在于：还包括底板（2），所述火排（1）固定在底板（2）上，所述底板（2）上开有若干透气孔（3），所述底板（2）的边缘开有与燃气开水器机架固定的固定孔（4）；
所述火排（1）通过横截面为L形的连接板（5）固定在底板（2）上；
所述连接板（5）包括水平部和竖直部，所述水平部上开有通槽（6），所述底板（2）上开有第一安装通孔，通过螺栓穿过通槽（6）和第一安装孔再与螺母配合将连接板（5）与底板（2）固定连接；所述竖直部上开有两个第二安装孔（7），所述火排（1）侧壁的底部开有两个第二安装孔（7），所述火排（1）通过螺栓与连接板（5）固定连接。
