物料混合装置，特别是固体物料的混合装置，如稀有金属富锂锰正极材料在一定的温度状态下，特别是在高温状态下进行混合，通常是先将物料加热至设定的温度状态下，再投入到混合装置中进行混合；这一方面是造成操作上的麻烦，高温的物料难以进行输送；另一方面，分二次的进行操作混合，不但增加了操作工人的劳动强度，使劳动成本大幅增加，且存在造成操作工烫伤等的安全隐患；同时使用两种生产设施，使生产设备投资加大。

本实用新型提供一种加热式物料混合装置，其同时使用一套生产装置可对固体物料进行加热搅拌，提高了设备的工作使用率，降低了工人劳动强度，也降低工人的劳动生产成本低。
本实用新型一种加热式物料混合装置，包括支架，物料槽，所述物料槽包括内、外壁面，其于内、外壁面之间设有隔层，并在隔层内设有加热装置。
所述物料槽的外壁面的外侧上设有保温层。

本实用新型采用上述结构，在物料槽上设有加热装置，可使用电加热或蒸汽的加热方式，同时在物料槽的外壁面上设有保温层，降低了工人劳动生产强度，和劳动生产成本，结构简单，方便使用。

下面结合本实施例本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
如图1、2所示，本实用新型一种加热式物料混合装置的结构示意图，在支架1上设有物料槽2，在物料槽2的内、外壁面5、6之间设有隔层4，在隔层4内设有加热装置，本实施方式的加热装置采用设通电的加热丝3，还可以外接热蒸汽的加热方式，在物料槽2的外壁面6的外侧面设有保温层9，搅拌器8采用螺旋搅拌装置。
其工作过程如下：将需要加热搅拌混合物料如富锂锰正极材料，从物料槽2上的入口10加入到物料槽2内，开动电动机7带动搅拌器8对物料富锂锰正极材料进行搅拌，在搅拌的同时使加热装置上的加热丝3加热，使富锂锰正极材料加热到所需要的高温状态，并不断在搅拌混合，本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，生产成本低。

1.一种加热式物料混合装置，包括支架（1），物料槽（2），所述物料槽（2）包括内、外壁面（5、6），其特征是于内、外壁面（5、6）之间设有隔层（4），并在隔层（4）内设有加热装置。
2.依据权利要求1所述的一种加热式物料混合装置，其等征是于所述物料槽（2）的外壁面（6）的外侧上设有保温层（9）。
3.依据权利要求1所述的一种加热式物料混合装置，其等征是所述的物料槽（2）内设有螺旋搅拌装置。
4.依据权利要求1所述的一种加热式物料混合装置，其等征是所述的加热装置为电加热丝。
5.依据权利要求1所述的一种加热式物料混合装置，其等征是所述的加热装置为蒸汽加热。
