将电源插头13接通电源后,轻按与控制板11-6连接的控制面板11-6-1上的电源开启键开启机器。安装在外壳底座2内的第二正负离子发生器高压包8-1输出高压电,装在外壳底座2内的第二正负离子发生器8-2工作释放出大量正离子和负离子,杀菌消除异味;和安装在外壳底座2内的第一正负离子发生器高压包7-1输出高压电,装在外壳上盖1上的第一正负离子发生器7-2对人释放出大量正离子和负离子,改善周边空气:安装在外壳底座2内的左右两块发热板9工作发热和释放远红外线,由安装在外壳上盖1的控制板11-6调控温度;安装在发热板9下的发热板温控器11-2工作中,防止发热板9温度过高。安装在下脚踏板10-2和上脚踏板10-1中间的远红外陶瓷珠12发射磁波、散发红外线;安装在发热板9上的发热板温度传感器11-3和安装在下脚踏板10-2和上脚踏板10-1中间的脚踏板左侧温度传感器11-4,脚踏板右侧温度传感器11-5工作测试温度;安装在外壳上盖1的保温密封套体10-3和人体的脚紧密接触保温;能滚动的远红外陶瓷珠12可足底按摩;保温密封套体10-3使用脏后需要清洗时,拉开拉链10-4取出后,可清洗。
发热板9加热、远红外陶瓷珠12放射远红外波线结合使用(也可与磁陶瓷珠结合使用),发热板9释放热能对人体足部加热的同时,远红外陶瓷珠12发射的远红外波线(也可换是磁陶瓷珠发射的磁波)可穿过足底皮肤,射透至皮肤的底层直接使.肌肉、皮下组织等产生热效应,扩张毛细血管,改善加速血液循环,增强新陈代谢,减少冬季中老年人心脑血管病的发生,并去除人体内湿毒寒毒;远红外陶瓷珠12(或磁陶瓷珠)与脚踏板10的组合设计,适宜足底全部位滚动摩擦按摩;保温密封套体10-3螺装在外壳上盖1开口处,可与人体腿部紧密接触,很好的保持机器内热源,不外漏流失,方便拆卸清洗,外壳底座2中部上凸型设计,使机内底部空间减小,使机内升温速度快速提高,发热板供热,升温快,电热转换效率高,发热面积大,节省电能,外壳的设计合理、美观,生产制造工艺简单,有利于批量生产。

Claims (6)
1.暖脚红外疗机,包括外壳上盖,外壳底座,其特征在于:它还包括第一杀菌机构,第二杀菌机构,发热板,脚踏板,远红外陶瓷珠;
外壳上盖和外壳底座可拆卸式固定;
第一杀菌机构设于外壳上盖内,能杀灭暖脚红外疗机外的细菌;第二杀菌机构设于外壳底座内,能杀灭暖脚红外疗机内的细菌;脚踏板设于外壳上盖和外壳底座构成的空腔内;发热板设于脚踏板下方;远红外陶瓷珠滚动的设于脚踏板内。
2.如权利要求1所述的暖脚红外疗机,其特征在于:所述脚踏板包括上脚踏板和下脚踏板,所述远红外陶瓷珠间隔的设于上脚踏板上和下脚踏板上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的暖脚红外疗机,其特征在于:所述外壳上盖上设有脚入口,脚入口上设有可拆卸的保温密封套体,保温密封套体设有开口。
4.如权利要求3所述的暖脚红外疗机,其特征在于:所述保温密封套体开口处设有松紧带。
5.如权利要求1所述的暖脚红外疗机,其特征在于:所述第一杀菌机构和/或第二杀菌机构包括正负离子发生器高压包和正负离子发生器,正负离子发生器高压包和正负离子发生器电连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的暖脚红外疗机,其特征在于:所述外壳上盖和外壳底座构成中部向外凸的壳体。
