背景技术
汽车头灯，也称汽车前照灯、汽车LED日行灯，作为汽车的眼睛，不仅关系到一个车主的外在形象，更与夜间开车或坏天气条件下的安全驾驶紧密联系。调焦或叫对焦、聚焦---指改变像距，也就是改变镜头光心到底片平面的距离，以获得本物体清晰像的调节过程。调焦一般应用在相机上，后来随着技术的发展，调焦技术应用到了车灯上，通过调整车灯的焦距来提高照明效果。现有的车灯应用调焦技术的还比较少，一般只能调整近光或远光，无法做出其他焦距调整，达不到最佳照明效果。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED头灯调焦设备，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
一种LED头灯调焦设备，包括光源固定柱、固定架和散热器，所述光源固定柱下部为调焦蜗杆，固定架套设在调焦蜗杆顶端，散热器安装在调焦蜗杆尾端。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案：所述固定架与调节蜗杆之间设有橡胶垫圈。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案：所述光源固定柱顶端与散热器底端之间的距离为93mm，散热器的最大外径为51.3mm。

请参阅图1～4，一种LED头灯调焦设备，包括光源固定柱1、固定架2和散热器3，所述光源固定柱1下部为调焦蜗杆4，固定架2套设在调焦蜗杆4顶端，固定架2是标准通用配件，适用大部分汽车照明灯具的安装使用；调焦蜗杆4随着光源固定柱1转动，可适应不同车灯的近远光使用；可以根据调焦原理，配合使用不同的反光杯，来达到最佳灯光效果；散热器3安装在调焦蜗杆4尾端，具有良好的散热效果，提高设备的使用寿命，提高工作稳定性。
进一步的，本实用新型所述固定架2与调节蜗杆4之间设有橡胶垫圈，能够防止磨损。
进一步的，本实用新型所述光源固定柱1顶端与散热器3底端之间的距离为93mm，散热器3的最大外径为51.3mm。
本实用新型将LED头灯安装在光源固定柱1上，通过设置调焦蜗杆4，能够调整LED头灯的焦距，增加调焦功能，灵活性强，可以应用在不同车型上，适用性强；不同车型调节不同焦距来达到最佳远近光效果。
