Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种烫金装置，包括充电底座和烫金板主体，所述烫金板主体可拆卸安装于充电底座，所述烫金板主体包括加热板和盖板，所述加热板和盖板之间从下往上依次铺设有烫金模板和烫金膜。与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有拆装烫金模板快捷、实用可靠、成本经济等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种烫金设备，具体涉及一种烫金装置。
背景技术
烫金是指在一定的温度和压力下，根据烫金模板的样式，将烫金模板上的烫金烫印到承烫物表面的工艺过程。其工艺主要是利用热压转移的原理，将烫金图案转印到承烫物上，随着烫金模板压力的卸除，烫金附着在承烫物上完成烫印过程。随着科技的迅猛发展，烫金工艺也日趋成熟，因其烫金后材料的整体效果显得雍容华贵与新潮，已越来越多的博得许多爱美人士所喜爱。但是现有的烫金模板通常通过万能胶直接粘贴在烫金板上，或通过销钉将烫金模板固定在烫金板上，存在更换或拆装烫金模板不方便，从而影响烫金效率等问题。因此，本领域的技术人员一直致力于开发一种更换烫金模板方便，使用更加便捷灵活的烫金装置。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的缺点或不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种拆装烫金模板快捷、实用可靠、成本经济的烫金装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型具有如下构成：
一种烫金装置，包括充电底座和烫金板主体，所述烫金板主体可拆卸安装于充电底座，所述烫金板主体包括加热板和盖板，所述加热板和盖板之间从下往上依次铺设有烫金模板和烫金膜。
所述充电底座表面设有容纳烫金板主体的容纳空间，所述容纳空间的一侧内壁设有供烫金板主体中加热板充电的插入槽结构。
所述加热板的一端设有与插入槽结构卡接的插入榫结构，所述插入榫结构上设有供盖板转动连接的销轴。
所述盖板的一端设有凸起结构，所述凸起结构与相邻两个插入榫结构间的空隙相匹配；所述凸起结构底部还设有供销轴转动的带有开口的轴孔。
所述凸起结构沿盖板平面向下弯折设置。
所述充电底座上设有开关键。
所述充电底座上还设有指示灯。加热状态显示红灯，加热完成后显示绿灯。
所述充电底座上还设有电源接口。
所述加热板为内部设有发热丝的硅胶板，所述发热丝和硅胶板为一体成型制成。
所述加热板的另一端设有把手。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型中充电底座和烫金板主体的插接充电设置，使用更加灵活方便；充电底座上指示灯在不同阶段显示不同颜色，准确性高；加热板中的发热丝和加热硅胶体注为一体设置，安全耐用，受热面分布均匀；烫金板主体底层的加热板、顶层的盖板以及夹在中间的烫金板模板和烫金膜整体呈现三明治结构，夹在中间的烫金板模板和烫金膜均与烫金板主体独立分开设计，具体使用的时候，可以根据需要选择不同凹凸模结构的烫金板模板和对应的烫金膜，可操作性强。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本实用新型的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明，以充分地了解本实用新型的目的、特征和效果。
如图1至图4所示，本实用新型中的烫金装置，包括充电底座10和烫金板主体20，所述烫金板主体20可拆卸安装于充电底座10，所述烫金板主体20包括加热板21和盖板24，所述加热板21和盖板24之间从下往上依次铺设有烫金模板22和烫金膜23。所述烫金膜23由金属箔或颜料箔材料制成，主要起印染颜色的作用。所述烫金模板22通过烫金膜23将烫金图案转印到相应材料上。烫金板主体20底层的加热板21、顶层的盖板24以及夹在中间的烫金板模板22和烫金膜23整体呈现三明治结构，夹在中间的烫金板模板22和烫金膜23均与烫金板主体20独立分开设计，更换烫金板模板22和烫金膜23方便快捷，可操作性强。
所述充电底座10表面设有容纳烫金板主体20的容纳空间101，所述容纳空间101的一侧内壁设有供烫金板主体20中加热板21充电的插入槽结构102。所述充电底座上设有开关键103、指示灯104以及电源接口。加热板21在加热的时候显示红灯，当加热板21加热到固定温度后会跳转绿灯。
所述加热板21的一端设有与插入槽结构102卡接的插入榫结构211，所述插入榫结构211上设有供盖板24转动连接的销轴212。所述加热板21的另一端设有方便使用者握持的把手213。所述加热板21为内部设有发热丝的硅胶板，所述发热丝和硅胶板为一体成型制成。该设计使得加热板安全耐用，且受热面分布均匀。
所述盖板24的一端设有凸起结构241，所述凸起结构241与相邻两个插入榫结构211间的空隙相匹配；所述凸起结构241底部还设有供销轴212转动的带有开口的轴孔242。所述凸起结构241沿盖板24平面向下弯折设置。所述盖板24翻开后，盖板24上的凸起结构241将卡在充电底座10上，并同时将加热板21的插接位置进行限定，起到定位锁紧功能，从而保证加热板21插接到充电底座10上更容易，也可避免由于插接不当引起的电火花。并且该凸起结构241向下弯折设置可使加热板21和顶盖之间预留空隙，用以铺设烫金模板22、烫金膜23以及需要烫金的材料。当需要烫金的材料较薄时，可以根据需要夹垫多层垫纸以达到需要高度。
具体使用时，烫金模板22、烫金膜23以及需要烫金的材料（如纸张、皮革、布匹等）依次铺设在加热板21上，并盖上盖板24。上述组装完成后将烫金板主体20插设在充电底座10上的插入榫结构101上进行充电加热，显示灯104显示红色。该烫金板主体10初次加热时间需要5分钟，再次加热时间需要1至2分钟，加热温度控制在80至90℃。当加热完成后，显示灯跳转为绿色，工作人员即可将烫金板主体20与充电底座10分开。并将加热完成后的烫金板主体置于模压机中进行模压。烫金膜23经过高温和挤压处理后，将烫金模板22上的烫金图案转印到纸张或皮革或布匹等材料上。模压完成后，取出并打开烫金板主体20，取出烫金完成的成品，移走烫金模板22，并撕下烫金膜23即可。
可根据需要选择不同烫金图案的烫金模板和对应的烫金膜。加热后的烫金装置可实现烫金、凹凸热压等功能。当本实用新型的烫金装置不需要加热时，烫金模板上的凹凸模可实现对纸张、皮革、布匹等材料的模压和模切功能；当在烫金模板上滚刷油墨时，则可以实现对纸张、皮革、布匹等材料的印刷功能；该烫金模板也可配合放置在容纳空间中的刀模使用，对纸张、皮革、布匹等材料进行双面模压、模切或印刷操作。本实用新型烫金装置可配合市面的各种大小尺寸的模压机使用，且可和市面上的任意烫金模板和具有烫金功能的刀模使用，具有广阔的应用前景。
根据本实施例的教导，本技术领域的技术人员完全可实现其它本实用新型保护范围内的技术方案。
Claims (10)
1.一种烫金装置，包括充电底座（10）和烫金板主体（20），其特征在于，所述烫金板主体（20）可拆卸安装于充电底座（10），所述烫金板主体（20）包括加热板（21）和盖板（24），所述加热板（21）和盖板（24）之间从下往上依次铺设有烫金模板（22）和烫金膜（23）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烫金装置，其特征在于，所述充电底座（10）表面设有容纳烫金板主体（20）的容纳空间（101），所述容纳空间（101）的一侧内壁设有供烫金板主体（20）中加热板（21）充电的插入槽结构（102）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的烫金装置，其特征在于，所述加热板（21）的一端设有与插入槽结构（102）卡接的插入榫结构（211），所述插入榫结构（211）上设有供盖板（24）转动连接的销轴（212）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的烫金装置，其特征在于，所述盖板（24）的一端设有凸起结构（241），所述凸起结构（241）与相邻两个插入榫结构（211）间的空隙相匹配；所述凸起结构（241）底部还设有供销轴（212）转动的带有开口的轴孔（242）。
5.根据权利要求4所述的烫金装置，其特征在于，所述凸起结构（241）沿盖板（24）平面向下弯折设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的烫金装置，其特征在于，所述充电底座上设有开关键（103）。
7.根据权利要求1所述的烫金装置，其特征在于，所述充电底座上还设有指示灯（104）。
8.根据权利要求1所述的烫金装置，其特征在于，所述充电底座上还设有电源接口。
9.根据权利要求1或3所述的烫金装置，其特征在于，所述加热板（21）为内部设有发热丝的硅胶板，所述发热丝和硅胶板为一体成型制成。
10.根据权利要求1或3所述的烫金装置，其特征在于，所述加热板（21）的另一端设有把手（213）。
