本发明公开了一种涤棉复合布上胶装置,包括机体,所述机体顶端设置有若干对称分布的支撑板,所述支撑板顶端设置有顶板,两支撑板之间从下往上依次设置有传动辊和上胶辊,所述传动辊的两端均通过转轴转动连接有调节机构,所述上胶辊的两端转动连接在支撑板上,所述上胶辊的右端贯穿支撑板与驱动电机的输出端相连接,本发明结构简单,上胶效果好,能够方便地调节传动辊与上胶辊之间的间距,从而适应不同规格的布料,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为一种涤棉复合布上胶装置。
背景技术
纺织原意是取自纺纱与织布的总称,但是随着纺织知识体系和学科体系的不断发展和完善,特别是非织造纺织材料和三维复合编织等技术产生后,现在的纺织已经不仅是传统的手工纺纱和织布,也包括无纺布技术,现代三维编织技术,现代静电纳米成网技术等生产的服装用、产业用、装饰用纺织品。所以,现代纺织是指一种纤维或纤维集合体的多尺度结构加工技术。上胶机是一种常用的纺织机械,用于在布料表面涂抹胶水,但是目前的上胶装置存在上胶不均匀、传动辊不能够调节、使用不便等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涤棉复合布上胶装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种涤棉复合布上胶装置,包括机体,所述机体顶端设置有若干对称分布的支撑板,所述支撑板顶端设置有顶板,两支撑板之间从下往上依次设置有传动辊和上胶辊,所述传动辊的两端均通过转轴转动连接有调节机构,所述上胶辊的两端转动连接在支撑板上,所述上胶辊的右端贯穿支撑板与驱动电机的输出端相连接,所述驱动电机固定安装在支撑板上,所述顶板顶端设置有上胶机构。
优选的,所述上胶机构包括驱动机构,所述顶板顶端设置有储胶罐,所述顶板顶端安装有流量泵,所述流量泵的输入端通过管道与储胶罐相连接,所述流量泵的输出端连接有软管,所述驱动机构上安装有上胶头,所述上胶头的输入端与软管相连接。
优选的,所述驱动机构包括上胶电机,所述上胶电机安装在顶板顶端,所述上胶电机的输出端安装有半齿轮,所述顶板顶端滑动连接有滑板,所述滑板表面开设有通槽,所述通槽内部顶底两端侧壁上设置有对称分布的齿条,所述半齿轮设置在通槽中,且半齿轮与齿条相啮合连接,所述滑板底端连接有滑块,所述滑块的底端延伸至顶板下方,所述顶板表面开设有与滑块相对应的滑槽,所述上胶头安装在滑块上。
优选的,所述滑块底端设置有刮板,所述刮板与上胶辊相接触。
优选的,所述调节机构包括调节杆,所述调节杆通过螺纹连接在机体顶端,所述调节杆外周转动连接有安装块,所述转轴远离传动辊的一端转动连接在安装块上,所述支撑板表面开设有与转轴相对应的调节槽,所述调节杆外周设置有两组限位环,所述限位环对称分布在安装块的顶底两端,所述调节杆顶端安装有把手。
优选的,所述支撑板上设置有固定块,所述固定块位于安装块下方,所述固定块上开设有与调节杆相对应的通孔,所述通孔中设置有滑套,所述固定块与机体之间连接有弹簧,所述弹簧套装在调节杆外周。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过流量泵将储胶罐中的胶水泵入上胶头,上胶头将胶水喷到上胶辊表面,布料从上胶辊与传动辊之间穿过,驱动电机驱动上胶辊旋转,从而将胶水压涂在布料表面;在上胶的同时,上胶电机驱动半齿轮旋转,通过半齿轮与齿条的啮合连接,驱动滑板做左右往复运动,从而带动上胶头来回动作,将胶水均匀涂抹在上胶辊上,促使上胶辊上的胶水散开;刮板能够将上胶辊表面的胶水均匀涂抹开,提高涂胶效果;通过旋转把手,驱动调节杆旋转,由于调节杆通过螺纹连接在机体上,转动会导致调节杆相对机体升降,从而带动传动辊上升或下降,调节传动辊与上胶辊之间的间距,适应不同规格布料的加工需求;固定块对调节杆起到限位、导向的作用,弹簧能够起到缓冲减震效果。本发明结构简单,上胶效果好,能够方便地调节传动辊与上胶辊之间的间距,从而适应不同规格的布料,使用方便。

请参阅图1~3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种涤棉复合布上胶装置,包括机体1,所述机体1顶端设置有若干对称分布的支撑板2,所述支撑板2顶端设置有顶板3,两支撑板2之间从下往上依次设置有传动辊4和上胶辊5,所述传动辊4的两端均通过转轴19转动连接有调节机构6,所述上胶辊5的两端转动连接在支撑板2上,所述上胶辊5的右端贯穿支撑板2与驱动电机7的输出端相连接,所述驱动电机7固定安装在支撑板2上,所述顶板3顶端设置有上胶机构。
所述上胶机构包括驱动机构,所述顶板3顶端设置有储胶罐16,所述顶板3顶端安装有流量泵17,所述流量泵17的输入端通过管道与储胶罐16相连接,所述流量泵17的输出端连接有软管18,所述驱动机构上安装有上胶头14,所述上胶头14的输入端与软管18相连接,通过流量泵17将储胶罐16中的胶水泵入上胶头14,上胶头14将胶水喷到上胶辊5表面,布料从上胶辊5与传动辊4之间穿过,驱动电机7驱动上胶辊5旋转,从而将胶水压涂在布料表面。
所述驱动机构包括上胶电机8,所述上胶电机8安装在顶板3顶端,所述上胶电机8的输出端安装有半齿轮9,所述顶板3顶端滑动连接有滑板10,所述滑板10表面开设有通槽11,所述通槽11内部顶底两端侧壁上设置有对称分布的齿条12,所述半齿轮9设置在通槽11中,且半齿轮9与齿条12相啮合连接,所述滑板10底端连接有滑块13,所述滑块13的底端延伸至顶板3下方,所述顶板3表面开设有与滑块13相对应的滑槽,所述上胶头14安装在滑块13上,在上胶的同时,上胶电机8驱动半齿轮9旋转,通过半齿轮9与齿条12的啮合连接,驱动滑板10做左右往复运动,从而带动上胶头14来回动作,将胶水均匀涂抹在上胶辊5上,促使上胶辊5上的胶水散开。
所述滑块13底端设置有刮板15,所述刮板15与上胶辊5相接触,刮板15能够将上胶辊5表面的胶水均匀涂抹开,提高涂胶效果。
所述调节机构6包括调节杆22,所述调节杆22通过螺纹连接在机体1顶端,所述调节杆22外周转动连接有安装块20,所述转轴19远离传动辊4的一端转动连接在安装块20上,所述支撑板2表面开设有与转轴19相对应的调节槽21,所述调节杆22外周设置有两组限位环25,所述限位环25对称分布在安装块20的顶底两端,所述调节杆22顶端安装有把手26,通过旋转把手26,驱动调节杆22旋转,由于调节杆22通过螺纹连接在机体1上,转动会导致调节杆22相对机体1升降,从而带动传动辊4上升或下降,调节传动辊4与上胶辊5之间的间距,适应不同规格布料的加工需求。
所述支撑板2上设置有固定块23,所述固定块23位于安装块20下方,所述固定块23上开设有与调节杆22相对应的通孔,所述通孔中设置有滑套,所述固定块23与机体1之间连接有弹簧24,所述弹簧24套装在调节杆22外周,固定块23对调节杆22起到限位、导向的作用,弹簧24能够起到缓冲减震效果;对于振动较为明显的情况,还应在调节杆22外周套装防退螺母,保证调节杆22稳定安装在机体1上。

1.一种涤棉复合布上胶装置,包括机体(1),其特征在于:所述机体(1)顶端设置有若干对称分布的支撑板(2),所述支撑板(2)顶端设置有顶板(3),两支撑板(2)之间从下往上依次设置有传动辊(4)和上胶辊(5),所述传动辊(4)的两端均通过转轴(19)转动连接有调节机构(6),所述上胶辊(5)的两端转动连接在支撑板(2)上,所述上胶辊(5)的右端贯穿支撑板(2)与驱动电机(7)的输出端相连接,所述驱动电机(7)固定安装在支撑板(2)上,所述顶板(3)顶端设置有上胶机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤棉复合布上胶装置,其特征在于:所述上胶机构包括驱动机构,所述顶板(3)顶端设置有储胶罐(16),所述顶板(3)顶端安装有流量泵(17),所述流量泵(17)的输入端通过管道与储胶罐(16)相连接,所述流量泵(17)的输出端连接有软管(18),所述驱动机构上安装有上胶头(14),所述上胶头(14)的输入端与软管(18)相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种涤棉复合布上胶装置,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括上胶电机(8),所述上胶电机(8)安装在顶板(3)顶端,所述上胶电机(8)的输出端安装有半齿轮(9),所述顶板(3)顶端滑动连接有滑板(10),所述滑板(10)表面开设有通槽(11),所述通槽(11)内部顶底两端侧壁上设置有对称分布的齿条(12),所述半齿轮(9)设置在通槽(11)中,且半齿轮(9)与齿条(12)相啮合连接,所述滑板(10)底端连接有滑块(13),所述滑块(13)的底端延伸至顶板(3)下方,所述顶板(3)表面开设有与滑块(13)相对应的滑槽,所述上胶头(14)安装在滑块(13)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种涤棉复合布上胶装置,其特征在于:所述滑块(13)底端设置有刮板(15),所述刮板(15)与上胶辊(5)相接触。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤棉复合布上胶装置,其特征在于:所述调节机构(6)包括调节杆(22),所述调节杆(22)通过螺纹连接在机体(1)顶端,所述调节杆(22)外周转动连接有安装块(20),所述转轴(19)远离传动辊(4)的一端转动连接在安装块(20)上,所述支撑板(2)表面开设有与转轴(19)相对应的调节槽(21),所述调节杆(22)外周设置有两组限位环(25),所述限位环(25)对称分布在安装块(20)的顶底两端,所述调节杆(22)顶端安装有把手(26)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种涤棉复合布上胶装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(2)上设置有固定块(23),所述固定块(23)位于安装块(20)下方,所述固定块(23)上开设有与调节杆(22)相对应的通孔,所述通孔中设置有滑套,所述固定块(23)与机体(1)之间连接有弹簧(24),所述弹簧(24)套装在调节杆(22)外周。
