技术领域
本实用新型涉及建材漆具设备领域,特别是涉及一种微型辊涂机。
背景技术
在建材装饰行业,辊涂机是一种重要的涂装设备,其油漆损耗小、生产效率高,便于和生产流水线对接,在家具、地板等行业应用广泛。传统的辊涂机设有一个涂装辊筒与钢棍,在平板工件(木地板/平面板材等等)到达时,涂装辊筒与钢棍下降,涂装辊筒将粘附于其表面的漆均匀的涂在工件的表面。
如在专利申请号为201120218471.1的申请文件中公开的一种木地板涂装设备,包括有面漆机,所述面漆机包括机体、传送带、固定设置于所述机体上并可升降的涂装辊筒与扫平辊,该设备为大型生产设备,用于木地板涂装的生产流水线中。又如专利申请号为201310376868.7的申请文件公开的一种辊涂流平干燥一体机,包括:双重可逆滚涂设备、加热平流设备、UV干燥设备、机架,实现一体多功能的目标,从而大大的提高了生产效率。但是上述的辊涂机均为正常生产用的大型设备,其无法很好的满足应用辊涂涂装工艺的厂家(地板厂/家具厂/等等)的生产经营活动中的一些特殊需求,如制作产品样品;比如,新客户拿来需要的地板样板,需要工厂复制成一样的产品,那么正式生产前就要先试制样品;再比如自主开发新产品,需要利用现有涂料或新品种涂料制作样品,以满足产品的改善。上述地板样品制作的过程称为产品打样。目前,大多情况下地板生产工厂在现有生产线上打样,其缺点是耗能、耽误生产、成本高。如果由涂料生产公司打样,其会采购正常生产用大型设备,其缺点是消耗大,场地占用多。
针对上述问题,申请人致力实用新型微型的辊涂机,使微型辊涂设备具有体积小、结构简单、成本低,可以方便灵活地进行样品的涂料辊涂,且不耽误生产线的正常生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种微型辊涂机,相比传统的辊涂机设备,具有体积小、结构简单、制造成本低、更加经济实用的优点;实现了方便灵活地对平面样品的涂料辊涂,不耽误生产线的正常生产。其中,为了使其造型小巧的前提下,仍能通过简单地手动调节保证该辊涂机有效且精准的进行工作,需要提供一种简单实用的定量辊调整及锁紧机构。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型包括以下的技术方案:
一种微型辊涂机定量辊调整及锁紧机构,包括偏心轴、扇形锁紧板以及调整旋钮;
所述扇形锁紧板由环形的轴套部和与轴套部轴线垂直的扇形部组成,所述轴套部的外径可转动安装于机体,内径与偏心轴固定连接;所述定量辊通过轴承安装在偏心轴上,偏心轴上对应定量辊的轴段与对应轴套部的轴段形成偏心;所述调整旋钮固定安装在偏心轴的端部,可带动偏心轴旋转,从而使得定量辊的转动轴线偏移;
所述扇形部具有第一圆弧形通槽,所述第一圆弧形通槽通过锁紧螺钉与机体连接。
优选的,所述辊涂机还包括有定量辊安装误差微调机构,其位于机体的与定量辊调整及锁紧机构相对的另一侧,所述定量辊安装误差微调机构包括带偏心轴套的扇形板,所述扇形板包括圆环状的偏心轴套和与所述偏心轴套轴线垂直的扇形平板部;所述偏心轴套的外径与内径形成偏心,外径可转动连接于机体;所述扇形平板部具有第二圆弧形通槽,所述第二圆弧形通槽通过锁紧螺钉与机体连接。
本实用新型还涉及一种微型辊涂机,包括:主胶辊和定量辊以及前述的定量辊调整及锁紧机构。
优选的,所述定量辊、主胶辊依次沿工件行进方向安装于机体上,且两辊表面紧贴在一起,所述紧贴位置设于主胶辊的轴线水平面上方。
优选的,所述机体包括分别设于两侧的上墙板和下墙板、位于两侧墙板之间的连接横梁以及上下墙板之间的连接件。
优选的,所述定量辊、主胶辊依次沿工件行进方向安装于上墙板上。
优选的,位于所述主胶辊下方的第一下托胶辊安装于所述下墙板上。
优选的,还包括有安装于上墙板上的扫平辊和刮刀、位于所述扫平辊下方的安装于下墙板上的第二下托胶辊。
优选的,沿工件行进方向,所述扫平辊设于主胶辊的前方,且其表面与主胶辊表面紧邻在一起,所述紧邻位置设于主胶辊的轴线水平面下方;所述刮刀安装于扫平辊的前侧上方,其下端向扫平辊和主胶辊的紧靠位置倾斜,并紧贴扫平辊的表面。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型至少具有以下优点:
1.本实用新型的微型辊涂机,在使用时,可以很方便地实现地板等工件样品的涂料辊涂,避免了传统延误生产线的正常生产的弊端。
2.辊涂机为微型结构,体积小,制造成本和平板工件打样成本低,其缩小的机械尺寸在造价和使用成本上更加经济实惠。
3.结构简单,打样效果好且实用,本实用新型的辊涂机的机体主要由四块墙板构成,其具有定量辊调整及锁紧机构以及定量辊安装误差微调机构,使其造型小巧的前提下,仍具有多调节机构,通过简单地手动调节保证了该辊涂机有效且精准的进行工作。
4.本实用新型的微型辊涂机在单辊的基础上还可安装扫平辊和刮刀结构,用于腻子辊涂。工作时,扫平辊和主胶辊进行向上的反向转动,扫平辊压平木材后会沾附腻子,其向上转动时通过刮刀进行清洁,同时刮下来的腻子被主胶辊带走,进入再涂覆利用,使涂覆木材的表面平滑整洁。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种微型辊涂机,主要包括框架式的机体、辊涂布装置、驱动机构、传动机构以及主胶辊升降机构。该机体包括两侧的上墙板和下墙板,共四块墙板;辊涂布装置包括主胶辊、定量辊、一或两个下托胶辊和若干个支承辊,主胶辊和定量辊安装于上墙板,下托胶辊和支承辊安装于下墙板;传动机构通过齿形带齿形轮传动组件或链轮链条传动组件连接主胶辊和下托胶辊的辊轴;驱动机构连接于所述主胶辊,使工件在主胶辊和下托胶辊之间被驱动通过,完成涂料的涂覆;主胶辊升降机构通过弹性组件连接两侧的上墙板和下墙板,并带动上墙板绕连接销轴转动,使主胶辊升降,进而调整主胶辊和下托胶辊之间的间隙。
本实用新型具体方案为如下实施例,为了叙述方便,将平板工件在辊涂机中运动的方向定义为“前”,相反方向定义为“后”,人体面向前方,左手侧为“左”,右手侧为“右”。
实施例1
一种微型辊涂机,图1、图2所示,所述辊涂机包括有机体100、辊涂布装置、驱动机构以及传动机构。
机体100为框架式构造,包括两块上墙板101:左上墙板和右上墙板;两块下墙板102;左下墙板和右下墙板;若干连接横梁105以及上墙板101和下墙板102之间的连接件。上墙板101后端处设置有连接上墙板101和下墙板102的连接销轴112。
辊涂布装置包括主胶辊21、定量辊22、第一下托胶辊23和若干个支承辊24,定量辊22、主胶辊21依次沿工件行进方向安装于上墙板101上,且两辊表面紧贴在一起,紧贴位置设于主胶辊21的轴线水平面上方;第一下托胶辊23和支承辊24安装于下墙板102上,且第一下托胶辊23位于所述主胶辊21的下方。
传动机构通过齿形带,齿形轮传动组件连接所述主胶辊21和第一下托胶辊23的辊轴;驱动机构连接于所述主胶辊21,使工件在主胶辊21和第一下托胶辊23之间被驱动通过,支承辊24起到辅助支撑作用,支承辊24的数量不做限定,根据设备实际使用情况的稳定做调节,本实施例中优选为3个,见图4。
驱动机构包括减速电机31和调速器,减速电机31固定上墙板101的板面,且其输出轴连接主胶辊21的辊轴,直接驱动主胶辊21。主胶辊21和定量辊22之间靠挤压摩擦传动。
图5所示,具体的,所述齿形带,齿形轮传动组件包括主胶辊齿轮421、中间齿轮422、中间齿形皮带轮423a、公共齿形皮带轮424a、第一下托胶辊齿形皮带轮425a、第一齿形皮带426a和第二齿形皮带427a。所述公共齿形皮带轮424a的转轴与所述连接销轴112同轴安装;所述主胶辊齿轮421与中间齿轮422相啮合,所述中间齿形皮带轮423a与中间齿轮422同轴安装,且通过第一齿形皮带426a连接驱动所述公共齿形皮带轮424a,所述公共齿形皮带轮424a通过第二齿形皮带427a连接驱动第一下托胶辊齿形皮带轮425a。
主胶辊21和第一下托胶辊23的直径比是8∶5,可以是主胶辊21直径80mm,第一下托胶辊23直径50mm;主胶辊21与第一下托胶辊23的传动比是5∶8,保证主胶辊21与第一下托胶辊23的表面线速度一致,共同带动地板等工件移动。
主胶辊升降机构包括位于机体100两侧的调整轴61、弹簧62、指旋螺母63以及支撑块64;见图2。所述调整轴61下端与下墙板102前端部固定连接,所述弹簧62套在调整轴61上,所述支撑块64套在调整轴61上并压住弹簧62上端,且其固定连接于上墙板101;指旋螺母63与调整轴61上端连接并压住所述支撑块64;所述指旋螺母63的旋转改变支撑块64与调整轴61之间的弹簧长度,从而带动上墙板101绕连接销轴112转动,使安装于上墙板101上的主胶辊21升降,进而实现主胶辊21与下托胶辊23之间间隙的调整。
本实施例的辊涂机还包括有定量辊调整及锁紧机构,图6-8所示,所述定量辊调整及锁紧机构包括偏心轴71、扇形锁紧板72以及调整旋钮73。所述扇形锁紧板72由环形的轴套部721和与轴套部721轴线垂直的扇形部722组成,所述轴套部721的外径可转动安装于上墙板101,内径与偏心轴71固定连接。所述定量辊22通过轴承安装在偏心轴71上,偏心轴71上对应定量辊22的轴段与对应轴套部721的轴段形成偏心;所述调整旋钮73固定安装在偏心轴71的端部,可带动偏心轴71旋转,从而使得定量辊22的转动轴线偏移,达到调整其与主胶辊21之间间隙的目的。
所述扇形部722具有第一圆弧形通槽82,通过将锁紧螺钉穿过第一圆弧形通槽82与上墙板101连接,调整时,扇形部722与偏心轴71同步转动,调整到位后用锁紧螺钉将扇形锁紧板72锁紧在墙板上。
本实施例的辊涂机还可以包括有定量辊安装误差微调机构,定量辊安装误差微调机构包括带偏心轴套的扇形板81,所述扇形板81包括圆环状的偏心轴套和与所述偏心轴套轴线垂直的扇形平板部;所述偏心轴套的外径与内径形成偏心,外径可转动连接于所述上墙板101。当由于加工误差使得定量辊22与主胶辊21之间间隙左右不均匀时,可以通过转动带偏心轴套的扇形板81进行微调,因为偏心轴套的转动会使偏心轴的轴心发生移动。
所述扇形板具有第二圆弧形通槽83,通过将锁紧螺钉穿过第二圆弧形通槽83与上墙板101连接,调整到位后用锁紧螺钉将扇形板锁紧在墙板上。
本实施例的辊涂机还可包括有涂料回收装置,图2所示,所述涂料回收装置包括设于所述主胶辊21和定量辊22轴向端部下方的流槽51,所述流槽51的底部连通有导流管52,使得多余的涂料可以通过导流管52流到收集容器中。
本实用新型的辊涂机具有简易安装拆卸的特点,具体表现为,所述两侧的上墙板101设有T形凹槽90,所述主胶辊21的两端连接有安装支架91,所述安装支架91为T形平板体,该安装支架91的T形水平部分设有安装孔,通过螺钉与上墙板101的T形凹槽90相配合连接,安装支架91的T形竖直部分设有轴承孔,用于安装主胶辊21的轴承。
此外,所述辊涂机还包括有分别安装在两侧的上墙板101的定量辊转速调整机构,所述定量辊转速调整机构包括定量辊锁紧支架120、定量辊锁紧螺母131以及尼龙压块141。所述定量辊锁紧支架120包括基座部121和突出部122,图1所示,所述基座部121固定连接于所述上墙板101的顶端,所述突出部122位于所述定量辊22的上方,且安装所述定量辊锁紧螺母131,所述定量辊锁紧螺母131的螺杆端连接尼龙压块141,使尼龙压块141压在定量辊22的表面;通过定量辊锁紧螺母131旋转,推动尼龙压块141压紧定量辊22表面。
实施例2
本实用新型还提供了微型辊涂机的另一种实施方式,除辊涂布装置和传动组件与实施例1不同之外,其他结构均相同。图9-11所示,所述辊涂布装置还包括有安装于上墙板101上的扫平辊25和刮刀10、安装于下墙板102上的第二下托胶辊26。本实施例的微型辊涂机适用于腻子辊涂;如果要用其涂布底漆或面漆,需要将扫平辊25升起。
沿工件行进方向,所述扫平辊25设于主胶辊21的前方,且其表面与主胶辊21表面紧邻在一起,所述紧邻位置设于主胶辊21的轴线水平面下方,具体为两辊表面相距0.1-1mm;所述刮刀10安装于扫平辊25的前侧上方,其下端向扫平辊25和主胶辊21的紧靠位置倾斜,并紧贴扫平辊25的表面;所述第二下托胶辊26设于所述扫平辊25的下方。
本实施例辊涂机的链轮链条传动组件包括主胶辊齿轮421、中间齿轮422、中间齿形链轮423b、公共齿形链轮424b、第一下托胶辊齿形链轮425b、第一齿形链条426b、第二齿形链条427b、扫平辊齿轮429、第二中间齿轮428、第二下托胶辊齿形链轮431以及第三齿形链条430。
所述公共齿形链轮424b的转轴与所述连接销轴112同轴安装;所述主胶辊齿轮421与中间齿轮422相啮合,所述中间齿形链轮423b与中间齿轮422同轴安装,且通过第一齿形链条426b连接驱动所述公共齿形链轮424b,所述公共齿形链轮424b通过第二齿形链条427b连接驱动第一下托胶辊齿形链轮425b,所述第二中间齿轮428分别与扫平辊齿轮429、中间齿轮422相啮合,所述第一下托胶辊齿形链轮425b通过第三齿形链条430连接并带动第二下托胶辊齿形链轮431。
其中主胶辊21与第一下托胶辊23的直径比为8∶5;所述主胶辊21与第一下托胶辊23的传动比为5∶8;所述第一下托胶辊23与第二下托胶辊26的直径相同,传动比为1∶1。
图12、13所示,所述辊涂机还包括有分别安装在两侧的上墙板101的扫平辊调整机构,其中,上墙板101的下侧部开有矩形凹槽,凹槽的顶部通过阶梯孔与上墙板101的顶部连通,所述矩形凹槽与所述扫平辊25轴向端部的安装支架154配合,所述安装支架154的顶部与连杆152连接,所述连杆152穿过所述阶梯孔,连杆152上套有螺旋弹簧153,弹簧153的一端抵住所述安装支架154的顶部,另一端抵住所述阶梯孔的肩台部,所述连杆152的顶端与指旋螺母151连接,指旋螺母151压在上墙板101上,由此通过指旋螺母151的转动调整扫平辊25升降。
工作时,扫平辊25和主胶辊21进行向上的反向转动,扫平辊25压平木材后会沾附腻子,其向上转动时通过刮刀进行清洁,同时刮下来的腻子被主胶辊21带走,进入再涂覆利用,使涂覆木材的表面平滑整洁。
一般地,一次完整的平板样品制作通常过程包括如下步骤:1.素板打磨;2.着色;3.涂布腻子(次数不定,根据基材);4.涂布底漆(次数不定,根据基材);5.打磨;6.涂布面漆(一般两次)。本实用新型的微型辊涂机适于完成其中的腻子、底漆和面漆的辊涂工作,且经实际使用可知,该辊涂机的使用方便且效果好。

Claims (9)

1.一种微型辊涂机的定量辊调整及锁紧机构,包括偏心轴(71)、扇形锁紧板(72)以及调整旋钮(73);所述扇形锁紧板(72)由环形的轴套部(721)和与轴套部(721)轴线垂直的扇形部(722)组成,所述轴套部(721)的外径可转动安装于机体,内径与偏心轴(71)固定连接;所述定量辊(22)通过轴承安装在偏心轴(71)上,偏心轴(71)上对应定量辊(22)的轴段与对应轴套部(721)的轴段形成偏心;所述调整旋钮(73)固定安装在偏心轴(71)的端部,可带动偏心轴(71)旋转,从而使得定量辊(22)的转动轴线偏移;所述扇形部(722)具有第一圆弧形通槽(82),所述第一圆弧形通槽(82)通过锁紧螺钉与机体(100)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的定量辊调整及锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述辊涂机还包括有定量辊安装误差微调机构,其位于机体(100)的与定量辊调整及锁紧机构相对的另一侧,所述定量辊安装误差微调机构包括带偏心轴套的扇形板(81),所述扇形板(81)包括圆环状的偏心轴套和与所述偏心轴套轴线垂直的扇形平板部;所述偏心轴套的外径与内径形成偏心,外径可转动连接于机体(100);所述扇形平板部具有第二圆弧形通槽(83),所述第二圆弧形通槽(83)通过锁紧螺钉与机体(100)连接。
3.一种微型辊涂机,包括:主胶辊(21)和定量辊(22)以及权利要求1或2所述的定量辊调整及锁紧机构。
4.如权利要求3所述的微型辊涂机,其特征在于,所述定量辊(22)、主胶辊(21)依次沿工件行进方向安装于机体(100)上,且两辊表面紧贴在一起,所述紧贴位置设于主胶辊(21)的轴线水平面上方。
5.如权利要求3所述的微型辊涂机,其特征在于,所述机体(100)包括分别设于两侧的上墙板(101)和下墙板(102)、位于两侧墙板之间的连接横梁(105)以及上下墙板之间的连接件。
6.如权利要求5所述的微型辊涂机,其特征在于,所述定量辊(22)、主胶辊(21)依次沿工件行进方向安装于上墙板(101)上。
7.如权利要求5所述的微型辊涂机,其特征在于,位于所述主胶辊(21)下方的第一下托胶辊(23)安装于所述下墙板(102)上。
8.如权利要求7所述的微型辊涂机,其特征在于,还包括有安装于上墙板(101)上的扫平辊(25)和刮刀(10)、位于所述扫平辊(25)下方的安装于下墙板(102)上的第二下托胶辊(26)。
9.如权利要求8所述的微型辊涂机,其特征在于,沿工件行进方向,所述扫平辊(25)设于主胶辊(21)的前方,且其表面与主胶辊(21)表面紧邻在一起,所述紧邻位置设于主胶辊(21)的轴线水平面下方;所述刮刀(10)安装于扫平辊(25)的前侧上方,其下端向扫平辊(25)和主胶辊(21)的紧靠位置倾斜,并紧贴扫平辊(25)的表面。
