本实用新型提供了一种具有保温和自卸功能的活化料桶，它由料桶底板(1)、卸料支座(2)、保温层(3)、保温夹套(4)、料桶壳体(5)、装料导流板(6)、起吊杆(7)和起吊环(8)组成，活化料桶的上部横截面为正方形结构，下部为倒梯形，在活化料桶的四个侧面和底板均设置保温层，在料桶底部设置可活动的底板，料桶底板为长方形结构，并且在料桶底板正中心位置焊接一根相互垂直的起吊杆，在起吊杆顶部焊接一个起吊环，在料桶壳体的一侧上部设置一个装料口，并设置装料导流板，在料桶底部两侧设置卸料时用的支座。该活化料桶既具有自动卸料又具有保温功能，以免料桶中的活化料温度过快下降而影响用水回收磷酸的效率。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及生产活性炭的设备，尤其是化学法制活性炭工艺中具有保温和自卸功能的活化料桶。
二、背景技术
在化学法生产活性炭的过程中，木屑与活化剂溶液进行捏和混合均匀后经回转炉的高温活化制得活化料，活化料须经过水的浸渍，将其中的偏磷酸或焦磷酸转化为磷酸进行再利用，因活化转炉的转速很慢，通常转速为几转/分，从转炉卸出的活化料流到料桶中，待料桶装满后再运到回收池中浸渍以回收磷酸，料桶中的活化料因冷却，温度将有较大下降，从而影响活化料在水中回收磷酸的效率，因此，非常需要一种对活化料进行保温的料桶，同时要求料桶中的活化料能较方便地卸到磷酸回收池中。本实用新型正是根据这一背景要求，发明了一种具有保温和自卸功能的活化料桶。
三、实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种具有保温和自卸功能的活化料桶，它上部的横截面为正方形结构，下部为倒梯形，整个料桶由料桶底板(1)、卸料支座(2)、保温层(3)、保温夹套(4)、料桶壳体(5)、装料导流板(6)、起吊杆(7)和起吊环(8)组成，在活化料桶的四个侧面和底板均设置保温层，在料桶壳体与保温夹套之间填装保温材料，在料桶底部设置可活动的底板，料桶底板为长方形结构，底板也设计成夹套层，夹套中填装保温材料，在料桶底板正中心位置焊接一根相互垂直的起吊杆，在起吊杆顶部焊接一个起吊环，在料桶壳体的一侧上部设置一个装料口，并设置装料导流板，在料桶底部两侧设置卸料时用的支座。该活化料桶既具有自动卸料又具有保温功能，以免料桶中的活化料温度过快下降而影响用水回收磷酸的效率。

五、具体实施方式
本实用新型所述具有保温和自卸功能的活化料桶是这样进行装料与卸料作业的：将活化料桶放置在活化转炉的出料口旁边，使出料口对准活化料桶的装料导流板正上方，以让活化料能流入到活化料桶中，待其中的活化料堆积到接近料桶的装料口时，用电动葫芦吊起活化料桶并转移放置到磷酸回收池上方的支架上，然后放下电动葫芦的吊钩，在起吊杆和料桶底板重量作用下，料桶底板就会落下，料桶中的活化料就会自行掉落到磷酸回收池的水中进行浸渍回收磷酸的作业，从而实现了回转炉活化料的接料、转运和卸料操作。

1.一种具有保温和自卸功能的活化料桶，其特征是：它的上部横截面为正方形结构，下部为倒梯形，整个料桶由料桶底板(1)、卸料支座(2)、保温层(3)、保温夹套(4)、料桶壳体(5)、装料导流板(6)、起吊杆(7)和起吊环(8)组成，在活化料桶的四个侧面和底板均设置保温层，在料桶壳体和底板与保温夹套之间填装保温材料，在料桶底部设置可活动的底板，料桶底板为长方形结构，并且在料桶底板正中心位置焊接一根相互垂直的起吊杆，在起吊杆顶部焊接一个起吊环，在料桶壳体的一侧上部设置一个装料口，并设置装料导流板，在料桶底部两侧设置卸料时用的支座。
