现有技术中的取暖器主要利用传导、辐射或对流方式制成,例如利用接触传导制成的电热毯,利用热辐射制成的石英管电暖器,利用对流研制的电油汀,空调或暖风机。这类电暖器均存在使用后有干燥感,且使用寿命一般的问题。因而人们在室内往往另外配备加湿机,但冬日里为了保暖,门窗紧闭,占用空间的同时还存在由于空气不流通而滋生细菌等问题。

本实用新型采用如下技术方案,构造杀菌加湿空气净化型取暖器,包括壳体,它还包括设置在壳体内的第二过滤网,加湿机构,第一灭菌机构,第二灭菌机构,水箱,加热机构,风机;第二过滤网和加湿机构设置在风机的进风方向处;第一灭菌机构设置在加湿机构内,能杀灭加湿机构中的细菌;水箱与加湿机构相邻设置,能给加湿机构补充水;加热机构和第二灭菌机构设置在风机的出风方向处。

如图1至图9,本实用新型的杀菌加湿空气净化型取暖器,包括壳体1,底座2,显示屏控制面板3,出风网4,进风网5,第一过滤网6,第二过滤网7,加湿机构8,第一灭菌机构9,第二灭菌机构10,水箱11,加热机构12,电机13,风机14,风机固定支架15,PM2.5传感器16,空气质量传感器17,出风口温度传感器18,主控制板19,UV杀菌控制板20,温控器21,遥控感应控制板22,防倾倒机构23,进风口温度传感器24,微动开关25,电源线插头26,总电源开关27。
壳体1包括前壳体1A,中壳体1B,后壳体1C,前壳体1A,中壳体1B和后壳体1C可拆卸式连接,壳体1与底座2卡口式固定。在前壳体1A上设有出风口,出风网4正对出风口设置。显示屏控制面板3设于中壳体1B上方外表面。中壳体1B两侧面设有进风口,进风网5正对进风口设置。
壳体1内部从下到上大致可分为第一容置腔1D,第二容置腔1E。
第一容置腔1D从前至后依次设有第一过滤网6,第二过滤网7,加湿机构8,第一灭菌机构9,水箱11。第一过滤网6正对进风口设置,用于滤除长短纤维、毛发,尘粒等大颗粒异物。第二过滤网7包括高效粒子空气过滤层(简称HEPA过滤层),活性炭层,除甲醛过滤层,用于滤除空气中的PM2.5颗粒,甲醛等有害气体成份。第二过滤网7在前后方向上与第一过滤网6正对设置。加湿机构8在本实施例中由吸水海绵8A,加湿水槽8B和水位传感器8C组成,吸水海绵8A和水位传感器8C紧贴加湿水槽8B底部设置,水位传感器8C用来检测加湿水槽8B中的极限水位,当加湿水槽8B中的水位下降至极限时,显示屏控制面板3将发出声光报警,以提醒用户加水。第一灭菌机构9在本实施例中由UV杀菌灯构成,设于加湿水槽8B底部,用于杀灭水中及吸水海绵8A中的病毒和细菌。加湿水槽8B底部还设有竖直向上的顶柱8B1。水箱11底部的水箱帽盖11A与顶柱8B1卡合固定,顶柱8B1能顶开嵌设于水箱帽盖11A中的进水顶杆11B。水箱11顶部靠近后壳1C的位置设有固定槽11C。后壳1C内壁设有水箱定位机构1C1,且位于固定槽11C正上方,其包括水箱压紧弹簧1C1A和水箱固定销1C1B。水箱压紧弹簧1C1A设于水箱固定销1C1B上方且与后壳1C固定连接,水箱固定销1C1B上端压紧水箱压紧弹簧1C1A,下端与固定槽11C卡合固定。
在第一容置腔1D正对进风口位置设有进风口温度传感器24,在第一容置腔1D的上部设有微动开关25。
在第二容置腔1E的下部设有加热机构12,电机13,风机14,风机固定支架15。加热机构12在本实施例中由PTC发热块构成,且正对出风网4设置。电机13和风机14电气连接,以驱动风机14转动。风机14通过风机固定支架15固定在壳体1上,风机14的进风方向正对加湿机构8,风机14的出风方向正对加热机构12。
在第二容置腔1E的上部设有PM2.5传感器16,空气质量传感器17,出风口温度传感器18,主控制板19,UV杀菌控制板20,第二灭菌机构10,温控器21,遥控感应控制板22,防倾倒机构23。本实施例中的防倾倒机构23由防倾倒微动开关构成,第二灭菌机构10由正负离子发生器高压包10A,正负离子发生器10B构成。
如图10所示,正负离子发生器10B与正负离子发生器高压包10A电连接后再与主控制板19电连接,电机13,显示屏控制面板3,微动开关25,PM2.5传感器16,空气质量传感器17,水位传感器8C,出风口温度传感器18,进风口温度传感器24,PTC发热块均与主控制板19电连接。220V交流电经总电源开关27,火线串联防倾倒微动开关与零线一起接入温控器21,然后温控器21与主控制板19电连接。主控制板19能根据各传感器输出的数据控制风机的14转速,第二灭菌机构10和加热机构12的工作。
本实施例中的杀菌加湿空气净化型取暖器的工作原理如下:将电源线插头26接通电源后,打开总电源开关27,轻触显示屏控制面板3上的开关按键开启机器,正负离子高压包10A输出高压电,装在出风口处的正负离子发生器10B工作释放出大量正负离子,杀灭空气中的细菌;机内的风机14开始工作,通过进风网5将空气吸入机体内,依次经过第一过滤网6、第二过滤网7来净化空气,使空气更清新;再经过吸水海棉8A,吸水海棉8A在加湿水槽8B中自动吸水,加湿水槽8B中的UV杀菌灯9杀灭加湿水槽8B及吸水海棉8A的病菌,净化后的空气经过吸水海棉8A设有的孔隙带走水分,从而达到加湿的作用;安装在风机14出风口的PTC发热块工作,洁净且带有水分的空气经过PTC发热块缝隙时通过热交换被加热,再通过出风网4排出,形成暖风;这样就达到了空气杀菌、加湿、空气净化、供暖的多功能效果。如需要更换第一过滤网6、第二过滤网7、吸水海棉8A,打开前壳1A,依次取出第一过滤网6、第二过滤网7、吸水海棉8A即可更换;如需要往水箱11加水时,在后壳1C位置,手向上推水箱固定销1C1B,内有水箱压紧弹簧1C1A伸缩起到开关作用,手握水箱两端斜向上抬起,拧开水箱帽盖11A往里加水即可;加满水后安装到外壳后壳体1C原来位置,进水顶杆11B被加湿水槽8B中的顶柱8B1顶开,水流入加湿水槽8B中,这样就完成了加湿储水箱11加水的安装。如需单独使用空气净化功能、加湿功能时,可通过显示屏控制面板3上设置的控制功能键实现。
由此可见,空气经过第二灭菌机构10灭菌,机内的空气经过第一灭菌机构9灭菌,空气在整个循环过程中都得到充分的灭菌,避免了现有技术中的单净化功能或者取暖功能的机器的局限性;并且本实施例中的机器在空气循环过程中完成空气的净化,加湿,杀菌和加热步骤,每个步骤都在空气循环的路径上完成,在实现多功能的同时,最大限度的缩短了空气的流经路径,节省了空气循环所需要的能量,将现有技术中单个功能的机器有机的揉合成一体,减小了产品占用的空间。

Claims (7)
1.杀菌加湿空气净化型取暖器,包括壳体,其特征在于:它还包括设置在壳体内的第二过滤网,加湿机构,第一灭菌机构,第二灭菌机构,水箱,加热机构,风机;
第二过滤网和加湿机构设置在风机的进风方向处;
第一灭菌机构设置在加湿机构内,能杀灭加湿机构中的细菌;
水箱与加湿机构相邻设置,能给加湿机构补充水;
加热机构和第二灭菌机构设置在风机的出风方向处。
2.如权利要求1所述的杀菌加湿空气净化型取暖器,其特征在于:它还包括第一过滤网,第二过滤网和加湿机构从外到内依次设置在风机的进风方向处。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的杀菌加湿空气净化型取暖器,其特征在于:所述第二过滤网包括高效粒子空气过滤层,活性炭层和除甲醛过滤层。
4.如权利要求1所述的杀菌加湿空气净化型取暖器,其特征在于:所述第一灭菌机构为UV杀菌灯。
5.如权利要求1所述的杀菌加湿空气净化型取暖器,其特征在于:所述第二灭菌机构为正负离子发生器高压包和正负离子发生器。
6.如权利要求1所述的杀菌加湿空气净化型取暖器,其特征在于:所述加热机构为PTC发热块。
7.如权利要求1所述的杀菌加湿空气净化型取暖器,其特征在于:所述加湿机构包括吸水海绵,加湿水槽;吸水海绵,第一灭菌机构和水箱的出水口紧贴加湿水槽底部设置。
