本发明公开了一种家电用大面板,该大面板的表面为透明或半透明树脂层,中间为膜片印刷层,背面为装配结构层。所述的膜片印刷层正反两面印刷。图案纹理在所述膜片印刷层的单面印刷。所述的膜片印刷层两面均印刷粘结剂。本发明的另一个方面公开了一种家电用大面板的制作工艺。通过本发明工艺制作的家电大面板,外观比普通双色注塑外观多样化,可增加不同的图案效果;结构上比背面覆膜,工艺缩短,装配可靠。本发明外观通过表面的透明(或半透明)材质彰显层次感;中间的膜片印刷层可以印刷不同的纹理、图案,满足客户不同的外观需求;不再使用背胶粘帖,工装压合,直接在模具内注塑实现;缩短了工序流程,加强了背面的装配强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家电用大面板及其制作工艺。
背景技术
现有常见的家电大面板的外观一般采用普通双色注塑或者背面覆膜等外观。但是双色注塑存在着无法增加图案、线条等问题;背面覆膜存在着与支架装配不牢固、装配困难、制程繁琐等问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种家电用大面板及其制作工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种家电用大面板,该大面板的表面为透明或半透明树脂层,中间为膜片印刷层,背面为装配结构层。
新一步地,所述的膜片印刷层正反两面印刷。
新一步地,图案纹理在所述膜片印刷层的单面印刷。
新一步地,所述的膜片印刷层两面均印刷粘结剂。
本发明的另一个方面公开了一种家电用大面板的制作工艺,其包括以下步骤:
S1、膜片印刷:需正反两面印刷,图案纹理在单面印刷,两面均印刷粘结剂;
S2、印刷完成后裁切、压型,与注塑模型腔吻合,放置在模腔注塑,塑模采用双色注塑模具,首先注塑透明或半透明树脂层,之后旋转注塑内部装配结构层。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:
通过本发明工艺制作的家电大面板,外观比普通双色注塑外观多样化,可增加不同的图案效果;结构上比背面覆膜,再增加装配结构,其工艺缩短,装配可靠。本发明的家电大面板,外观通过表面的透明(或半透明)材质彰显层次感;中间的膜片印刷层可以印刷不同的纹理、图案,满足客户不同的外观需求;不再使用背胶粘贴,工装压合,直接在模具内注塑实现;缩短了工序流程,加强了背面的装配强度。

S2、印刷完成后裁切、压型,与注塑模型腔吻合,放置在模腔注塑,塑模采用双色注塑模具,首先注塑透明或半透明树脂层,之后旋转注塑内部装配结构层。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电用大面板,其特征在于,所述的膜片印刷层正反两面印刷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种家电用大面板,其特征在于,图案纹理在所述膜片印刷层的单面印刷。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种家电用大面板,其特征在于,所述的膜片印刷层两面均印刷粘结剂。
5.一种权利要求1~4任一所述的家电用大面板的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、膜片印刷:需正反两面印刷,图案纹理在单面印刷,两面均印刷粘结剂;
S2、印刷完成后裁切、压型,与注塑模型腔吻合,放置在模腔注塑,塑模采用双色注塑模具,首先注塑透明或半透明树脂层,之后旋转注塑内部装配结构层。
