本实用新型是一种用于铝型材加工时,加热铝合金铸棒时使用的无引风循环均温铸棒加热炉。其特征在于是由加热炉炉体2、炉膛4、循环风膛5和隔热层3组成,隔热层3上有若干个热风口1。使用时,循环风膛1将燃烧室燃烧产生的热能根据内热循环的原理通过热风孔2传导到炉膛3,再通过热风孔2传导回循环风膛1,使铸棒加热炉炉体内温度达到均温的效果。不仅减少能源的消耗,而且工艺简单,成本低廉,保证了炉内的温度均衡,满足了生产的需要。

本实用新型是一种用于铝型材加工时,加热铝合金铸棒时使用的无引风循环均温铸棒加热炉。
背景技术
目前铝型材加工企业加热铝合金铸棒的加热炉,炉顶均需安装至少10~30KW/h电机带动的大功率风扇引导燃烧火焰,在加热炉内不断循环加热,才能使铝合金铸棒加热到所需工艺温度,并且不会因局部加热温度过高而使铸棒熔化。这种带引风装置的加热炉虽然能满足铝型材加工生产需要,但该加热炉因为安装有大功率的电机存在耗电量大、占用空间的问题及维护麻烦等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的,就是要提供一种能降低铝型材加工企业生产成本,且结构简单能合理利用风热资源,节约能源的无引风循环均温铸棒加热炉。本发明的技术解决方案是这样的:一种无引风循环均温铸棒加热炉,其特征在于是由加热炉炉体2、炉膛4、循环风膛5和隔热层3组成,隔热层3上有若干个热风口1。使用时,循环风膛1将燃烧室燃烧产生的热能根据内热循环的原理通过热风孔2传导到炉膛3,再通过热风孔2传导回循环风膛1,使铸棒加热炉炉体内温度达到均温的效果。使用本实用新型的有益效果不须安装鼓风电机,就可使热能通过热风孔与炉膛进行交换,使炉膛内温度保持在450℃~510℃,合金铝铸棒能均衡加热,不至于温度忽高忽低而达不到铝型材加工工艺要求,不仅减少能源的消耗,而且工艺简单,成本低廉,保证了炉内的温度均衡,满足了生产的需要。

具体实施方式
  图1和图2中,用保温材料制成的无引风循环均温铸棒加热炉炉体2内有一个隔热层3,隔热层3上部为炉膛4、下部为循环风膛5。合金铝铸棒放置在隔热层3上,隔热层3上不规则的开有若干个热风口1,热风口1与炉膛4、循环风膛5相通。
