背景技术
目前,为了环境保护等目的,废纸再利用是我国造纸行业的主要关注问题。但是废纸在再生产过程中,获得的再生纸质量不是很理想,废纸粉碎效果不好,出纸合格率低。

本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种高浓碎浆机,该碎浆机结构简单、使用和维护方便,成本低,且废纸粉碎效果良好,可以有效保证出纸质量。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种高浓碎浆机,包括碎浆箱、主轴、变频电机,所述碎浆箱上端设有活动连接的盖板,所述盖板上安装有轴承室,所述碎浆箱底部设有与轴承室相匹配的轴承室II,所述主轴下端连接轴承室II,上端穿过轴承室,所述主轴上端设有带轮,所述带轮与电机通过皮带相连接,所述主轴上设有可拆卸的浆叶和倒齿,所述碎浆箱两侧对称设有进料口、出料口。
进一步优选的,所述碎浆箱内壁设有不规则分布的碎料凸片。

如图1中所示,本实施例的一种高浓碎浆机,包括碎浆箱1、主轴2、变频电机9,所述碎浆箱1上端设有活动连接的盖板3,所述盖板3上安装有轴承室4,所述碎浆箱1底部设有与轴承室4相匹配的轴承室II5,所述主轴2下端连接轴承室II5,上端穿过轴承室4,所述主轴2上端设有带轮6,所述带轮6与电机9通过皮带相连接,所述主轴2上设有可拆卸的浆叶21和倒齿22,所述碎浆箱1两侧对称设有进料口11、出料口12。待粉碎纸料通过进料口11进入碎浆箱1,变频电机9带动主轴2转动,使得箱内的纸料相互碰撞、摩擦,从较大的纸张、纸团分散成细小的纤维,并从出料口12排出。
本实施例中,所述碎浆箱1内壁设有不规则分布的碎料凸片7。提高纸张的粉碎效果。
