传统的窑炉一般是在炉底加热,这样产生的热量会往炉顶方向迅速扩散,在炉体中部的加热区聚热效果不佳,对于钢铁企业或锻钢企业而言,由于锻钢需要保持一个很高的温度,热量如果上升过快,会提高能源消耗,增加生产成本。

其中,所述横向保温层的高度低于蜂窝耐火砖。
有益效果:本实用新型与传统技术相比,通过蜂窝耐火砖的保热作用,使得大部分热量通过顶部气流通道回流,保存在炉体顶部。
