本实用新型涉及一种去皮装置，尤其涉及一种将动物去皮的装置。
背景技术
目前市场上对于剥皮机的分类，一般是按用途来进行区分，用途的不同分为：鱼类去皮机，动物去皮机，禽类去皮机，蔬菜类去皮机等；针对高档动物的皮毛，剥下来的皮的完整性不同，附加值也不同，对于这类剥皮，都是采用人工进行，需要操作人员有一定的技术，在剥的过程中，不会损坏动物皮毛，因为工作效率低，并且人工操作，出现动物皮的损坏率也高，影响了产品附加值。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种能将牛皮整张剥离的去皮装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下，滚动式牛皮剥离机，包括：支架、升降台、转筒、液压马达、升降油缸；支架包括底座和主支架；升降台通过导向槽安装在主支架上，升降台在主支架上能上下移动；升降台上固定有转筒，转筒上设有二条牵引链条，转筒可360度旋转；转筒一侧安装有液压马达；升降台内设有感应器，主支架二侧安装有感应块。
本实用新型滚动式牛皮剥离机，能轻松将牛皮整张剥离，并且剥离整张牛皮的速度非常快，对操作人员的剥皮技术要求相对较低，操作人员劳动强度低。首先将已被宰杀预处理的牛体倒挂输送至剥皮机顶部固定；两侧操作人员站在支架一旁的工作台上，转筒两侧的二根不锈钢牵引链条采用活结式分别系于牛两后腿根部预剥离的牛皮上；液压马达驱动转筒逆时针旋转，对牛皮剥离预紧；两侧操作人员用刀对皮下脂肪较厚处划割；升降油缸匀速顶出推动升降台下移，转筒同时缓慢逆时针旋转，操作人员需不时的对皮下脂肪较厚处划割；通过升降台内的感应器感应支架两侧的感应块，以实现对升降台升降位置的控制；升降台下移到位时，转筒继续逆时针旋转直至牛皮完全从牛体剥离；升降台上升一定高度停止不动；转筒快速顺时针旋转，直至被剥离的牛皮从转筒上掉落；升降台上升回退到位。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型滚动式牛皮剥离机，包括：支架1、升降台2、转筒3、液压马达5、升降油缸6；支架1包括底座11和主支架12；升降台2通过导向槽7固定在主支架12上，升降台2在主支架12上能上下移动；升降台2上固定有转筒3，转筒3可360度旋转；转筒3一侧安装有液压马达5，转筒3上设有二根牵引链条4；升降台2内设有感应器8，主支架12二侧安装有感应块9。
本实用新型结构简单，安装和使用方便，对操作人员的技术要求低，实现了牛皮完整的从牛身上剥离。

1.滚动式牛皮剥离机，其特征在于包括：支架、升降台、转筒、液压马达、升降油缸；所述支架包括底座和主支架；所述升降台通过导向槽安装在所述主支架上，所述升降台在所述主支架上能上下移动；所述升降台上固定有所述转筒，所述转筒可360度旋转；所述转筒一侧安装有液压马达。
