背景技术
目前在油井作业过程中，当进行抽油杆起下作业时，需要将井口的油管作业平台移开，等抽油杆起下作业完成后，再将油管作业平台移回井口位置，进行油管的起下作业，其平台来回移动，占用时间长，安全隐患多，工人劳动强度大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型油管、抽油杆起下作业平台，可以在同一个平台完成起下油管和抽油杆的作业，减少移动平台的作业时间，降低工人劳动强度，提高工作效率。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它包括防溅装置、液压钳、液动卡盘、平台、油管防喷器，其特征在于平台上设有抽油杆作业装置，所述的抽油杆作业装置由抽油杆防喷器、洗井阀门、三通、接箍、油管短节组成，抽油杆防喷器与三通相联接，洗井阀门联接在三通侧通孔上，三通与油管短节通过接箍联接到一起，油管短节安装到油管头内的悬挂器上。
本实用新型实现了在油管作业平台上完成抽油杆的起下作业，无需移动平台，节省了作业时间，提高了作业效率，降低了工人劳动强度。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细描述：它包括防溅装置1、液压钳3、液动卡盘4、平台5、油管防喷器6，平台5上设有抽油杆作业装置2，所述的抽油杆作业装置2由抽油杆防喷器21、洗井阀门22、三通23、接箍24、油管短节25组成，抽油杆防喷器21与三通23相联接，洗井阀门22联接在三通23侧通孔上，三通23与油管短节25通过接箍24联接到一起，油管短节25安装到油管头8内的悬挂器7上。
当进行抽油杆起下作业时，将抽油杆作业装置2的油管短节25安装到油管头8内的悬挂器7上，再按顺序将接箍24、三通23、抽油杆防喷器21、洗井阀门22组装在一起，即可进行抽油杆起下作业。当平台5高度变化时，可更换不同长度的油管短节25，即可调节抽油杆作业装置2的高度，满足抽油杆起下作业的需求。
抽油杆起下作业完成后，只需拆除抽油杆作业装置2，即可进行油管起下作业。
需要洗井时，可通过洗井阀门22，联接相应管线来实现。
本实用新型实现了在油管作业平台上进行抽油杆的起下作业，无需移动平台，节省了作业时间，提高了作业效率，降低了工人劳动强度。
