本实用新型涉及汽车零部件领域，具体的说是一种带有封料结构的方向盘。
背景技术
目前方向盘骨架制作中，通常采用发泡的方式，而在方向盘骨架发泡过程中，常常会因为发泡时密封条未能与骨架完全贴合，从而出现溢料的情况，造成材料的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服现有技术的不足，设计一种可以确保方向盘骨架发泡过程中不会出现溢料情况的带有封料结构的方向盘。
为实现上述目的，设计一种带有封料结构的方向盘，包括方向盘骨架，密封条，发泡模具，其特征是：所述方向盘骨架的上方设有发泡模具，所述发泡模具的下方嵌设有一圈密封条，位于密封条下方的方向盘骨架上设有一圈封料三角带。
所述封料三角带上凸起的角最大为90°。
本实用新型同现有技术相比，方向盘骨架上设有封料三角带，可以确保在发泡过程中，密封条可以更有效的封料。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明。
如图1～图3所示，所述方向盘骨架3的上方设有发泡模具1，所述发泡模具1的下方嵌设有一圈密封条2，位于密封条2下方的方向盘骨架3上设有一圈封料三角带4。
所述封料三角带4上凸起的角最大为90°。
本实用新型使用时，密封条2嵌在发泡模具1内，在方向盘骨架3上布置封料三角带，发泡时，密封条2可以与方向盘骨架3更大面积的接触，从而确保密封条2在发泡过程中更有效的封料。

1.一种带有封料结构的方向盘，包括方向盘骨架，密封条，发泡模具，其特征是：所述方向盘骨架（3）的上方设有发泡模具（1），所述发泡模具（1）的下方嵌设有一圈密封条（2），位于密封条（2）下方的方向盘骨架（3）上设有一圈封料三角带（4）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带有封料结构的方向盘，其特征是：所述封料三角带（4）上凸起的角最大为90°。
