本实用新型公开一种轴套冲压工装,该冲压工装由下定位部分和上冲压部分构成,其中下定位部分的底座顶面固设有安装座,在安装座上固定有定位座;定位座的中心孔内滑动配合有一根定位杆;定位杆下部套装有一根复位簧,该复位簧上端与定位杆上的台阶面接触,复位簧下端与环形凸台上表面接触,该环形凸台设在定位座中心孔的下部;限位短轴为T字形结构,该限位短轴的大径段由环形凸台下表面限位,限位短轴的小径段穿过该环形凸台后,与定位杆下端同轴连接;上冲压部分的压头上端与压头夹具固定连接,压头夹具安装时与冲床的冲压头相连。本实用新型能将轴套一次性冲压在连接头的中心孔孔口处,冲压效率高,冲压效果好。

本实用新型属于环保领域,尤其涉及一种轴套冲压工装。
背景技术
在强化换热组件中,需要将轴套压装在连接头内。目前,一般由人工采用榔头敲的方式压装轴套,这样人工压装方式不仅效率低,而且压装效果差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种效率高、压装效果好的轴套冲压工装。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种轴套冲压工装,其特征在于:该冲压工装由下定位部分和上冲压部分构成,其中下定位部分包括底座(1)和限位短轴(6),其中:所述底座(1)顶面固设有一个安装座(2),在安装座上固定连接有一个竖直设置的定位座(3),该定位座的顶面用于定位连接头的底面;所述定位座(3)的中心孔内滑动配合有一根定位杆(4),该定位杆的上端用于套装轴套;所述定位杆(4)下部套装有一根复位簧(5),该复位簧上端与定位杆(4)上的台阶面接触,且复位簧(5)下端与环形凸台(3a)上表面接触,该环形凸台设在所述定位座(3)中心孔的下部;所述限位短轴(6)为T字形结构,该限位短轴的大径段由所述环形凸台(3a)下表面限位,限位短轴(6)的小径段穿过该环形凸台(3a)后,与所述定位杆(4)下端同轴连接;
所述上冲压部分由压头(7)和压头夹具(8)构成,其中压头(7)与所述定位杆(4)的轴心线在同一条直线上,该压头的上端与所述压头夹具(8)固定连接,压头夹具(8)安装时与冲床的冲压头相连。
安装时,底座(1)安装在冲床的底座上,压头夹具(8)与冲床的冲压头相连,并将连接头(L)放在所述定位座(3)上端面,并将轴套(Z)套装在所述定位杆(4)的上端。冲压时,启动冲床,冲床的冲压头带动压头(7)下压,从而将轴套(Z)冲压在连接头(L)中心孔的孔口处,冲压时定位杆(4)会向下移动,且限位短轴(6)下端与底座(1)顶面接触时,定位杆(4)停止下移;完成冲压后,定位杆(4)在复位簧(5)作用下上移复位。
采用以上技术方案,本实用新型能将轴套一次性冲压在连接头的中心孔孔口处,冲压效率高,冲压效果好,从而有效克服了现有人工敲打方式的缺陷,其本冲压工装结构简单,易于实施,具有很好的实用性。
作为优选,所述限位短轴(6)的小径段与定位杆(4)下端通过螺纹连接。
为了便于连接,所述压头(7)为T字形结构,其大径段卡入所述压头夹具(8)底部的T形槽中。
有益效果:本实用新型能将轴套一次性冲压在连接头的中心孔孔口处,冲压效率高,冲压效果好,从而有效克服了现有人工敲打方式的缺陷,其本冲压工装结构简单,易于实施,具有很好的实用性。

如图1、2所示,一种轴套冲压工装,该冲压工装由下定位部分和上冲压部分构成,其中下定位部分包括底座1和限位短轴6,其中:底座1顶面固设有一个安装座2,在安装座上固定连接有一个竖直设置的定位座3,该定位座的顶面用于定位连接头的底面。定位座3的中心孔内滑动配合有一根定位杆4,该定位杆的上端用于套装轴套。定位杆4下部套装有一根复位簧5,该复位簧上端与定位杆4上的台阶面接触,且复位簧5下端与环形凸台3a上表面接触,该环形凸台设在定位座3中心孔的下部。限位短轴6为T字形结构,该限位短轴的大径段由环形凸台3a下表面限位,限位短轴6的小径段穿过该环形凸台3a后,与定位杆4下端同轴连接。限位短轴6的小径段与定位杆4下端通过螺纹连接。
上冲压部分由压头7和压头夹具8构成,其中压头7与定位杆4的轴心线在同一条直线上,该压头的上端与压头夹具8固定连接,压头夹具8安装时与冲床的冲压头相连。压头7为T字形结构,其大径段卡入压头夹具8底部的T形槽中。

1.一种轴套冲压工装,其特征在于:该冲压工装由下定位部分和上冲压部分构成,其中下定位部分包括底座(1)和限位短轴(6),其中:所述底座(1)顶面固设有一个安装座(2),在安装座上固定连接有一个竖直设置的定位座(3),该定位座的顶面用于定位连接头的底面;所述定位座(3)的中心孔内滑动配合有一根定位杆(4),该定位杆的上端用于套装轴套;所述定位杆(4)下部套装有一根复位簧(5),该复位簧上端与定位杆(4)上的台阶面接触,且复位簧(5)下端与环形凸台(3a)上表面接触,该环形凸台设在所述定位座(3)中心孔的下部;所述限位短轴(6)为T字形结构,该限位短轴的大径段由所述环形凸台(3a)下表面限位,限位短轴(6)的小径段穿过该环形凸台(3a)后,与所述定位杆(4)下端同轴连接;
所述上冲压部分由压头(7)和压头夹具(8)构成,其中压头(7)与所述定位杆(4)的轴心线在同一条直线上,该压头的上端与所述压头夹具(8)固定连接,压头夹具(8)安装时与冲床的冲压头相连。
