技术领域
本实用新型属于汽车生产领域,尤其是指一种可集成在汽车天窗延时器料架以及类似传动系统设备中的适用型机构。
背景技术
目前的工作方式是采用减速机直接通过链轮、链条与主动力轴相连接,再以主动轴另端伞齿1′与从动轴端伞齿2′进行咬合,最终以伞齿所受到的侧向力来完成动力传递;此类机构不仅因连接方式的需要加大了现有设备工位所占有的空间,更是使使用其的天窗产品因尺寸规格受到了极大的限制,以及动力传动工件的使用寿命会大大缩短,机构运行期间因传动轴、齿轮等工件的加工精度误差以及各零件在装配过程中的误差累计,而造成两端传递动力不同步致使固定于传动装置的承接块3′上的天窗4′发生倾斜,从而发生多层承接块上的天窗因自身重力出现滑落支撑点而互相磕碰损坏的事故,其次现有设备上的承接块均使用L形金属板,在其接触天窗的表面固定有聚氨酯或毛毡等柔软的材质用以防止刮伤工件,但使用板面与天窗接触亦是不能使其完全贴合,从而造成天窗的受力不均,使其在传送的过程中不稳定,而且L形的方式还不能适用过多种产品,致使设备的兼容性有所不足。 现有机构的传动方式,出现以上故障现象的几率较大,人工操作强度增加,对于传送产品时的限制较多,从而使整线生产的效率受到一定程度的降低。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种蜗轮蜗杆减速的延时器料架,以解决现有传动机构占用空间大,累计误差大,传送过程不稳定,故障率高的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:驱动机构与主传动机构连接,从动机构与传动装置连接,主传动机构与从动机构连接,从动机构安装在框架上,从动齿轮和从动轮分别与从动轴连接,两侧的从动轮分别与传动链轮一和传动链轮二连接,链条与从动齿轮啮合连接,承接机构与链条连接,搭接棒与固定块固定连接,搭接棒与同方向固定块短边夹角为α,α角为3°,搭接棒为圆柱形,涡轮蜗杆减速机一和涡轮蜗杆减速机二与通轴两端连接,传动链轮一与涡轮蜗杆减速机一连接,传动链轮二与涡轮蜗杆减速机二连接,同步带轮一与涡轮蜗杆减速机一连接,同步带轮二与电机连接,同步带分别与同步带轮一和同步带轮二绕接。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构新颖,通过涡轮握杆减速机的应用,可根据天窗的不同外形尺寸和规格来调节相应料架里的传动机构的尺寸,以保证天窗在传送的过程中受力均匀稳定,相对现有设备不仅节省了工位设备的占用空间,更使传送装置的同步性得到大大提高,同时降低了现有设备中常出现问题的故障率,使天窗能更加平稳的在设备中进行传送,减轻了人工劳动强度,使得制作简单、调试方便,而且成本低廉,节省资源的消耗,为下工序的设备在接下来的工作中建立稳定基础,实现整体的自动化。

涡轮蜗杆减速机一和涡轮蜗杆减速机二通过齿轮和链条传递动力,驱动机构通过主传动机构来提供驱动力,一根通轴将两个涡轮蜗杆减速机连接成一体,再通过传动链轮一和传动链轮二与从动机构的从动轮进行连接,降低了现有设备中伞齿等传动工件带来的加工、装配精度误差,使整个传动系统中的误差转变为链轮与链条之间的可控误差,从而使两端传动机构的同步性大大提高,与此同时,用链条相连接的驱动系统与从动系统之间的距离亦成为可调变量,避除了现有设备中因连接方式而占用的较大空间,使设备整体所占的工位空间得到缩小,其次传动装置上的承接块也做成圆柱形,既可以使圆棒的弧面与天窗5更好的接触,使受力更加稳定,也可以通过改变圆柱的长度使其设备兼容更多规格的天窗产品,而且本专利使用的搭接棒来搭接天窗的一端向下倾斜3度,在传送过程中更易保证天窗的搭接性,从而使前期调试装配过程时间大大缩短,故障频率减少,使得整线效率得到提高。
